DAYS AND months passed quickly. I didn't even realize that I was in my second year of college now. These past few months almost nothing has changed in my life, except that my endorsements have been increasing after my first Fashion Gala in South Korea.

Well, all my hard work for that event paid off because after the Fashion Gala in South Korea was my biggest break in my entire career. I looked at my reflection in the mirror again. Today is the day I can get my inheritance from my grandmother. I smiled broadly - finally, I'm eighteen years old.

If I am asked what I plan to do with the money my grandmother left me. I thought of starting a small business. Well, of course the business should be related to the course I'm taking in college and to my line of work. Aside from that, I'm planning to donate 5% of my inheritance to charity and 10% for student scholarships.

A frown embedded into my face when my phone suddenly rang. I checked it and it was a notification of our group chat. I opened the notification and I almost laughed out loud when I saw Loki's message.

The Lion Rawr: I finally had a millionaire friend @BabyDollLucy please don't forget me.

IcePrince: I think @BabyDollLucy should forget you starting now. You are not good for her health!

The Lion Rawr: I'm not talking to you stripper!

IcePrince: Your proof?

The Lion Rawr: I can't post it here @IcePrince it's too rated – R and it's not good for my @BabyDollLucy

Jellal Fernandez: I think you should first greet our birthday girl! And @The Lion Rawr stopped claiming her. Our pyro friend might burn you!

BabyDollLucy: My condo later. 7 Pm

IcePrince: What's 'my condo later'? Info please.

The Lion Rawr: She's just bragging about her new condo dude. That's our millionaire friend Ra-Ra-Rawr!

BabyDollLucy: What the fucking! I'm not bragging! I'm inviting you to my birthday celebration later at my condo! I hate you Loki! >.<

Jellal Fernandez: I burn @The Lion Rawr alive for you @BabyDollLucy as a gift!

IcePrince: Then I'll gift wrap @The Lion Rawr for you HAHAHAH

BabyDollLucy: -_- Can you just answer me? I'm late for my appointment!

Natsu Dragneel: WTF! I have a schedule later. I'm very busy tonight Lucienne. I'm sorry I'm on my way. What should I bring for cake or pizza?

Jellal Fernandez: I'm in!

IcePrince: I'm in too.

The Lion Rawr: Yes I will go as long as there is a beautiful woman

BabyDollLucy: I'm sorry Loki, your Aries wasn't invited.

Jellal Fernandez: HAHAHAHAH ops #Don'tcurse

The Lion Rawr: Lucy, I hope when your back itches you have a hard time scratching it.

I laughed as I typed my reply on my phone. I was stunned for a moment when my manager knocked and signaled me that it was time for us to leave. I nodded to her with a smile written on my face.

Natsu Dragneel: Gray, why do you seem so quiet?

IcePrince: Fuck you, Natsu!

The Lion Rawr: Should I invited Juvia, @BabyDollLucy

IcePrince added Aries Lamb to the group

I laughed out loud which caused my manager to look at me again. I cleared my throat and bit my lower lip to stop the laughter that wanted to escape my lip. Gray just changed his nickname to that so that when Loki saw his inbox he would get nervous.

The Lion Rawr: You fucking asshole! I stopped breathing for a second when I saw it!

When we got to the ground floor I had already put my phone in my bag. I just followed my manager to the car without asking anything. As soon as we boarded she immediately reminded me of my schedule for the whole day.

"After the meeting with your grandmother's lawyer. All your other activities today are postpone"

"Why?" I ask as I frown a little.

"It's your birthday today so the management gave you time to celebrate your own birthday with your family - though I doubt it"

"I have my celebration with my friends later around 7 PM"

She nodded and take down notes it on her tablet "Oh by the way, you will have your partner for your next photoshoot"

"Who is my partner?" my forehead furrowed.

"Lucas Obelia"

You know that feeling, you just heard his name you know in yourself that he will bring another mess into your life. That's how I felt when I heard the name of my future partner.

I just sat quietly and ignored the heavy stare they threw at me. We are currently waiting for my grandmother's lawyer to re -read my grandmother's last will and testament. What I don't understand is why my stepmother and stepsister are also here. I looked away when the door suddenly opened and the old man entered.

"Good morning, I'm sorry for being late," the man looked at me and smiled "Happy birthday Lady Lucienne" he greeted me.

I smiled "Thank you, Attorney Suarez"

He sign and then threw his gaze with my father "I wasn't inform that your wife and her daughter is here"

"They are part of Heartfilia family, Attorney" my father laugh "I believe they had the rights to hear my mothers' last will and testament"

"I disagree,"  Attorney Suarez said "This meeting is solely for Heartfilia only. I don't want to offend your wife and your step daughter but I think they need to step out"

"What?" Father fumes in anger. He stood on his chair as he pointed his finger to Attorney Suarez who was looking at him amused. "And who the hell are you to tell us what to do? You are just a lawyer—"

"I don't mind, Attorney Suarez," I say, completely cutting off my father. "After all, whether they are here or not. The last will and testament won't change"

Attorney Suarez bowed his head on me slightly as if he was respecting my words. My father's face flush even more and I can see hatred and disgust as he looks at me. I roll my eyes at him. My eyes went to my step mother and step sister who are now looking at me badly as well. I smiled at them and raised an eyebrow. The attorney cleared his throat as he sat in his chair.

The attorney reread my grandmother's last will and testament. It states that because I am of the right age I have access to all of my grandmother's money, jewelries, and every property that my grandmother owns.

The last will and testament also states that in case I suddenly disappear, die and suddenly fall ill - my grandmother's money will all go to the charity that my grandmother chose including what's left to my father and brother. What is left to my father and my brother is the mansion that they live in, 5% of my grandmother's assets and the company that my father's working for too. If you look closely, it looks like only 10% of my total inheritance went to them.

"This is totally unfair!" My father grit his teeth as I look at him "How come she get everything and my daughter Diana gets nothing!"

Woah! I tilt my head and carefully look at my father before I look at his daughter "Because I believe I deserve everything I get, Sir Heartfilia. After all, I'm grandma's real granddaughter" I said with a sigh. I stood up and smiled at those who were not trembling with so much anger, "I have to go," I looked at Attorney Suarez. "Thank you for everything, Attorney. I'd like to treat you with a coffee but I have my next schedule"

Attorney Suarez smiles warmly "Sure. Take care Lady Lucienne" he bowed his body slightly and I did the same.

I immediately left the office and was greeted by my manager. He smiled at me and I smiled at him "Shall we go straight to the company right?" I will ask.

She shook her head "You don't need to be present at the meeting, Lucy. I'll just take you to your condo so you can have some rest when your friends come"

I was about to answer when I suddenly grabbed my arm "Are you happy?" I remain myself mute "You took everything that belongs to us!" it was my step mother who said it.

I sigh and forcedly remove her hand on me "I don't think I took everything. I just get what I deserve because I am the sole granddaughter of Lucia Heartfilia" she opens her mouth to speak but I just continue "Stop trying to get everything for me. You won't win. And please don't try to use some dirty plans. Because like what the attorney said whatever happens me – everything will go to the charity including what's left in your – so – called family"

I didn't wait for her to speak – and quickly turned away from him. I know my manager just followed me and she also didn't ask what happened inside the office. I didn't speak the whole trip back to my condo. I still can't forget how angry my father is for a child who is not his real child.

What happened today made me feel very tired. I just want to lie down and rest but I know in myself that kind of rest will not relieve the tiredness I feel now. I feel like I'm a candle about to melt.

My manager said goodbye to me and I didn't ask her to take me up to my room. I said I wanted to be alone. She did what I wanted - which I am thankful for. I really want space. I need time for myself. When I got to the floor where I was staying. My forehead furrowed when I saw the familiar figure standing outside my condo.

He looked at me from head to toe and my mouth parted when my eyes suddenly became blurry because of my tears. He seemed alarmed by my reaction so he ran to me. I quickly wrapped my arm around his waist - he did the same thing but he carefully wrapped his arms around me.

"What happened, Lucienne?" he asked me worriedly.

"Just tired" I whispered "I need a hug from you to get rid of my tiredness, Natsu" I mumble. 

He didn't say anything to me but I felt his arm wrapped even tighter. I also feel his soft kiss gently kissing me on my temple which makes me smile. I sigh and even buried my face to his chest completely restoring my energy. 

Natsu is an effective human charger.
