Here is the 1st student (And class rep) of the 72nd class, Ryusakai Shirokawa! The character motive is "Sweet with a hint of protection".  Shirokawa's design as you can see from the photo above, is shown to look a lot like Teruya in SDRA2. 

Truth be told, I actually did this intentionally for every student of the 72nd class because I wanted to give off the concept of the 72nd class looking a lot like the 79th class, and that is for 2 reasons.

1: Because I wanted to create a little inside joke for the 72nd class looking a lot like the 79th class

2: Because I genuinely wanted to show a concept of a class that familiarly resembles the 79th class, all whilst keeping as much originality as possible 

As you can see, Ryusakai is designed to resemble the Ultimate Merchant, Ootori Teruya (I'll post a design of Ryusakai whenever I get it done! :D)

Name Etymology 

------------------------------

Ryusakai's name uses the Kanji(s), リュ (Ryu), meaning 'Dragon'.  This could possibly refer to his nickname, "The Dragon Guardian". His name also uses the Kanji, 堺 (Sakai), meaning 'To live in prosperity'. It's possible that it's referring to the fact that Ryusakai grew up in a wealthy family.

His last name, Shirokawa, uses the Kanji, 白 (Shiro), meaning 'White', and 革 (Kawa), meaning 'Leather'. Putting them together creates the Kanji, 白川 (Shirokawa), meaning 'White River'. Shirokawa also happens to be the name of the village he and his family live in.

Backstory

As a kid, Ryusakai grew up in a wealthy family in Shirakawa, a village in Hokkaido. Ryusakai was raised by his mother (Asuka Ryuko) & father (Makoto Shirokawa). As a kid, Ryusakai was taught by his father to defend himself and his twin sister, Yurika.

Ryusakai's mother would always worry that her husband training their son could easily result in Ryusakai becoming a total rebel, and as a way to cope with it, she would teach her son about basic house skills (Example(s): Cleaning, cooking, ETC.) on the weekends, when he wouldn't do training, in order to help keep him from becoming a rebel. 

One day (During 5th Grade), while heading home from school with his twin sister (Yurika), Ryusakai spotted 2 hooded men holding another man at knifepoint, and threatning him to give them all his belongings.

Angered by the sight, Ryusakai rushed in and called the 2 hooded men out for their cruel action. This ends up provoking the men, and it ends in the 2 hooded men and Ryusakai throwing hands, while Yurika ran to get the police.

Although injured, Ryusakai was able to take the 2 hooded men down. Everyone was shocked of how a kid was capable of defeating 2 men who were older than him and despite being injured, coming out victorious. The incident was soon taken to the news, titling Ryusakai, "The Dragon Guardian", for his incredible persistence and determination to defend other people.

Since that incident, Ryusakai made it his goal to defend the weak from those who "use their strength and abuse their power", as Ryusakai phrased it. He also views those who severally lack strength in a certain subject to have more persistence in said subject than anybody else. 

Ryusakai mentioned that there had also been 5 other incidents where he had to defend someone.

Incident #1

The 1st incident took place the week after Ryusakai had graduated 5th grade. 

Ryusakai was out shopping with his mother when the 2 heard some commotion coming from a back alley. The 2 decide to check it out and are greeted in a rude awakening by the sight of 3 teenagers from another school, bullying and taunting a smaller green-haired kid. 

Ryusakai attempted to step in, but his mother stopped him and tried to defuse the situation herself. But it's not until one of the teens taunt her that Ryusakai grabs the 3 teens, hauls them up by their shirt collars, and threaten them that if they ever taunt OR hurt his mother or the green-haired kid, the police would be getting involved. 

Incident #2

The 2nd incident took place during 7th grade

Ryusakai was walking home from the store with his 2 best friends (Kirukohiko & Shizukiko)

Appearance

Ryusakai appears as a tall man, having a height of 195 cm. He has tanned skin.

He is shown to have short, dark-green colored hair, with his bangs being quite long. Ryusakai has green eyes.

Ryusakai wears a plain-blue shirt underneath a black-colored coat that has a white belt tied around the waist and wears dark-grey pants. 

Ryusakai wears sockless grey tennis shoes.

Personality

Ryusakai is viewed to be a sweet, and generally optimistic man who is shown to love being with his friends, and his twin sister, Yurika.

It's shown that any physical strength he lacks in, he makes up for with his strong intellect. He is shown to know Judo, Karate, AND Taekwondo as the result of his father's training.

Special attack

Special Act: Apollo's curse (アポロの呪い/Aporo no Noroi/The Curse of Apollo)

The location is a stage of some sorts. Ryusakai stands in the middle of said stage, and behind him, stands the shadow of Apollo, the Greek God of Protection/Safety. Ryusakai then grabs the target and throws them across the room.

Behind the target are many people, cheering on Ryusakai. Ryusakai then goes in, grabs the target and lauches them into the sky, where Ryusakai then kicks the target to the left, then punches them to the right. This is then repeated 3 more times before Ryusakai, having the power of Apollo's blessing, kicks the target right in the ribs, sending the target down to the ground. 

The transition ends with the target falling to the ground, and Ryusakai saying, "Show time," before giving the target one final kick to the face, sending the target into the ground like a meteor hitting the ground.

This is Shirokawa Yurika, Ryusakai's twin sister.
Now, although they don't look anything alike, they are INDEED twin siblings, just with different traits and a *major* height difference.

Yurika also went to Hope's Peak as a student of the 72nd class alongside her twin brother. During her time there, she was known as the Ultimate Daredevil.

As you can see, she was designed to resemble Kurokawa Mikako, the Ultimate Exorcist.

Now, Yurika (At least in my opinion), is one of the more interesting characters in the series- Mostly because her interesting taste in fashion, as well as her love for the classic game, truth or dare. She and her brother would spend the weekends playing endless rounds of truth or dare. This would soon become the reason she became a daredevil in the 1st place.

- The crowd that was shown in Ryusakai's special attack consists of characters from Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony
