Avni: Meri baaton ko bahut dhayan se sunna Neil Main jo bhi hoon meri pehchan jo bhi hai chahe woh Mrs. Avni Neil Khanna ki ho ya phir Dr.Avni ki dono ki hi duniya tumpe aur meri, humari Neelanshi pe hi tiki hui hai.

Avni spoke and met his eyes he was having tears welled up as he knew that If she is speaking something like this then surely something disastrous is coming. His heart was thumping fast and pushing the valves. But still tired to listen her complete sentence. Avni continued....

Avni: Promise me no matter what it is tomorrow you will be living your present to the fullest no matter how long it takes you will return home fast no matter how much you need you will be completing everything alone with a beam no matter your eyes moist you will wipe them of to let them shine no matter how far the destination is you will reach that no matter how much your sleeps are disturb you will let your eyes closed no matter how hollow you feel you will fill your arms by embracing Neelanshi. No matter how gloomy the moon be you will be the shining star behind the clouds no matter how much far I am going you will be walking in the silent lane of this journey. No matter how much your evening swap you will have a tea In a single cup just a sip no matter how hard it's to breath for you you will let your heartbeat for me. Even though I am drowning deep I an Ocean where you can't come you will be watching being a seashore. Untill you smile I will be at your lips, shine in your eyes flutter in your heart racing in your vein walking beside you holding air as my hand you will be having me forever I will be there forever.

As soon as She completed her sentence Neil went to her bed without caring that she is quarantined. He just held her in his arms crushing her in his appetite. Feeling her breath with his shaking his head as noo... As breathing hardly when he squeezed her In his arms to feel her more she vanished. The air hugged him in return he felt emptied he felt hollowed he felt that he is not he.

There she wasn't present so this was his dream his freaking dream. God she isn't home and all this while from her tensed face after dinner till her these sentences he was freaking dreaming or wasn't he??

He rubbed his palm on his face thrice and wipped off the tears resting on the corner. He watched the clock it was 8 in the night still she hasn't shown up. Neil tensed after his open eyed dream.

He was going to call her when suddenly he received a call from her hospital. He received it and what he heard shook his world. The floor swept under his feet. Breath was snatched and so was his soul forever.

Hospital: Sorry Sir But Dr. Avni Neil Khanna is no........

And there he lost it he fall on the floor and became unconscious. After an hour he woke up and found Bebe Shweta and Prakash sitting in his room. All of them were aware of the loss they have to face or more precisely Neil has to face.

Neil was not Neil now he became silent and took his car keys and drove to her hospital. He reaches there. Everyone present there was looking at his with teary eyes but he doesn't have a single drop in his eyes. He went to the room where she was lifeless forever. He always wished to watch her stare her but here he just don't want to get a glimpse even.

With plethora of emotions he sat beside her without caring about any pandemic or infection. He caressed her hair and kissed her forehead to show she is till his queen, holding her hands in his kissing her knuckles. He started to sing lullaby to her.

Neil: Aasman ke chand ko palko pe saja le

Aankhein tu meech le bahein tu faila de

Roshani se tamas hua hai
Zilmil ye gagan hua hai

Tu ja wahan aaram kar
Main lautunga kabhi na kabhi

Neend aakhon mein aaye

Neil cried after completing the Lori pecked her all over her face lingering their for longer than required as this will be their last physical meet where he will be last to touch her peck her and hold her to let go forever.

He kissed her forehead to show she will be his queen not only till her last but untill his last.

But he didn't cried more instead smiled and asked the nurse and other doctors about their well being. They all were in trauma after loosing her such a great doctor such a saviour such a soul. Whereas Neil patted their shoulders and finally asked when did she breath her last.

At 7:40 okay so now he got whatever he dreamt wasn't a nightmare it was reality it was her message it was her final visit In their room it was the last she wore that nighty she had her dinner and said those special sentence that he heard as her final words. So here she was battling with her death and their hersoul was making him understand it was that she traveled to him to just assure him she will be always there forever.

He understood her message and reached home to prepare for her final journey. To prepare himself without her to be strong for their Neelanshi and for even her too.
