The day after, the two of us summarized what we knew. We agreed that Leilani was our top suspect but Momeo had doubts about her actually being the murderer.

"There's just something that's been bothering me." He said. "I just can't figure out what."

"Whatever it is you're wondering about, hurry and figure it out." I said. "I'm going to go and see if I can ask Ankha a few questions."

I left for the ice cream shop that Anhka worked at. Lahela, who also worked there wasn't on shift so it was just me and her.

"Good morning Miss Ankha, would you mind if I asked you a few questions?" I went up to the counter where she was and smiled.

"Of course, let me go and take off my apron," She said. "You can sit down at one of the tables."

While I waited I thought about what Leilani had said the day before. Could Ankha really have a bad temper? It was true that I hadn't known her for long, she really could just be a very good actor. For a while there was just an eerie silence. I wondered what was taking her so long when suddenly-

BANG!!

Ankha had suddenly run up behind me and tried whacking me with a fire hydrant. Luckily I managed to dodge it, but she was relentless with her attacks.

"Ankha!?" I said while avoiding her swings at me.

"DIE YOU WRETCHED SINGER!!!!!!" She screamed.

Ankha threw the fire hydrant to the floor and took out a melon core cutter. 'That was the thing that killed Katarina!" I thought.

She continued to attack me but I fought back. I didn't know much, but I knew enough self defense skills to hold the crazy girl off. Unfortunately for me, she managed to get my blind spot and stabbed me in the gut. I staggered but was able to knock both her and me to the ground. I was losing consciousness. Before she could get up and finish me off, Momeo had come in and taken the fire hydrant she dropped and hit her in the head.

"SULIET!"

I blacked out.
