Grace: -streching- I still don't understand what this has to do with my magic

Stellas: It helps loosen your muscles Grace

Grace: I know that I do it everytime before mom starts to teach me more advanced sword techniques

Stellas: Well it also helps if your magic can flow through your body easily. Any tightened muscles would contribute to your magic sparking out for a few moment and your muscles going sore. Your mother and I used to do this all the time when she was your  age even younger

Grace: Really? What was that like

Stellas: Arguably worse. She seemed to complain about it rather then ask why it needed to be done

Grace: Well why isn't Nicholas here with us doing it?

Stellas: Because your brother is your Grandfather and GrandUncle's problem to deal with when it comes to teaching him his draconic magic. Now that the streches are done let's take a short break and carry onto the stretches
