I walk into the house and see the twins on the couch talking.

Then my water breaks and I feel it run down my legs leaving the ground wet.

Oh, shit!

I look at Austin. "Can you get the bags for the hospital? I need to get changed."

Zane and Austin hurry around the place gathering things I need for the hospital.

I walk to the bathroom and jump into the shower.

I start to wash my body when I feel pain.

I scream.

Austin runs into the bathroom and he turns the taps off.

He lifts me into his arms and helps me get changed. "Zane's putting the stuff in the car.

When I'm dressed Austin carries me to the car and he buckles me in.

Zane sits in the backseat.

Austin drives to the hospital.

At the hospital Austin signs in and I scream as another contraction hits me.

Sweat is beading my forehead and I wipe it away with my hand.

The nurse comes out and she takes me to a room.

In the room I put on a hospital gown. I put my legs up and the nurse looks between my legs. "The baby is crowning."

Austin walks into the room with a hospital gown and hat. He stands at my side.

I grip his hand.

"Push," the midwife says.

I push.

Fudge this hurts.

I stop.

"One the next contraction, push."

I nod.

On the next contraction I push.

I have to push two more times before my son is out.

I look at his dark hair that reminds me of his father.

My son begins to cry and the nurses check him over.

One more baby to go.

Austin stays by my side as I feel the need to push again.

The nurse smiles. "One more baby. You knowingly to do."

I nod.

On the next contraction I push.

I don't want to have anymore children. This hurts too much.

I grip my fiancé's hand as I push again.

"A baby girl."

My daughters face turns blue. "Faith," I whisper.

I watch the nurses hurry around with my daughter before I pass-out.

Austin POV

Valentina's doing a great job.

I watch as my daughter comes into the world. Her face turns blue.

I hear someone whisper. "Faith," I turn to Valentina.

Something's wrong with her.

"Doctor, there's something wrong with my fiancé."

The doctor moves over to Valentina. "She's losing a lot of blood."

No, this can't be happening. My fiancé and daughter.

"Someone get him out of here. We need to save both their lives."

A nurse ushers me out of the room.

I walk into the waiting room.

Mum looks up from magazine in her hand.

I have tears streaming down my face.

Mum runs over to me. "What's going on, Austin?"

I hug her. "I can't lose them."

I cry.

She wraps her arms around me and she whispers things to me.

"Mum, she lost blood and my daughter her face turned blue. They kicked me out of the room."

Mum steps away from me. "They have to do their job. That job is to save Valentina and Faith."

I shake my head. "How do you know that name? Val, whispered it before she passed out."

Mum touches my cheek. "She told me the babies names."

"What about our son?"

She smiles. "AJ,"

I laugh. "Austin Junior? I like it."

Mum pulls my hand and u follow her to seat. "They will be fine."

The doctor walks out of the room. "You can see the twins if you like. The girl had lack of oxygen. That's why she turned blue. She is doing great now. You can see her if you like."

I want to my kids.

I follow the doctor into the room. I see my son and daughter in the nursery.

I pick up my daughter and I rock her in my arms. I kiss her cheek. "Hey, baby girl. It's daddy. I want you to know that you won't be getting married until you are at least 30."

The nurse in the room laughs. "I would be rich every time I heard a father promise that to his child."

I chuckle too. "I mean it, though."

I put Faith in the capsule. AJ is in the one next to her and I pick him up.

"Hey, buddy. Your job is to look out for your twin sister. You have to make sure she she doesn't date in High School and scare away all the boys that comes near her." I kiss my son on the head.

I place him back into the capsule.

The doctor walks into the room. "Your fiancé is awake and asking for you. I'll have the nurse bring the twins into the room soon."

I follow the doctor to Valentina's room.

Her face is pale.

I move quickly to her and put my hand in hers. "I'm glad your alright."

She smiles. "I lost a lot of blood. They stopped the bleeding and had to give me a blood transfusion."

"Do you feel alright?" I ask.

She nods. "What happened to Faith? She turned blue."

I sit. "She had a lack of oxygen going into her body. Faith is doing great now. She's gorgeous just like her Mum."

I kiss Valentina.

She pulls away. "I love you, Austin. We're still getting married on the weekend. The babies may have been early, but, I'm not pushing back our wedding plans."

I smile. "I didn't want to change the plans."

Valentina shakes her head. "Shit, the wedding dress is going to be baggy on me now."

Austin smiles. "It's a good thing you can design your on dress and get someone to make it. You should give Nicolette a call to help you with organising the making of the dress."

She shakes her head. "I can't get her to help me out."

"Yes, you can. I want you to wear a wedding gown that fits you."

She sighs. "Fine, give me the phone."

She calls Nicolette.

After the phone call the twins are brought into the room.

The nurse looks at us. "What are the twins names?"

The girl is. "Faith," Valentina says.

"Does she have a middle name?"

"Avery O'Connor."

The nurse writes the name down. "And the boy."

"Austin Hunter O'Connor Jr."

I'm glad my son has my father's name for his middle.
