Human psychology is strange for me to think about because of the things I know about it. One example of this is anger and what it can do to someone. I've felt it and seen first hand how things can happen that nobody meant, words, actions, all kinds of things you never meant to do. Some gain the idea that they under all circumstances must prove a point or justify their actions, even at the expense of the truth, other peoples feelings, and trust. Other times you feel you must vent before it gets out of hand. This is reasonable but usually unethical and ends with failure. An example is rambling about things related and unrelated to the topic at hand, such as past events you find yourself upset with, the lies you've told to justify yourself as if they were true, your side/ views of the event that upset you, etc. This usually is a failure due to the usual unwillingness of others or the inability to get your point across.
Anger is hard to deal with as of it requires a strategy that can usually be developed by observing the actions of the person who needs it.

To switch emotions and sides of psychology I'll speak of the human ability to understand a concept but failure to use it when necessary. Most people come across this when encountering anger, they understand how to deal with it but they never end up using their own helpful advice. You may argue that it doesn't work for them but they would have to figure how to help people with both similar and very different ways that work. Not everyone does this so the point is still valid though. Another one of these things is more common among those who fall under a combination of symptoms and contributing factors that vary depending on the person, simply put, depression. If you have it you usually know how to help others with it, but most like this never can seem to help themselves. While some can and those people I'll commemorate for the accomplishment but not everyone can. As it's a tangle of different contributors usually at least including stress it's strange to cover, but as you get deeper into it more things usually tangle and it gets harder to cut away from for lack of a better term. With more contributors comes more knowledge of what people might be dealing with and sometimes you've been told that that's one of the issues, so you learn how to deal with it. This is a darker one to cover of these things since this is a worldwide issue that millions deal with everyday. I'm assuming some of you reading this have depression and maybe even this same problem. It's a harder problem to help stop those who find themselves committing it from doing but it's possible to get others to take their own advice.

I'll stop with those 487 words and end it right there. I should probably get some sleep.
