Part 45:
Manik: I LOVE U!
Nandini: The feeling is mutual Mr. Malhotra!!
Nandini whispered with a naughty smirk.

Manik broke the hug and looked at her with a grumpy face, just to find her smiling at him.
Manik: I know u r too smart... But u very well know I hv my own ways to get things done... So....

Manik said as he traced his fingers on her bare back making her widen her eyes at him as she tried to get out of his grip.
Manik: Un hmn.... Not so easy Ms. Moorthy!!

With this Manik pulled her closer to himself, while she laughed out her heart as she shouted out loud,
Nandini: Hahaha... Ohk ohk!! I agree... I love u.. I love u... I love u very much!!

Her voice echoed back through the hills and they stood at the edge, smiling and looking at each other.

U wouldn't need to listen to them or ask them what they were feeling... Just that one look on their faces and anyone could confirm that this was the happiest day of their lives.

That smile on her face was all that he had wished for, he bend forward towards her and kissed her forehead making her seal this moment in her memory forever.

She closed her eyes as his lips lingered over her head for a little longer before moving further down to kiss her left eye and further moving towards the right one. She kissed his cheeks one after the other feeling the most luckiest girl living that evening.

Opening up her eyes she looked at him, to find her still gazing her intently. She moved further close as she slowly kissed the corner of his lips, over his mole.

Manik closed his eyes feeling her soft cherry lips so close to his, she stayed like that for a while before backing off when he heard her stern voice.
Nandini: Are u serious??

Manik opened up his eyes stunned by her words. Obviously, he was serious about his feelings... He had said it to her loud and clear and now she was asking him again. He found her glaring at him with her hands folded across his chest.

Manik: Huh??

Nandini: Manik... What did u just confess to me??

Manik: That I Love U...
Manik said instantly making her even more irritated than she already was.

Nandini: So what are u supposed to do after that??

Manik: What??
He again asked confused having no idea what she was talking about!!

Nandini: OMG Manik.... I reciprocated ur feelings, Don't u think that u should hv kissed me??

Manik: Ooo that... Huh.. what??
Manik said sighing a relief when he actually analysed what she said and looked at her shocked.

Manik: I didn't know whether u would want that or not!!

Nandini gave him an unbelievable look as she said,
Nandini: I just said that I love u Manik.... And if that too wasn't enough, I kissed u right at the corner of ur lips giving u a clear indication and opportunity...

Manik: How would I know?? I hv never said this to any girl before neither hv I kissed anyone....

Nandini: Yeah.. and I keep on saying I Love U to every other guy that I find good enough, kissing each one of them.
Nandini commented sarcastically when making his jaw drop.

Manik: Really??

Nandini again glared at him, not believing that she loved this idiot when she shouted,
Nandini: Shut up Manik... Even after all this, u still are arguing with me!! Tumse kuch nhi hoga...

And before he could even realise what happened she wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him closer as she placed her lips over his.

Manik was shocked by her sudden move when he realised the position and kissed her back closing his eyes as she wrapped his arms around her waist pulling her closer.

The kiss started by the mere touch of the lips as they grew closer and soon turned out to be passionate one as sucked her lower lip into his mouth teasing her, and showering all his love into the kiss.. While she worked over his upper lip.

Nandini moved her hands from his neck to curl her fingers into his hair and pull him further closer to her. Soon she opened up her mouth giving him the permission to enter into it while Manik sucked in her tongue as he reached each and every corner of her mouth taking up the lead, which she followed with pleasure.

She was thanking her Ayiappa for his tight grip over her, supporting her to stand.

Soon he felt that she was out of breath as he slowly broke the kiss and both rested their foreheads together, trying to catch some breath.

As they got normal, manik slowly whispered,
Manik: I m never gonna forget my first kiss!!

Nandini: Nor am I gonna forget my first one and that's just bcoz it was with u...... Well I still can't believe I hv such a dumb boyfriend!!!

And the next minute both of them were laughing their hearts out, holding onto each other. A few minutes later, Manik recovered from his laughter and then said,
Manik: So Ma'am if u r done with laughing over ur boyfriend then can we plz proceed.

Nandini(still laughing): Sure Sir....
He forwarded his hand towards her which she held gladly as he walked towards the other side where she saw a table for two reach along with candles adorning the entire area. Nandini smiled looking at the set up and turned towards Manik.

Nandini: Its beautiful!!

Manik: But not more than the lady standing next to me...

Nandini blushed slightly at it as they walked closer and he pulled out the chair for her. Manik took his seat opposite to her and pulled out a wine bottle from under the table.
Nandini: Manik.. I-

Manik: Shh... It's a fruit soda Mocktail...

Nandini smiled at him as he served the drink into the glasses and they held them him.

Manik: A toast to Us...

Nandini: To Our New Beginning!!

They sat their and talked and talked, nothing new or much interesting but just some casual stuff. Soon Manik made a call to someone due to which a few minutes later Nandini saw two butlers coming with their dinner. They had a nice romantic dinner after which Manik got up and walked towards her,
Manik: A walk with me..??

Nandini: Sure....

Both of them moved back towards the front area to see the city lights shining in the dark night while Nandini wrapped her arms around Manik's right hand.

Nandini: This place is so peaceful....

Manik: I knew u would like it!!

Nandini: Umn.. no not like!! I love this place, this is going to be one of my favourite places from today....

Manik smiled at her as they walked ahead still across the railing, with their eyes stuck on the city when nandini felt something cold on her wrist. She looked down to see Manik fastening a beautiful infinity bracelet on her wrist.

Nandini: Manik....

Manik: This will symbolise us... And our bond!!! Hamesha!!

Nandini: Hamesha!!
She repeated as they promised each others with that smile for a forever....

The next day nandini was sitting in the conference room as she had a meeting with her team when she heard a voice calling her,

"Ma'am.... Nandini Ma'am...."

Nandini: Huh!!
Nandini snapped out of her thoughts and saw Shubham standing in front of her with a confused expression.

Shubham: Ma'am its time for the meeting... Should I call the others!!

Nandini: Hmn... Yes call them!!

Soon the room was filled with ppl while Nandini stood up to start when her phone pinged with a msg,
"Snap out of last night madam.... U still hv a boss who according to u is a Monster, who can eat u up alive!!! I don't want to loose my girlfriend so soon..."

Nandini hid her blush reading that msg but she knew that she had to work, so she replied simply,
"Work... N let ur gf also work!! See u soon"

With this she finally started,
"So guys... As we all know our company...."
And it went on and on and on for about an hour after which she finally got free and was moving up to her cabin when she realised that she had to meet Mukti to discuss something about Aliya's wedding dresses and thus she left a msg for Manik as she left.

Later that day Nandini returned back home along with Mukti as they saw dhruliya, cavya and Manik waiting for them.

Mukti: Hi guys!!!

All: Hey....

Mukti: Aliya... U know we just got ur beauticians and mehendi artists booked and ur dresses will also be ready within 4 to 5 days just as u wanted.

Aliya: Really.... U did it so soon!!

Nandini: Yeah... Now dhruv!! Plz tell me when u r free tmrw... Mukti, u n i will go together for ur dresses. Then day after tmrw u both hv to go and buy the rings as well. By the way, I talked to ur mother too, she wants to arrange all the wedding rituals herself, so i will be helping her as soon as she comes.

Dhruv smiled at her while Mukti took her seat.

Nandini: Achcha... U guys sit!! I'll just freshen up and be back.

Nandini moved away to her room and freshen up. A few minutes she got out of the washroom when she was suddenly trapped along the wall.

Nandini: Manik.... Huhhhh!! U scared me...

Manik: And what did u do!! U were going to see me soon... And then u just disappeared.

Nandini: Wo... U know na wedding preparations.

Manik: So what?? What about me?

Nandini: Arey... Where m I going? Just let this wedding go by smoothly. Then we have all the time in the world for us.

Manik: NO...
Nandini: Mani...

Manik: I love it when u call me that

Nandini: And I love the smile on ur face when I call u that.

Manik: That smile is just for u...

Nandini: Ohk Mr. Malhotra now if ur romance is done, I think u should go out before everyone comes in here and finds u.

Manik: Hmn... Time to let everyone know!!

Nandini: Know... Know what??
Nandini said with a smirk. Manik looked at her and pulled her closer as he replied.

Manik: Know about us...

Nandini: Us... Manik... I don't think there is anything to tell about us! Vese bhi last night u forced me to say it.

Manik: Ohk then Ms. Moorthy!! Let's play it ur way... I promise I won't tell them anything until u urself, say those three magical words to me in front of everyone.

Nandini: Is that a challenge??
Nandini asked giving him a stern look at which Manik immediately yanked her closer and dug his face into the crook of her neck as he placed a sweet kiss and whispered,

Manik: Ohh Yes it is a challenge baby....

Nandini: Manik... Leave me!! Everyone must be waiting for u... Go now....
Nandini somehow pushed him out of her room as Manik joined the others. Soon Nandini too joined them as they all had dinner and Nandini spoke,

Nandini: Ohk guys... Now we have to decide the guest list!! Firstly for Udaipur and then for the reception party, I'll manage that.

Mukti: Cool... So about the wedding. We will hv all out Friends there along with our families.

Nandini: About the others its sorted but Aliya and Dhruv... U both will hv ur entire extended families... So we need to make a list for that.

Dhruv: Yeah... My Dad will be making that.

Nandini: Cool... And Aliya?

All of them looked at Aliya who had her face fallen,
Aliya: All I hv in my list is Bhai... And that is the one person I would never like to have on my wedding.

Nandini looked at everyone's faces tensed while a tear rolled down Aliya's face. Manik got up from his place and sat in front of Aliya on his knees. He slowly removed her tears and then said,

Manik: All u hv on ur list, is here.... This is ur family!! And we r always there for u...

Aliya smiled slightly as she hugged him. Manik broke the hug and stood up as he said cheerfully.
Manik: I hv decided that I will be from the brides side. And I will do all the rituals for Aliya, as her brother.

Dhruv: Buddy... U changed parties!!
Dhruv said with an open mouth making everyone laugh.

Manik: But yeah... I will take part in all the events from both sides Haan.... I don't wanna Miss out any fun.

Cabir: Ohk them... I'll be from the groom's side...

Dhruv smiled at him and hugged him as he dramatically said,
Dhruv: Tu hi mera bhai h...

Navya: Me too!! I'll also be from the groom's side.

Aliya: Of course... If Cabir is there how can Navya be against him.
Navya blushed listening to it when Cabir changed the topic.

Cabir: ohk then Nandini... U r with??

Nandini stood there in front of all of them as she kept on shifting her gaze from Aliya to Dhruv and then back to Aliya when Manik interrupted her,

Manik: What are u thinking so much for? U will be in my team. That's final!!
Saying so Manik held nandini's hand and pulled her towards himself making it hard for her to hide her blush when our evil Cupid head popped up,

Cabir: Manik.... Here the teams are for Aliya and Dhruv so how can Nandini be in ur team.

Manik: I mean the team in which I m...

Cabir: But that still doesn't answer the question.... Why should Nandini not choose for herself and just go with urs??

Mukti: Come on Cabir.... What's there to ask?? It's for the same reason why Navya didn't choose hers and went with urs.

All of them laughed at it while Nandini asked,
Nandini: Ohk... So last!! Mukti??

Mukti: Hmn... Ohk ok guys!! I m not taking any risks..... I m on both sides..

Cabir: No that's not fair....

Mukti: Come on yr Cabir!!! Aliya is my best friend and I will definitely choose her but then I also don't wanna Miss out all the Royal treatment given to the 'Ladka Wallas'....

All of them laughed out loud at it while they got down to work, preparing for the wedding while Nandini concentrated on Fab5 events too which she had to cancel or postpone due to the wedding. Soon they all retired for the day as Manan hugged each other and yet again got lost into an another world which had just the two of them.
