Fan fictions can be amazing reads.  I enjoy when an author writes a good story based on an already established universe/characters and stays fairly true to canon.  I also like when they rewrite a meh or rage inducing or tear jerking scene/episode.

What just ain't acceptable is blowing holes in my ships. 

I only have five - Spones, Superbat, FinnPoe, Riddick/Vaako, Griffin/Guts.  Why do writers mess with my peeps?  I have read a ton where the author takes Spock and turns him into this sadistic, evil, cold-hearted bastard of a Vulcan.  Or Superman - poster boy for all that is pure and good gets turned into the darkest, most abusive, evil villain I have ever read.  Even the villains are afraid of him!  

That hurts.  I cried for poor Bones and Brucie.  

Please, fanfic writers, put some tags in there so I skip over it.     😊
