Part 19:
Manik and Nandini entered the party to greet all the other guests. While nandini got busy with the guests, manik moved towards Fab5.

Manik: Hey guys!!

Aliya: Still not into the party mood Haan... I still can't believe u got into this kind of a surprise for Dadi!! I m sure she is gonna love it.

Manik: Same here Aliya.... This is the first time, i m feeling out of the place in my own party..

Cabir: Well Nandini got u into this for Dadi... Let's see what this turns out to be!!

Nandini: Did I hear my name?? Oh yes i did...

All of them turned around and saw Nandini pulling her wheel chair towards them,
Mukti: Hi Nandini!!

Nandini: Hi...

Manik smiled at her when suddenly cabir scooped down on his knees in front of her, he picked up her hand in his and slowly kissed her knuckles.
Cabir: Hello darling.... U look gorgeous!!

Nandini smiled at it when he continued, this time in a husky tone,
Cabir: If u don't mind... I might wish to add that u look hot today!!

Nandini blushed a bit at him while Aliya hit cabir's back.
Aliya: Oye joker... Shut up and get up now!!

Cabir stood up from his knees while Mukti we busy noticing our hero.
Manik's pov:
What the hell!! This cabir... when will he stop his drama!! God what will i do with this guy... Leave him, here he is clearly flirting with her and madam is smiling and blushing at it. What if some other guy does something, cabir is fine but what about others?? When will this girl get some brains?

But his chain of thoughts was broken when he heard her calling him.
Nandini: Sir.... Where r u lost??

Manik: Lost?? No where... Why??.

Nandini: I m saying that i think it's time that u should bring Dadi... But u r not listening only!!

Manik: Oh yes... I think i should get her!! Guys... I'll be back..

All of them nodded and Manik moved inside the house and straight towards Dadi's room. He entered the room hurriedly, without even knocking and said,

Manik: Dadi..... Woh Nandini!!! .... Nandini!!

Dadi: Manik.... What happened?? Why are u looking so tended... What happened to Nandu??

Manik: Dadi.. woh Nandini again fell down and her leg is badly hurt!! I m taking her to the hospital...

Dadi: Ohh God!! My girl... Wait Manik... I'll also come with u, i want to be with her.

Manik: Jaldi chaliye Dadi....

Both of them hurried out of her room and Manik led her to the backyard saying that Nandini fell down over there!! They reached there and Manik opened up the door and....

"SURPRISE!!!!"

All the guests shouted at the top of their voices. Dadi looked at all of them and then shifted her gaze towards Manik who smiled at her and said,
Manik: Happy birthday Dadi...

Saying so he hugged her tight while Dadi smiled at her fullest to see everything that they had arranged. She broke the hug and again looked at him with a confused face,
Dadi: Nandu??

Manik smiled at her and simply pointed at Nandini who was sitting right in front of the entire crowd.
Nandini moved her chair ahead and reached Dadi. She immediately bent down and touched her feet. Dadi touched her head and as she got up she said,
Nandini: A very happy birthday Dadi!!! I hope Ayiappa blesses u with a long long and healthy life!!

Dadi smiled at her and kissed her forehead with all her love. After which she again looked at all her guests and then back at Manik,

Dadi: Mujhe toh pta hi nhi chala... Kb kiya ye sb, aur kese??

Manik: Umm... Nandini.... I don't think i need to say anything other than her name to make h understand.!!

Dadi smiled at it while Nandini said,
Nandini: Ok ok... Details later on!! Now it's time to start the party...

The party started in full swing finally... Nandini got busy in seeing whether the guests are comfortable out not, etc etc etc while Dadi was continuously surrounded by her friends or relatives. Manik attended a few guests he knew and then joined fab5 in a corner. All were having a great time and Manik could clearly see the motive to they party fulfilled coz Dadi seemed really happy.

After some time all were busy eating and chattering when Nandini cane upto Manik and asked,
Nandini: Sir.... Should we start with the performance now??

Manik looked at fab 5 who simply shrugged at it and then smiled with a nod towards Nandini. Nandini moved back towards the centre slowly. Exactly 5 mins later, they heard a stunning guitar melody emerging from a side. All of them turned towards it , when the keyboard and the drums also started swinging along. We all turned around and saw Fab4 playing their instruments over there.

Cabir:
Dabi dabi si hansi honthon pe phansi hai
Gudgudi kar rahi hawa

Dhruv:
Oo.. halla macha rahi hai pagal si khwaishein
Khushiyon ki mili hai wajah
Dhruv pointed towards Dadi for indicating the reason while Dadi smiled to the fullest.

Suddenly Manik came from behind and picked up Dadi high in his arms singing,
Manik:
Kuch hai junoon sa
Kuch paagalpan hai
Sau baatein karta ye buddhu sa mann hai

Kuch ha
Kuch hai junoon sa

Sau baatein karta ye buddhu sa mann hai

He sang this all the while twirling Dadi around. And as expected just the start of Fab 5's performance and the entire mood of the party changed. Soon all of them came to the center where Manik was standing with Dadi. Aliya and Mukti hugged Dadi and wished her.
Aliya again moved to the center and held dhruv's hand as they danced and she continued,

Aliya:
Karne de khwaabon ko badmashiyaan
Chalne de nazron ki manmaniyan
Dhoondhe chalo kuch thikane naye
Hone de pagli-pagli si nadaaniyaan

Soon all of them started dancing and various guests too joined them, while Manik danced with Dadi.

Dhruv:
Hosh mein rehna hai kyun
Rehne se hoga kya
Behoshiyon mein hai maza

Cabir:
Oo.. bachkaani harkatein jo hoti hain hone de
Khushiyon ki mili hai wajah

Just then Manik noticed Nandini amongst the crowd just sitting and smiling at them, he rushed towards her and dragged her wheel chair in the center while running.

Manik:
Kuch hai junoon sa
Kuch paagalpan hai
Sau baatein karta ye buddhu sa mann hai
As they came in between Dadi caressed her face while Manik continued,

Mukti came forward and sang this time,

Mukti:
Mausam ne bhi ki hai kuch koshishein
Hone lagi dekho ye baarishien
Sar pe chadha hai yeh kaisa asar (with a wink towards Nandini pointing at Manik)
Daude raftaar mein dil ki sab dhadkanein

Though no one else noticed it other than Nandini and Cabir, manik clearly saw a shock on Nandini's face followed by his favourite blush. Mukti and Cabir got their needed hint that Nandini too felt for Manik and they moved together as cabir sang,

Cabir:
Dhun koi chal rahi hai, kaano mein dheeme se
Roshan hai zyada yeh subah
Dhruv:
Oo.. halchal jo ho rahi hai seene mein hone de
Khushiyon ki mili hai wajah..

Manik who had no idea what was going on was simply trying to make it special by being with Dadi.
Manik:
Kuch hai junoon sa
Kuch paagalpan hai
Sau baatein karta ye buddhu sa mann hai

He ended the song and hugged Dadi tightly which was later joined in by Fab4 as well.

Suddenly they heard someone singing,
Chhookar Mere Man Ko
All of them turned around to see who was it when Nandini sang again,

Nandini:
Chhookar Mere Man Ko
Kiya Tune Kya Ishara..
Badla Yeh Mausam
Lage Pyaara Jag Saara...
She moved forward towards Dadi and simply bent down touching her feet as if thanking her for all she had done for Nandini, for all the love she had given to her.

Nandini:
Chhookar Mere Man Ko
Kiya Tune Kya Ishaara...
She ended the song, and just they heard someone sing,

Dhruv:
Zindagi ek safar hai suhana

All of them danced at the tone happily with Dadi and Nandini in the middle. When suddenly Cabir started another song,

All of them stopped as Cabir moved closer towards Nandini and sat on his knees in front of her singing,

He asked for her hand but the moment she held his hand he picked her up from her wheel chair in bridal style and twirled her around singing,

Nandini laughed out loud at it and slowly he made her sit back at her chair, when Manik again started,
Maa, meri maa, pyaari maa.. Dadi ma
Ho.. Maa, meri maa, pyaari maa.. Dadi ma

All of them smiled at him as he came vack towards dadi and sang emotionally,
Manik:
Haatho ki laqeerein badal jaayengi
Gham ki ye zanjeerein pighal jaayengi
Ho Khuda pe bhi asar
Tu duaao'n ka hai ghar
Meri maa, meri maa, pyaari maa.. Dadi ma
Ho.. Maa, Meri maa, pyaari maa.. Dadi ma

As he finished Nandini motioned the servant to get the cake and started,
Baar baar din ye aaye, baar baar dil ye gaaye
Tu jiye hazaaron saal, ye meri hai aarzoo....

All sing together,
Happy Birthday to you... Ohho...
Happy Birthday to you... Wohho..
Happy Birthday to you, DADI, Happy Birthday to you...

Right on time the cake arrived and they all gathered together to cut the cake.

After the cake cutting the party went on normally as all the guests started talking with Dadi and amongst themselves but for Manik it was all over as he knew Nandini's idea had worked and this party came up to be the best one for Dadi ever.

He was just standing there and smiling looking at her while she talked to one of Dadi's friends. And this was the moment our lovely cupids were waiting for😂😂😂.

Cabir held mukti's hand and took her to a side. He whispered something in her ear and then both of them moved towards their seperate targets after a high five.

Nandini was busy talking to that aunty when there was a tap on her shoulder.

She turned around and saw the person who said directly to the aunty,
"Plz excuse us aunty!!"

Nandini: But sir...

"Nandini just come... Shhh!!"

He took her towards a table, kept a plate full of snacks in front of her and said,
"If u hv forgotten then let me remind u that as u r not well u need to eat at proper timings... Right!! So now have this without a word."

Nandini:Sir I'll hv it when everyone else starts na...

" Shut up Nandini.. I don't wanna hear anything!!_"

With this he simply filled up a spoon with food and started feeding her himself.
But one pair of eyes was boiling with anger seeing this... Any guesses???

Of course, Nandini is with someone... So who can be angry other than out one and only, Manik Malhotra!!
Confused?? Don't be!!! Arey after all Cabir is also Nandini's sir only na.... Yes ppl the one feeding Nandini is none other than out cupid Cabira!!!😝😝😝

While on the other hand mukti stood beside Manik and said,
Mukti: Don't they look cute together!! Right??

Manik: What?? Who??

Mukti: Who else... Nandini and cabir yr!!

Manik: Nandini and cabir??

Mukti: Yeah... U know!! I think Cabir is in love!! Seriously, i hv never seen him so much caring for anyone ever. Not even once had he made me or Aliya eat like this... Look at him!! The way he praises her looks, the way he notices each and every thing about her, from the first day. During the entire party he was looking just at her and then that song... I hv full feeling, this cabir is in love now!!!

Manik heard her each and every word carefully, all this while looking at cabir who was forcefully feeding Nandini. When suddenly he remembered his words from the call last night!!
"I needed to tell u something.... I think i like someone... I don't know it's just that i just can't get her out of my head..... She.... U know her actually!!!"
"U know her actually!!!"
"U know her actually!!!"

And finally his words made sense to him, and he immediately knew that cabir was talking about none other than Nandini.

He kept his glass on the counter behind and dashed inside the house without even uttering a word more.
While mukti smiled at it and winked at Cabir who was seeing it all through the corner of his eyes. And showed her a thumbs up!!

" So the plan is on... Wait for it ppl!! Some realisations coming along...."
