•charming- james is extremely charming, very sincere in it too. the man just has a way with people, extremely suave and sharp, a trait there from since he was a kid.
•smart- not necessarily book smart, but street smart. war teaches you a lot of things, and that was something james picked up easy- how to judge character, good or bad.
•friendly- as said before, he's a people person. he's a shoulder to cry on, an easy friend, one to always vent to. he's just easy to get along with, no matter the person.
•troubled- as said before, james is a war vet. he has ptsd, and often gets extremely scared when alone at night, when hearing sirens, fireworks, loud noises, and being spooked can bother him, potentially leading to violent outbursts from him if frightened enough. it doesn't happen often, though.

•kids- he loves kids, really wants a family.
