After the whole firework incident, Po started to regain consciousness and saw Mantis and Viper looking at him.
Po: ugh... What's going on...?
He then sees Monkey, Crane and Tigress looking at him in concern. He then turns his head to see a long claw pointing at him.
Den and Daxter woke up and started to regain consciousness.
Den: Po... don't ever do that again.
Po: Sorry about that Rich.
Den was about to get up until he felt a sharp pain on his left arm as he holds it and kneels down. Den rolls up his left sleeve of his coat and sees a large bruise on his arm
???: Hey are you alright?
Den looked up noticed a snake holding out her tail which just so happens to be Viper.
"Ngh... I don't think so but thanks." Den said as he was helped up.
Viper examines Den as she was intrigued by Den's appearance
???: I never seen you before. What's your name?
Den: I'm Den Kishinami, Just Rich is fine and this is Daxter my sidekick. And you are?
Viper: Viper.
Den: Pleasure to meet you.
Viper: So, I take it that your not from here.
Den: You could say that,
Den looks over at Po who was backing up
Den: Po! You doing okay?
Po: Oh yeah. I'm fine.
Viper: Do you know him?
Den: Oh yeah, he's the first friend I made since the 3 of us got here. Well one of them is not with us at the moment.
Viper: What do you mean by that?
Den: me, Daxter and my absent ally are foreigners.
"Oh okay sorry, I just wanted to see who the dragon warrior was.... With my two foreigner friends."
"Yeah. Po-jangles here had a major firework malfunction and we would have stopped him if he didn't drag us with him!" Daxter said as he glared at Po.
Po: Hey I said I was sorry!
Oogway then became intrigued as he spots Den's appearance
Oogway: Fascinating. Might I ask your name?
"I'm Den Kishinami, but please call me Rich" Den said as he bowed.
Oogway: and well-mannered. I like that.
Tigress came from behind Po and Den
Tigress: Master, are you pointing at me?
Oogway: Them.
Po tried to get out of the way but Oogway's finger keeps following him.
Oogway: you two.
Den: What?
Daxter: Wait-wait-wait-wait-wait.
Oogway then held Po's arm up with his staff and Den's arm up with his claws as he announced.
Oogway: The universe has brought us two dragon warriors!
"What!?"
"What?!"
"What!?"
The announcer strikes the gong and the crowd goes wild
Shifu: Stop! Wait! Who told you to-!
But it was too late, several geese decended the palace stairs with palanquins.
They then hoisted up Po, they were going offer Den and Daxter a palanquin but Den declined by saying "No thanks."
Shifu began talking to Oogway privately
Shifu: Master, Master wait! That flabby panda and that stranger with his pet rodent can't be possibly be the answer to... Our problem! You were about to point to Tigress then that thing and that stranger fell in front of her. It was an accident!
But Oogway simply said.
Oogway: There are no accidents.
When all of a sudden...
CRUNCH!!!
The palanquin broke down while Den sighed and facepalmed.
Shifu then gave him the "see what I mean?" look. But Oogway simply smiled and walked away.
The Furious Five then came up from behind and bowed.
Tigress: Forgive us master, we failed you.
Shifu: no if the panda, that stranger, and his pet rodent don't quit by morning then I will have failed you. Although that child does remind me of someone.
Den looked back at Viper as he waved at her, while she waved back.
When Den walked past Shao Xiang, Shao Xiang waved at him excitedly as Den waved back.
Daxter: Can you believe it Rich? Us becoming the whatever it's called? That's crazy!?
Den: Yeah I wonder why?
Po: Is it because we're awesome?
Den: I don't think that's the reason.
Po looked around and realized Mila was not with them.
Po: Where's Mila?
Den: Oh she went to follow someone. But she'll join up with us later.
Po: Are you sure she's going to be okay?
Den: Trust me, she will, oh I forgot to tell you about my sister Like me, she's also a skilled fighter with cool powers
Po: Really!? what powers does she have?
Den: Well she can swap between weapons, has a giant Shuriken in her wrist that can be used as a grappling hook or an explosive. And like me she carries the Yatogami sword.
Po: Woah. That's cool!
Den: I just hope she'll be alright.
Po notices the bruise on Den's arm
Po: hey are you alright?
Den: Yeah. I'm fine.
Den: Hey Dax could you fetch me my life crystal.
Daxter: Oh sure thing.
Daxter searches Den's crystal bag until he found a light green crystal he inserts it into Den's gauntlet slot.
Den then puts his hand on his bruised arm and then the bruise disappears.
Po: Woah! How'd you do that!?
Den: Life crystal, it heals wounds,
They continued their way to the palace but little did they know that a mysterious figure was watching them.
Den looked to see who was watching them but the figure disappeared.
"Something the matter Rich?" Daxter asked in concern.
Den: It's nothing. But I could have sworn I saw someone.
Den turns on his music player and puts on his headphones and starts listening to "unfinished" by Kotoko as he and his 2 friends entered the jade palace
