This will be the first and last time I will be making a a/n page on this book so please listen

All the district 13 people can be affect by the radiation by they can't have powers I have thought about and have decide against it because it is not fair on the other oc and in the works makes them seem like overpowered oc.

Secondly all characters that have died before the 28/02/17 are know alive I am starting the arena page again, however no one can comment on this page until all the districts have got both go a female and make oc.
