Dylan: *confused expression*

You: In other words, I think i have feelings for you. If you don't like me, that's fine. We'll still be friends, but I have to know. Did you ever like me back? *give him an unblinking solemn look*

Dylan: (at first) *even more confused expression*

Dylan: (later) YAS QUEEN

Both of you:  LIve your happily ever after

Me: *basks in the glory of my own success*
