Tbh most my art process consists of drawing a traditional base, then adding things on digital
I also use some refs for poses because icant do poses, so like I'll look up 'female doing whatever' or 'male doing whatever' so I can see how the body would move

Also does that pose look right, does the anatomy look right?

Anyway that's a wip
