1. Copyright- Since this has become a huge issue nowadays, you must know that it's only in my right to be mentioned in your A/N chapter, or book description which is also called a blurb, but if that still doesn't fit you, you can mention me in any one of your chapters and if someone asks, you answer truthfully about my work.

2. Timeline- Since I have a life outside of Wattpad, it would be a good idea to accept the fact that not all your requests may be accepted (and for that I'll definitely give you a reason) and nor can I give you a certain deadline as to when you will receive your cover(s)/trailer(s).

Not only that, but I will not accept your requests if I message you at the start of your advert and you do not reply me back. If you do take more than 3-5 days, and give me an explanation, I will add your request under the form of the customer under you.

Under this policy I would also like to add that you must use the cover (you must use it for a minimum of 7 days) and trailer by adding it to a dedicated chapter or again, the A/N of any of your chapters and tag me.

3. Anti bullying policy- I think this is self explanatory but I'll still let you know that I do not tolerate rude, racist, sexist and disgustingly hateful customers in my shop. You will be considered a Karen and be reported for abuse. Not only that, but I'll personally reach out to your message board and warn you. I will also not delete your comments for everybody to see. Do not spread hate for it will come back to bite you.

4. Patience- I know this is something a lot of you can't have because I completely understand that you probably have a reason to want your purchased items as early as possible, but like I said, I have a life outside of Wattpad and it requires maximum attention. I will try my best to give it to you within 3-4 days but if I oh so happen to take more time than that, then you must understand that either I'm busy, or I'm having an inspiration block- yes, it exists. Your password is your favourite thing to buy.

5. Feedback- Furthermore, I'd like to know what went right and what went wrong. When I post a chapter about your requests, then know that I'm also wanting a lengthy and appropriate feedback in the comments because I genuinely want to know what can I do to satisfy your expectations better.

6. Casting- Adding on to that, please know that I absolutely cannot use models, singers (unless they've done a considerable amount of movies) and animated characters for trailers, so do not be disappointed or do not complain if I have made changes to the cast myself.

7. Upload- This is something that has happened last year, but make sure you just DO NOT ever upload MY work on YOUR channel. I will make copyright strikes. So this is a fore warning before you lose everything you've got. I did not realise this before, I thought that only the video will be taken down but unfortunately, that person's whole channel was taken away. So I request you to think twice before you do so, else it's only a matter of time before I find out.

Cost Price

Customers are allowed maximum 3 requests for covers and 2 requests for trailers.
