A sigh of relief swept out my mouth; we're not late.

We walked into the towering building, stepping in a dark and unpromising room.

"Hello? Mr. Harrison, are you here?" Emee called, her voice echoed and bounced down the empty halls and zigzagging through.

"Hmm," I hummed and shrugged. "Let's get started." Emee nodded in agreement.

I flicked on my flashlight and pointed it towards the endless doorway, its white-blue light shining bright, attracting dust mites.

I tried (and failed) to try and remember the layout of the building, but Emee had it memorized.

We finally found the office and I sat down, Emee standing quietly next to me.

12:00

I flicked on the security cameras. Everything seemed to be in place, perfectly normal and unharmful.

Suddenly, a phone rang, making me jump.

It rang a couple times, and I guessed it was it was a voicemail.

"Hello? Hellllooo?" The voice said.

When he started ranting on about how to do things, I knew it was going to be a long night.

2:00

"Finally," Emee breathed. "He was so loud."

I let out a small laugh and nodded agreeably.

Silence; it made me think. The phone guy told us not to worry about anything. That makes me worry. I mean, I was in a creepy building with limited power and surrounded by animatronics. Who wouldn't be worried?

Continuously, we flipped through the cameras like no big deal, and wound up the music box unwillingly. I tested out the Freddy head a few times, and tossed it to Emee.

That's when we heard it. The vents echoed as if something large were climbing inside the vents. Emee and I exchanged terrified glances.

I switched through the cameras desperately, searching for what made that noise.

When I found out who made the noise, I screamed.
