Steve's POV:

I'm on my way to the gym when Agent Coulson catches up with me. Saying Fury needs us all in the meeting room. I guess it's good in a way, at least it'll take my mind off Skye.

3rd person POV:

Everyone makes their way to the meeting room. By the time Fury gets there, only Steve and Skye are sat at the table. They're sat as far away from each other as possible. "Sir, where is everyone else?" Skye asks.

"Only you and Captain Rogers are needed for this mission" Fury says in reply.

"Oh" Skye says while looking at the table.

"Is that a problem Miss Angelov?" Fury questions.

"No sir" she quickly states.

"Captain Rogers?" He says now directing the question at Steve.

"No sir" Steve replies.

"Good" Fury says, "let's get started".

He then brings up a projection of an abandoned building. "We suspect that this is where H.Y.D.R.A. does their main weapons deals. I want you two to go check it out. You'll have a backup of 20 men if needed." He explains.

He hands Skye and Steve the more detailed mission file. "You have one day to read the briefing and get ready. I want you both on the jet by 7am. No later. Are we clear" Fury questions  whilst looking at both, Steve and Skye.

"Yes sir". They both say in unison. After Fury leaves they make their way to their rooms. Preparing themselves for tomorrow's misson.
