Chapter 25

"They should be over in about a few minutes," Ariana stated from the other side of the phone.

"Thank you so much! I have no way to thank you for all the help you've given Melody and I... Just thank you." I cried over the phone.

"No problem, just get your friend and come back home safely."

"Thank you! I'm going to get Melody so we can go," I sighed, hanging up the phone.

I placed my phone down on the table and went to the living room where Melody was eating a slice of pizza. My parents were coming home tonight from a business trip and I knew when Melody and I got back we would be in big trouble, but we had to help Cathy.

"The men are about to get here, so let's head over to the door and wait for them." I sighed.

"Can you promise me after this we'll go back to our normal lives; meaning no more singers, no more Austin or Justin or anything, just you and me and high school okay?"

I laughed, but gave her a nod, before grabbing my phone and heading to the kitchen to write a letter to my parents about where I would be. Obviously they would be pissed off, but I had no time to waste, Cathy's parents were getting worried and so was I. Letting out a breath I went to the front door to wait for the men on the porch. Melody followed behind me after turning off all the lights all while munching on her slice of pizza.

"We should be arriving at the destination in a few minutes; once we land we will get your friend from one of our friends inside and take you all home. I want you both to stay on the boat and be quiet until we get back," the head guard stated, as the island came into view.

It was dark, but I could still make out Justin's estate and I could see some of his men patrolling the beach making me a bit nervous about getting Cathy out safely. I opened my mouth to argue, but Mel gave me a look and I sighed shutting my mouth. Mel was right, I shouldn't argue with someone who is trying to help me save my friend. He and the others are doing a lot for me and Cathy, so I guess I'll be fine waiting for her on the boat.

"Don't worry Em they're trained guards, Cathy will be okay." Mel soothed, as the boat was docked near the sandy beach island.

"No matter what, I want you girls to stay here." The guard stated again as his men got off the boat and toward Justin's estate.

I watched as the head guard reached the shore and spoke with one of the men, before walking toward the estate their shadows fading the farther they walked.

"She'll be here soon Emma, don't worry."

Here it is guys,

I don't particularly like this story anymore, but I feel like once it's completed and I edit it and add some things then the story will be better and you all can enjoy it better.

Anyway class is almost over so I have to go now, but I will try updating another story later tonight!
