*The lights go out again and King Boom Boo returns*

Knuckles: Oh no you don't! *punches a huge hole in the wall*

*sunlight hits King Boom Boo*

King Boom Boo: How did you punch a hole through several layers of stone?!

Knuckles: I'm strong enough to punch the Chaos Emeralds out of Super Sonic. Did you really think I couldn't get the light to come through here without that hourglass?

King Boom Boo: Oh no...

Knuckles: Who you gonna call? Knuckles! *punches at the ghost*

Eggman stealing the Master Emerald

Eggman: I'll just be taking this then. Farewell Knucklehead!

Knuckles: Not if I can help it!

*Knuckles punches the claw holding the Master Emerald, freeing it*

Eggman: How did you free it?!

Knuckles: Why would a toy machine claw stop me from getting this back? I smash your robots like paper, so this should be easier.

Eggman: No!

Knuckles: *punches Eggman away*

Eggman: *in the distance* I'll be back!!!

Knuckles: *glaring at Rouge* Now...where were we?

After Sonic return to Ark from Final Hazard

Tails: Has anyone seen Eggman? He left after Sonic and Shadow won.

Eggman: *uses speakers from control room* Hahahahaha!!! Guess what Sonic? I've taken control of the Eclipse Cannon again!

Amy: I thought you wouldn't want anything to do with this place after hearing about your grandfather's revenge plan?

Eggman: That was when he tried to collide this place with the world. But now that Bio Lizard is dead and the station has been stopped, I can actually use the Eclipse Cannon!

Sonic: Jerk move Eggman!

Eggman: I'm an evil scientist. Did you really think I would be stupid to pass something like this up?

*Robots come into the room and attack*

Later at Villain Pub...

Eggman: And after I killed Sonic while he was vulnerable from the last fight, I took over the world by threatening to blow it up.

Most of the Villains: *laughs*

Emperor Palpatine: Yes! I love that plan.

Sonic's encounter with Shadow

Shadow: My name is Shadow. I'm the world's ultimate life form! There's no time for games....farewell.

Sonic: *speeds over and knocks him down*

Shadow: What the? How did you get over here before I used Chaos Control?

Sonic: Fastest Thing Alive. Duh! I can run faster and dodge lasers. Of course I can hit you before you teleport away.

Shadow: Chaos....

Sonic: *knocks him out with a punch*

*G.U.N arrives*

Soldier 1: Freeze hedgehog! Wait...is that another hedgehog that has quills like Sonic's Super form?

Soldier 2: Yeah! And he actually matches the picture of the one that stole the Chaos Emerald earlier.

Soldier 3: Let's take him in boys!

Sonic: Alright!

Later at the Super Cafe...

Sonic: And after that, Tails found out about Eggman's plans to use the Eclipse Cannon and Gerald's revenge plot from Shadow.

Batman: Then what did you do?

Tails: We sneaked inside before Eggman came there and destroyed Gerald's revenge plan so the Ark wouldn't hit the world.

Sonic: Then Tails shut down the Eclipse Cannon so Eggman couldn't use it when he got there.

Amy: And then we caught him and G.U.N has him in jail too.

Superman: Wow! You guys made it seem easy.

Tails: Not really. Eggman may break out again someday and try another plan.

Knuckles: I don't know, shouldn't you guys be more worried about Shadow breaking out and getting revenge on Sonic for foiling his revenge plan?

Sonic: If he does break out again, I can take him down again or Tails can make something to help us out.

Amy: Can you imagine if Eggman actually got his hands on the weapon?

Sonic: He'd probably blow up the moon or something to show off, which would've looked stupid since we'd know where to go.

Batman: If the government shut down the project, how did Gerald's revenge plan go unnoticed?

Superman: Yeah. Why didn't they bother to check to see if everything in that station was cleared out first before leaving it forever?

Tails: Guess they're just lazy.

Superman: So Knuckles, what happened your whole fight over the Master Emerald with Rouge?

Knuckles: She's still coming for it, but this time, I came up with a backup plan in case my traps never work.

Meanwhile at Angel Island...

Rouge: *lands near the Master Emerald* I can't believe he just left it out in the open. Time to take you home.

Chaos: *comes out of the Master Emerald*

Rouge: Oh no....

Chaos: *jumps at Rouge while she screams*

Back at the Super Cafe...

Knuckles: Plus I found out that her last approach was really part of her mission to infiltrate Eggman's ranks.

Superman: Wait, she's a spy?

Knuckles: Yeah.

Tails: With Shadow and Eggman arrested, she wasn't needed on the mission.

Amy: Now she's going on other missions to make sure the government doesn't put her in prison for all the thefts she made.

Sonic: At least the world's safe and free now.

But this is how it really should have ended.

After Final Hazard fight

Shadow: *wakes up on the Ark* How did I get here? How am I still alive?

Sonic: I got you back here after you lost Super form.

Shadow: How? You were close to losing your form too.

Sonic: I go at the speed of light in Super. I can save you and get back here.

Shadow: But why risk yourself for me?

Sonic: You've been used all of your life and never got to live life for yourself. Shadow, you deserve a better life than this.

Tails: That and helping people is what heroes do.

Shadow: I see....*thoughts* I'll remember this and the promise Maria told me to keep years ago. I swear...

Later at Super Cafe...

Superman: Congrats guys! You saved the world.

Amy: And no one died in the whole thing.

Tails: Except we don't know if all the guards on Prison Island escaped before the place blew up.

Knuckles: And Sonic's chase scene knocked a bunch of cars away that could've had people still inside. Plus G.U.N's giant truck pretty much teared up the streets. Who knows how many people could've gotten hurt during that.

Sonic: And Tails did ride the Tornado down a highway or freeway, right?

Rouge: Also Eggman blowing up the moon means the tides are ruined and some places are pitch black in the night.

Batman: If anything, all of you made more damage than I did in Batman v Superman movie.

Superman: So Shadow, what are you going to do now that you're alive and know what Maria wants?

Shadow: I guess I'll just stick around until Eggman attacks again or an even bigger threat than him comes.

Rouge: Can you imagine what would happen if Sonic didn't save you?

Shadow: I would've died......or just survive the fall and get taken by Eggman or the government again.

Tails: A fall that hard would've done serious damage to your head. I'd be surprised if you remembered anything if you survived.

Batman: You know what bugs me?

Sonic: What?

Batman: When Gerald was captured by the government, how was he sure that Maria died during the invasion?

Shadow: But she did die...I saw it happen in front of me.

Superman: Batman's got a point, if the government was trying to cover everything up, they could've hid what happened to Maria so she could be moved somewhere safe.

Knuckles: Plus it was just one shot. Some medics probably fixed her up while you were sent down to the surface.

Shadow: So Maria....could still be alive?

Rouge: I just hacked into the classified files and it says Maria was put up for adoption after the raid.

Shadow: Tell me where she is! I need to find her!

Later at some random address...

Shadow: *knocks on door*

*an old Maria answered the door*

Shadows M-Maria? Is it really you?

Maria: Shadow? You found me?

Shadow: *hugs her and tears up* Please...don't die because of me ever again!

Maria: *hugs back* I won't leave you again.
