Lucarios are tricky to train and won't open up as quickly but don't fret, they are merely taking in your personality and character!

As stating in their Pokédex entries;
"When Lucario evolves, it gains the power not just to sense auras, but to control them. This skill is often useful in battle. If a person or Pokémon within a half-mile radius is feeling happy or sad, Lucario can tell."

This means, your Lucario is feeling the aura around the area and your own!

Please make sure to allow your friend to get used to your environment before engaging to further developments!
