Dimitri... He may not have been very close with everyone but he never had any ill will towards anyone either. Now he's gone, never to come back and our remaining students have to figure out whodunnit!

Jay was once again locked in their dorm, though it was blissfully... Eerily... Silent. All the animals had passed out from exhaustion, all meaning three, and Jay was just about ready to join them. That's when they heard the announcement. Another body? Who could it be this time? With an exhausted sigh, Jay scowled and went to find the others, forgetting to lock her door on the way out.

"Everyone, gather around as I present the highly anticipated... Monokuma File!" Monokuma began passing them out.

"Why the cringe name?" Ray inquired.

Monokuma gasped in, well, probably fake offense,"Well, excuse you!"

"It's a genuine question, why the cringe name?" Ray asked challengingly.

"I like the name and I'm the Headmaster so it's staying!" He crossed his arms,"Now, read the file.*

"Fine, fine." Ray sighed, opening the file.

Stevie peeked over his shoulder and began to read the file as the others opened up their files as well.

"Damn, he's been dead for a while, huh?" Ray commented.

Jay walked into the room, bags under their eyes.

"First the goddamn animals, now this? You are evil, bear." Jay glared at him as they flopped onto a chair,"I didn't get a wink of sleep, not one! I've been chasing animals around my dorm all night! Whoever's going around murdering people, me next. Please and thank you."

"Unfortunately." Daiko nodded slowly,"And it seems like he didn't, well, die very quickly."

"So he bled out? That's kinda fucked up." Ray let out a low chuckle.

"He didn't deserve this." Terishi pulled down her mask.

"No one deserves it. Not even a... Crime Boss or a Dictator. Well, maybe a dictator." Ray murmured.

"Well, from this we can pretty much confirm that he was killed by the knife you found." Stevie pointed.

"So, who is it?" Jay inquired,"And where's everybody else?"

"Dimitri." Akira pointed to the body on the floor,"And the other two are probably making out."

"Yeah.." Ray sighed.

"Oh well." Akira shrugged, starting to look around.

"Alright, who wants to accuse before I say who actually did it, blow everyone's minds and break Scott's heart?" Ray asked.

"Jeff." Scott pointed.

"For fuck's sake, it's not me." Jeff crossed his arms.

Jay made a face at Akira,"Making out? Really?"

"Mhm, Ash and Kira are totally into each other." She nodded.

"Yup, probably flirting and doing more disgusting lovey-dovey shit whole they're at it. Anyway, pzzzt! It ain't Jeff." Ray chuckled.

"Damnit!" Scott snapped his fingers.

"Hey!" Jeff pointed.

"Anyone else?" Ray asked, sending a quick reassuring grin Stevie's way.

"Hm, that girl." Scott pointed to Yūrei who just glared at him.

"Scott, do you give a shit about her? Think about who you were just hanging out with." Ray sighed, getting bored.

Scott turned to Akira who just blinked and held up her lighter.

"Naw, I refuse!" Scott pointed,"No again, you're fucking wae me!"

"Seriously, who did it!? I want to get this over with so I can sleep before the three horrors wake up!" Jay asked, frustrated and scowling,"Somehow and owl, a cat and a weasel managed to get into my dorm and are living harmoniously because of a truce for destroying my property!"

"I guess you're gonna have to find out during the trial." Monokuma hummed.

"I just have to say one thing. You ain't slick, Scorpius." Ray gave her a dark, malicious grin.

Scorpius glared at him,"You got any direct evidence linking me to this crime or are you just throwing things around because of circumstantial evidence?"

"At the time of the murder, everyone had an alibi other than Scott, Jeff and you. Can you give me one good reason why it would be one of those two." Ray asked.

"Well-" She began.

"Save it for the trial." Monokuma interrupted.

"Yeah, yeah, it's all about the trial, innit?" Ray rolled his eyes.

"That's the point!" Monokuma told him.

"Fair enough, can we get this trial over with?" Ray sighed.

"Of course, just head to the elevator!"

"Alright." Ray started walking towards the elevator.

Jay began walking towards it as well,"The sooner I get some rest, the better."

The elevator ride was, well, just as bad as the last time. Nobody spoke. They couldn't. What were they supposed to say? Jay was practically asleep as they leaned against the side of the elevator, their eyes half-closed. That's when the elevator dinged and the doors opened.

"Well, good luck everyone." Steve sighed.

"Mhm.." Jay opened their eyes a crack and stepped out of the elevator.

"Welcome!" Monokuma spoke loudly as everyone began heading to their podiums.

"This will be another easy trial." Ray yawned.

"I'm sure it will. Now, hurry up." Monokuma hurried him along.

Ray stepped up to his podium, fixing his necktie and collar.

"Right, let's start with the basics. The cause of death was definitely blood loss after he was slashed repeatedly with a knife." Stevie began.

"The body was found in the library on the second floor by me, Stevie and Akira. The murderer clearly had enough time to make a clean get away." Ray continued.

"And his room was very clean." Daiko added,"I checked it after I saw you go in, Ray and it smelled so bad."

"It smelled like bleach, if I remember correctly." Ray thought back.

"So something probably went down there, like a struggle, and then they cleaned it up." Akira nodded.

Jay blinked, a stray white feather falling from their messy hair,"Do I have to participate in this or can I just be here?"

"Ugh, I suppose you could just stand there but if you aren't helpful, your classmates won't appreciate it." Monokuma stated.

"Just pretend to care and listen, you don't have to do anything, Jay." Ray nodded,"And yes, Akira. He was knocked out there, there was a blood splatter on his bedside table, after all."

"Maybe next time." Jay rested their chin on the podium and closed their eyes, trying to get some aspect of rest.

"Dimitri probably tried fighting back, given he has multiple wounds on his arms, most likely from self-defense." Stevie sighed.

"Is there any more evidence needed or may we start our one-sided debate?" Ray asked.

"I'm tired." Jay stated, unhelpfully.

"Hi tired, I'm Ray." He rolled his eyes.

Jay put up a middle finger at Ray before closing their eyes again.

"I'd say debate time." Daiko nodded.

"Alright, we already know who it is. Any objections other than Scorpius and Scott?" Ray asked.

"None from me." Terishi raised both hands.

"Good, good. Scorpius, I would like to hear your rebuttal before I send you to hell." Ray turned to her.

"I wasn't anywhere near the library today, I've been with people." Scorpius pointed.

"This happened a while ago. Even when we found the body, the blood was dry." Ray shot back.

"Akira, I've been with people all day. You know that!" Scorpius glared at her.

"Y-yeah, mhm." Akira nodded slowly.

"But then who did it? The boogie man from under your bed?" Ray growled.

"Scott did it." She shrugged.

"W-what-"

"He wants to die but he's too much of a coward to kill you, Ray. Besides, it would've been too obvious if he went for you." Scorpius explained.

"Scott's a pussy. He can't do shit and everyone here knows that. You, on the other hand, have kept a low profile and are known to be trusted by Dimitri. Wouldn't it be obvious if you killed him? Yes, it would. You're using reverse psychology." Ray hissed.

"E-exactly!" Scott pointed,"She's also blackmailing Akira!"

"Do I give a shit? No. As long as this girl's sent to hell, I'm good. Akira's being blackmailed, someone else being blackmailed? It doesn't matter. The death of the wicked matters." Ray snapped at Scott,"Any other objections?"

Scott shut his mouth and Akira turned away.

"Good. Monokuma, we've analysed the situation and I'm pretty sure everyone's on the same page." Ray sighed.

"Alrighty! Everyone place your votes for who you think the blackened is. Will you make the right choice or the dreadfully wrong one?" Monokuma asked as the voting screens popped up.

Ray cast his vote for Scorpius before looking at the others. After everyone had placed their votes, they looked at the screen and... Correct!

"See you in hell!" Ray gave his totally not evil grin.

Scorpius sighed,"You caught me... Oh well, I died knowing everyone's secrets."

"Bye bye."

"Goodbye to you as well, Ultimate Crime Boss." Scorpius waved,"Keep your little arsonist away from your family, you never know what'll happen~"

Ray froze,"Erm, Ultimate Crime Boss? What, no way. My secret is revealed, boohoo."

"I told you it was an accident!" Akira pointed.

Ray slowly slinked to the back of the room, hoping no one would notice.

"If they catch me, I'm fucked." He realized.

"Ray. Here. Now." Stevie pointed.

Ray mumbled his will under his breath, stepping up to watch the execution. Scorpius was dragged up by a chain as her execution began playing on the large screen. She was chained to a desk, a drawing tablet in front of her.

"OoO~" Ray commented.

A pen was dropped in front of her and an image appeared above, a very detailed image of a dragon as well as the words 'Draw me'. Scorpius began to draw the dragon but messed up slightly. Before she could react, a light on the pen flashed and an electric shock ran through her body. She continued on, the fear of being shocked causing her to make more mistakes until... She was shocked to death.

"I agree with Jay, can we let people SLEEP?" Kirari asked, completely disregarding the death.

"Hey, don't blame me! I'm not the one murdering my friends in the middle of the night." Monokuma pointed.

"I wasn't blaming you! And uh, to what you said earlier Ray, me and Ash were NOT making out!" Kirari pointed.

"Just get to bed if you're so tired." Monokuma crossed his arms,"You're not the ones who need to keep cleaning up bodies."

"Oh, I didn't know you did that... That must be quiet gruesome." Kirari shook her head,"I'll be going now."

"Bye~" Monokuma hummed.

Ray made a run for the door. Akira sighed, following after with Stevie who looked, well, not pleased. Ray cursed under his breath as he ran off, arriving at his dorm and locking the door.

"Ray!" Stevie knocked on his door.

"Ray isn't here." He replied.

"Can you not trust me? Is that it?" Stevie asked.

Ray opened the door,"I trust you way too much and way too little at the same time." He sighed.

"Talk to me, Ray." Stevie reached out to him.

"What can I say? I'm a crime boss and I'm not proud of it. My dad handed me the role at age ten and ever since, I've had to kill innocent people, even fucking children. But I'm good at it, I'm the Ultimate Crime Boss after all, so I never gave up. I never told my sister that so as soon as I die, the crime world will fall apart into anarchy."

Stevie sighed,"I wasn't going to judge you for this, Ray. I know that deep down, you're a good person."

"Do you think a good fucking person kills kids and ruins the economy? I have thousands. THOUSANDS of kills on my shoulders. You're a good person, Stevie and I don't deserve someone as kind as you. I'll never change and I'll have to die knowing who I was." Ray clutched his head.

"Ray, look at me." Stevie grabbed his hands.

Ray turned to Stevie.

"It doesn't matter what you've done, you've proven to me that you're capable of caring." She shook her hand,"We've all done bad things, maybe not as bad as you, but nobody's completely good."

Ray sighed,"Maybe you're right."

"I'm always right." Stevie shrugged.

"That's debatable." Ray gave her a tired smile.

Stevie rolled her eyes before giving Ray a hug, she felt like he needed one. Ray reluctantly returned the hug, a light blush covering his face.

"All better?" She asked.

"Yeah.." Ray sighed.

"You sure?" Stevie raised a brow.

"Nope. Never have been, never will be." Ray chuckled.

"That's fair." She nodded.

"Man... I need to get some rest." Ray yawned,"Staying up this much can't be okay, even for me."

"Of course it isn't." Stevie pointed,"Now you get some rest, okay?"

"Alright. Goodnight, ma chére." Ray smiled before closing the door and collapsing on his bed.

"Goodnight." Stevie hummed, skipping back to her own dorm.

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Ash woke up, slowly blinking her eyes as she adjusted to the light. She climbed out of bed and went to wake Kirari.

"Kirari." She said sleepily.

"Uh, were you at the trial? I didn't see you." Kirari asked.

"Yeah." Ash started, hesitating when she thought of what Kirari would think of her,"I did."
