*kates POV:*

I go to the Sturniolos house and I knock on the door with my bag on my back,waiting for the door to open. The door opens and I see a sleepy Chris,I hug him and say "hi Chris,where's Matt? Is he here?" I ask "yeah he's in his room" Chris yawns "why are you here?" He asks "he asked me to tutor him" I answer "oh that's nice" Chris smiles,he lets me in and I run up to matts room and knock. I wait about 2 minutes and he opens the door his hair wet and he smiles "sorry,I was just taking a shower" I look up at him "it's fine" I walk into his room "what did you need help with?" I ask "maths" he answers.

3 hours pass and me and Matt finish studying and jax had texted me an hour ago asking where I was and I replied that I was at the Sturniolos. Matt and I walk downstairs and see Chris and Nick watching a movie "oooooo! Can I join!?" I ask excitedly "sure Katie" nick smiles "you know that's not my real name?" I ask "I know" nick grins

2 hours later I'm fast asleep on the couch laying my head on matts lap, Jax had texted me 99+ messages and Matt had to text him that I was sleeping and Matt sent him a photo of me sleeping on his lap.

*matts POV*

Kate lays on my lap fast asleep,I'm playing with her hair as Chris walks into the room with a smirk "you like her?" He whispers "of course not" I laugh whispering "so you're just playing with her hair?" He raises an eyebrow "yes." I reply firmly "so you don't like her?" He grins "I mean...she's cute but I'd never date my enemy" I stare at Kate. As Kate wiggles in her sleep moving around on my lap I smile.Chris takes pictures of me and Kate and I can't get his phone to delete them because I would wake Kate up so I just sit there starting at Kate.

*kates POV*

In the morning I wake up cuddled into matts chest and his arm around my waist on the couch,I blush and then I think what has gotten into me. I wait for Matt to wake up and when he does me speaks "why didn't you wake me? How long have you been laying there??" I smile "I didn't wake you because you were sleeping peacefully and I have been laying like this for 5 minutes" he smiles and then nick walks into the room causing me to jump up and hug him "NICKKKKK!" I exclaim "what did I miss?" He asks "nothing" I laugh as Matt just stares at us Chris walks in and asks "wanna go for a walk?" "Sure" I answer.

We walk outside and we get to a nearby park and it starts getting cold but I'm only wearing a shirt and sweatpants no hoodie or jacket but i don't wanna be trouble so I keep quiet "Jesus Kate your shivering!" Matt takes his hoodie off "Matt,its fine" I reply "no it isn't" he passes his hoodie to me telling me he's already warm,I put on his hoodie and instantly feel warmer. After a while of walking a guy that looks around our age walks over to me and looks me up and down "hey pretty lady" the guy smirks and i smile uncomfortably "back off" I hear a voice knowing it's matts "are you her boyfriend?" The guy asks "no I'm not but you aren't either so back up" Matt answers and I step closer to Matt and Matt steps closer to the guy "cmon let the lady live she knows she wants me and I'd tap that" he laughs but matts fist clenched " you never disrespect a woman!" He steps closer "or what?" The guy laughs "you talk about her that way again then you'll find out" Matt says through gritted teeth "what do you mean? Man,she's sexy I'd hook up with her,I mean,wouldn't you?" The guy laughs again but Matt didn't find it funny, matts fist flew and hit the guy in the face and left the guy on the floor,the guy got up and punched Matt but Matt hit his back and they started fighting until the guy was to weak to carry on. "Next time learn to respect a woman,yeah?" Matt walks away and I follow him "thank you" I smile "no problem" he answers "oh god Matt your face" I sigh, matts face had a cut and bloody lip and a black eye other than that he was fine but the other guy,couldn't say the same he was wayyy worse than Matt. When we got home from the walk I went to the bathroom with Matt to clean his cuts up, Matt sat on the counter as i got a q-tip and rubbing alcohol and dipped the q-tip in and cleaned matts cut lip. He winced when I swiped it across his lip "sorry" I say "it's fine" he reply's  "are you okay?" I smile apologetically "I'm fine,I'm just glad he's worse than me" he laughs "Matt,why did you fight him?" I ask "he was talking down on you ,Kate" he smiles "he shouldn't talk down on women" Matt smiles wider making me smile.

Me and Matt get out off the bathroom and Nick and Chris are waiting outside "what did you guys do in there?" Chris asks "probably make out" nick snickers "I cleaned up his cut" I point to matts lip, I hear a horn outside and I can tell it's Jax so I run outside "thanks for having me over" I smile and wave to the boys they all say bye in unison and I get into Jax's car. "Why are you wearing matts hoodie?" He asks "it was cold and he gave it to me" I answer "why did Matt have a black eye and a cut lip?" He asks focusing on the road "him and some dude got into a fight because the dude walked up to me and was like 'hey pretty lady'" I mock the guy,I continue to tell the story and then Jax said "Matt did the right thing." "Yeah matts very brave" I smile "you like matt?!" Jax chuckles "it isn't funny!" I cover my face,I go on my phone and text Matt thanks again but jax looks in my phone"KATE WHATS HIS CONTACT NAME?!" He laughs  "it's MattyB with a red heart...." I blush "aww how cute" jax teases while driving "Nick and Chris know that I like him" I fiddle with my fingers "give me one reason you like him?" Jax challenges  "He respects women" I answer instantly "good can you name five?" He asks "He wouldn't get with someone just to hook up,he's cute,he's really kind,he actually showers unlike some guys,he's never talk down on women. And that's basically six counting the fist one I said" I smile "you must really like him" Jax giggles "please don't tell him" I plead "I won't" he reply's "do you think he likes you back?" Jax asks "not at all" I frown "because he wouldn't like someone like me,he's out of my league" I smile again "but whatever makes him happy doesn't matter to me" " why do you do that?" Jax laughs "do what?" I answer really confused "when you say matter you say it like MATTer" he laughs again "oh" I laugh with him. We get home and I go upstairs take a shower than I put on the red plaid pants and black shirt Matt got me and I fold matts hoodie leaving it on my desk,I yawn and I get a text from Matt and I smile and open it

Kates pov

I answer matts call and I  smile when I see his face on the screen "why are you so smiley?" He laughs "I was bored and someone wants to talk" I giggle "okay" he smiles "I'm doing my night routine" I state "okay I'm gonna talk while you do that" he says as I nod doing my night routine "where is my hoodie?" He asks "I folded it it's on my nightstand" I point "okay" he nods.

We talk for a while

We talk until Matt says "I like this girl and I don't know how to tell her" "oh..who??" I ask "I can't say that because no one knows,well actually Chris and Nick know but other than that no one,wait also my mom and dad know and my friends Nate knows but that's all." He rambles "woah okay you don't need to tell me I'm not forcing you to" I laugh "what do I do though? I really like her and she's super kind and funny like I swear her humour is literally mine." He smiles talking about this girl "Matt,I don't really know what to do, I mean I haven't dated anyone since 8th grade" I laugh "I forgot about that.... But the girl I like doesn't really date either any tips??" He begs "I'm sorry Matt I don't know" I shrug "I like someone as well and your brothers know who,my brother knows who,no I can not tell you because you won't tell me yours I think Madi might know that's all" I ramble "ughhh Kateeee" he whines "do you want some bread with that whine??" I laugh "that was good" I smiles "anyway goodnight Matthew" I yawn "awww bye Katie" he pouts "bye bye" I smile and he hangs up.

I lay in my bed until Jax walks into the room "were you just on the phone with your lover?" He jokes "shut up,I was talking to Matt" I smile "he likes someone?" Jax continues "yeah" I pout "I think it's you" jax says making my mouth open in shock "no way" I shake my head "Kate cmon how many girl don't date that are our age?" He asks "I don't know jax,I'm going to bed" I lay down and fall asleep.

This is the longest chapter so far but I don't really like some parts I'm just doing this to get a new chapter cuz I don't want to make people wait to long. Like I'm not even carrying on from the start atm cuz I read over it and there was a project that Matt and Kate had to do but it's school break now so I gave up. I made that chapter so long before I published the cast because I was bored and I forgot I finished it. Any way love you all especially my number 1 supporter luverboychris  <3. This chapter is 2005 words long including this bit where I speak, I did this at my dads house and at my dads I have no internet cuz idk he just likes to turn it off😭 but I still read stories offline and I wrote this chapter. So if I don't reply to you on Wednesday,Friday, and Saturday it's cuz I'm at my dads and yes It is torture cuz the Sturniolos triplets post on Wednesday and Friday but atleast I still get to watch their podcast on Monday (I still watch the videos I'm just late to them sometimes). Any way have a great day and if you have suggestions for the next chapter or what should happen later on please tell me cuz I can't think.
