The storm brewed in the sky of his town, the loud clapping and the flashing lights. He sat on the seat, his hood over his head. His arms were wrapped around his legs, the rain mixing with the tears that were streaking down his face as he closed his eyes, not caring about his crazy surroundings. A Blitzers song played in the back of his head, which did not fit the situation that was happening.

"F-f-uck," he cussed as he shoved his face into his hoodie. His depressed thoughts lingered in his head; he'd had never experienced this much sorrow. He never swore, but this was just too much for him to handle. The boy's fragile body flopped down towards the park bench as he closed his eyes, waiting for his end.

The body of a male laid there, in the middle of a relentless storm, falling into a deep sleep. It looked like he was lifeless. Without a soul. But that is what he felt like inside too.

As his body came to a temporary peace, the lighting struck twice as much, and the thunder was loud enough to overpower the noise of screaming fans concert, but not enough to wake the pitiful boy up. Everyone in the town was hiding in their residences, the streets deserted as the heavy raindrops pummelted to the ground. Only the 15-year-old boy was out at the time.

He laid his head against the big old tree, shuffling into an even more comfortable position. The bark of the tree lightly brushed against the male's red hair as he exhaled quietly. The clouds grew even darker as the lightning struck. Everyone in their homes jumped in fright as the town grew darker, a feeling of unhappiness and gloominess spreading through the streets.

A burst of energy shocked the boy, as he lost control of his nerves. The tree that sat next to him went up into red, scorching flames...

Han Jisung stared intensely at the television that laid before his eyes. His eyes widened as he heard the interviewer say 'his' name. 'Yang Jeongin', the boy that disappeared after getting struck by lightning. He started hyperventilating, his eyes glued to the screen.

"Seo, here are the parents of Seo Changbin, the only witness at the scene," the reporter introduced as the cameraman panned across towards two unfamiliar faces.

"Ah, yes... our son... He had spotted a young male with red hair, named Yang Jeongin. He had seen the tree next to him, it was completely black! All burnt up!" The male next to the female exclaimed, making huge, unnecessary hand gestures.

"Our son who got A+ in all of his subjects," the female which Jisung assumed to be the wife of the male, spoke, making Jisung shake his head in disappointment, "He explained to us that he saw the 15-year-old child, float up and then, poof, he was gone!" The female planted a fake surprised expression on her face. Abruptly, a boy with handsome features ran up to her and shoved her, glaring at the cameraman to not show the scene.

The reporter had a concerned look as he stared at the camera awkwardly. "I THOUGHT I TRUSTED YOU NOT TO TELL ANYONE ELSE." The dark-blue-haired male shouted off screen, his voice full of rage. Jisung, who was viewing the news, had enough of the female, deciding to listen to a few more lines of the shouting boy. He grasped the remote, ready to turn off the TV.

"Baby Changbin, this was the only way we could get famous. The only way I could get close to my bae Jimi-"

"wtf mum."

Jisung left the room after turning of the television. Closing the door behind him, he planted his back against the door, having a few minutes to process that his best friend was fucking dead.

The television filled the dark room with light. Jisung groaned as the advertisements popped up onto the screen, stopping him from watching his 'favourite movie' Encanto. He chucked 3 popcorns into his open mouth, before closing it, as the news break interrupted his thoughts.

"BREAKING NEWS. The missing boy Yang Jeongin has been declared dead, as detectives and police have not found his body. Detectives are searching everywhere, asking his relatives and seeing the places he had visted before. Yang Jeongin's sister, Yang Noli, has been found to have just passed away recently. Detectives believe that this could be a large factor in Yang Jeongin's death."

Tears pricked Jisung's eyes, consuming the butter popcorn as pictures appeared on the screen, Jeongin and Noli's heavenly faces showing up. He abruptly switched off the television, not bothering to wait through the ads, nor watch Encanto.

Jisung was watching his 'favourite movie' Encanto when the news break had once again appeared. He sighed, placing his bag of chips to his side on the table, leaning forward.

"Update on Yang Jeongin. Detectives have not found the corpse yet. Like Seo Changbin said, he could have really disappeared," The reporter held the mic on his hand, "Here is Seo Changbin's parents once again with the shocking news." Jisung exhaled quite loudly at the sight of the boy's parents he envied greatly. He made the decision to just continue watching.

"Seo, we have found Yang Jeongin's grades, and there is one B on th-" The raven-haired male switched of the TV immediately, not bothering to watch the rest of Encanto nor the extremely irritating parents. He grabbed the phone that was sitting in front of him, texting his friend group which contained Yeji, Hyunjin and Soobin, about Jeongin's news. He laid down on his couch closing his eyes to sleep, not bothering to walk all his way to his own room.

Yes. It has been a year. Han Jisung sat in his room, on his chair in front of his desk. He was on the computer, opening Youtube for some recommendations of K-Drama to watch. His eyes caught on something as his iconic widened eyes went into motion.

'More news on the boy that has been missing for a year, Yang Jeongin. The boy has...'

The title got cut off as the raven-haired male shook a bit in shock. He rapidly typed in "BL k-dramas" as he tried to shake off the news about his dead friend. Watching the videos of the recommendations. He successfully got his mind of Jeongin by starting a new K-drama called To My Star. (I wAs aBouT tO leAbE)

The male gazed at the celling of his cozy apartment; his eyes slowly closed. "Innie, I hope you are doing well, wherever you are. You know I love you... right?" Jisung looked down to the planks beneath his feet, "I miss you, a lot. I have missed many memories I could have had with you, now lets watch Encanto again." The raven-haired boy smiled sweetly with a hint of grief. The lights flickered on the screen in the room filled with daylight.

An older Han Jisung (by four years) was watching Encanto once again.

'Wait... where the hell are the snacks..." Jisung rushed towards the kitchen, leaving the television abandoned in the room. He rummaged around the cupboards as he sighed, trying to find a snack.

A voice quietly spoke on the TV, "After 4 years, we have finally found evidence on the missing deceased boy, Yang Jeongin. We have found a necklace in front of the grave of Yang Noli, deep under the dirt. It has the words 'Haven' written on the necklace. On the other side it states, 'Yang Jeongin will be happy'. We have no clue what this could mean but detectives are still working on it. This is the end of this news break, goodbye."
