At school the next day, I decided to ask Shindou about Kishibe. "Hey, Shindou, you wouldn't happen to know Kishibe Taiga would you?" I asked. I managed to talk to him at practice. "Kishibe? Yeah, we're friends, why?" I grinned. "So he was telling the truth... I just ran into him yesterday, that's all. After he nearly died rescuing a cat." Shindou rolled his eyes. "What have we all said, he has too big of an obsession with cats! Well, at least you finally met him. We may be playing a friendly game soon, and if you know the opponents then it's always better." I gasped excitedly. "You guys will play a game against them? Awesome! I just wish I could join. Oh well."

I was walking home [Yes that's all of the school day you get.] when I heard laughter behind me. I froze cos I recognised it. "Well well well, long time no see Y/n. Miss me?" It was Yushiro! That blue-skinned alien from like 4 chapters ago! [Subtle 4th wall break. *Sticks a bunch of duct tape on it* That will do for now.] "Yushiro. No, I did not miss you at all." I grinned at him. 

"So, I heard you had a run-in with 3 lookalikes?" I nodded. "I'm guessing you were one of them?" "Uh huh! I was your brown haired one!" "Shindou huh? Figures...." "Well, I'm sorry it's short but I gotta go now. See ya Y/n!" And just like that he was gone. Weird. "Hey Y/n!" I turned around to see Kishibe of all people. "Huh?" "I saw you walking, and something fell from your bag." He handed me a red notebook. Oh I know what this is. It's my doodle pad! "Thanks Kishibe. I didn't notice it was gone." He grinned at me. "Well, I'm happy to help anytime! After all, we are friends, right?" #selffriendzoned #hesecretlywantstobemorethanfriendscoshefellinlovewithyouatfirstsight #spoilers. I smiled. "Yeah." "So how was school?" "Pretty boring. What about you?" "Same here. Wait, let me give you my number, then we can talk more. I've got a thing to do and I don't really wanna be late." "Here, write it on my arm, that way I won't lose it." He took my arm and wrote several neat numbers on it [Holy fudge Y/n you are one lucky girl Kishibe hecking Taiga just touched your arm there are fangirls who would die for that to happen to them]. "Well, I'll call you tonight. See you Y/n." "Bye Kishibe." We said our goodbyes and then went our separate ways. God that boy is just to perfect. His accent is pretty cute too.

I was just laying in bed, messing with my phone, when it suddenly started ringing, causing me to freak out and drop it. I quickly picked it up and saw it was Kishibe. I knew this as I created his contact earlier. I pressed answer. "Y/n?" "Hey Bay, my phone scared the crud out of me." "Haha, sorry. Anyway, what are you doing right now?" "Chilling on my bed. And you?" "Same." "What was the event thing you were doing?" I heard him mutter something. "What?" "I was a judge for a baking competition..." I burst out laughing. "Hey! It's not funny! How would you like it? It's embarrassing!" "Too right it is, I'm never letting you live this down!" Poor Kishibe okay I'll stop. "Meanie." "Oh fine, be like that. So how's other stuff?" [Literally sounds nothing like an actual phone call, but idk what im doing lol] We talked for ages after that, and it was like we'd known each other for years. Little did I know that things wouldn't be as good soon.
