So, I learned about things called sun halos

So guess what I did :D

Meet Halo! He is an astrology expert that is known to be very short tempered and rather prideful in his knowledge of stars and what limited knowledge of space dragons have.

Don't have much created for him yet, but I like the way he looks so far. Working on a full body for him soon maybe.
