"Flighty Aphrodite" was a concert tour by Celestina Warbeck held in 1999. The tour's last stop was in Liverpool, England. Three of Warbeck's fans who had purchased late tickets became involved in a three-broom pile up over the River Mersey in their hurry to reach the tour.
