Neil after 10 years without avni.
Neil works for a few hours at the radio station and then spend most of his time wandering around at avni's favourite spots, her mother's grave,  her childhood home and kneels ma' s  home and at night returns to khanna house where he sleeps on a couch as he looks at the sky for the stars and moon .He doesn't speak much and is almost like a living corpse except the times when he carries out dangerous stunts as he imagine avni being with him and that is what he  lives for.
The stunt now have led him to become the body double for an actor karan kapoor( kk) ,who is mostly a coward just as he was in the show.

Avni ten years later( Neilanjana)
She has many responsibilities on her head and work's hard to give the children all the comfort and care they need. She puts all the children to bed with help from T S and S , she ends with mowgli who sleeps with her still being awake and showering him with love through her eyes which she also does to other children( showers them with love as well when they are awake) but with mowgli this is special and a silent kind as she doesn't reveal that she is his mom.
After this as her everyday routine she goes to their terrace a watches the moon as she falls asleep there.
And she is always the first one to wake up so no one knows that.
She too is just living for the sake of living  but has many important reasons to live, she always has a sense of loss and that she doesn't belong there but since she does not remember anything she ignore that and keeps her occupied so she can't think too much about it.

At kashid in the orphanage Tara Sitara and Sunheri have bonded well with neilanjana whom they assume to be avni's look alike.  They are always suspicious of her and observe her to see whether she is avni or not. They cannot possibly tell as as sometimes she act like avni a little  brave but most of the time scared and cowardly and less emotional about being a orpham compared to how they imagined their avni would act.

Neil works for kkr and move with him to kashid for a shoot . As soon as he lands there he get some kind of amazing feel like he did when his  avni was around him.
Everyone else has noticed the new enthusiasm Neil has and are happy for him.
His family also get to know about it through swetaji 's  informer who give her all news about Neil ( who would never call his family  to talk) th8s in former is none other than dd as he followed Neil to kashid.
While searching for a shooting spot Neil take sometime to himself to figure out why he is so happy, it's like the first time in the past ten years he felt like this.
He stops at a dhaba as he is actually hungry compared to when he just eats to keep himself alive for the family members.
Avni's also come to the same dhaba and also feels different but cannot recognise that feeling.
Mowgli  who was with avni  leaves her hand and run around playfully  as she asked him to play around there while collect some things.
Neil passes by and bump into mowgli and feel and instant connection with him, he is now unable to understand but offers to become friends with mowgli.
And just as avni would refuse to trust anyone  easily mowgli to refused and tested Neil before becoming  friends. Neil remembered avni after this gesture and asked him why he did that and the reply was that he learnt it from his jaan didi.( nickname of Neilanjana)
Neil asked him more about his jaan didi and was amazed at the way he spoke so much and spent around 20minutes listening Neil now wanted to meet  mowgli's jaan didi and waited as mowgli went to get her. Neil had got a call and had to leave immediately and left with out meeting her.
Avni's and mowgli went back to the orphanage and had dinner after which avni, Tara, Sitara and Sunheri put all the kids to bed.

Neil on the other hand could not fall asleep as he only thought about neilanjana and later slept
As Neil thought about neilanjana she started getting hiccups and was thinking about who was missing her and later slept as well.
