Run. That's all he could do was run. Run over and under, around and through, twisting and turning, dodging and dashing... but it was no use. No matter what he did it continued to follow him.

It was behind him right in the shadows at the tip of his tail ready to grab him and yank him in at any moment. He continued to run, increasing his speed as much as he could to create what little distance he could.

He was coming up to a street, a pathway to freedom maybe? He made a hard left turning down the path and continued his running. The streets were dark, the buildings were old and gray and they casted temporary flickering shadows over him as the street lamps and their faulty bulbs made sure of that.

Cobalt legs quivered as they ran begging for a rest but their owner refused, he has to get away he just had to! Luck was seemingly not on his side today though.

He took a right, then a left, then another left, then a right. That last single turn is what sealed his fate, when he was greeted by the welcoming arms of a brick wall.

Peach arms and white gloved hands scanned the wall for any openings or gripping that their small fingers could manage to hold onto so they could escape this predicament without any harm done, but sadly found none.

A peach chest heaved up and down with every forced breath through parted lips. Green jades stared into the endless abyss of darkness as two light blue soulless irises stalked him from there like some type of hungry feline who had just found its next victim.

The predetermined victim, a young cobalt hedgehog, was trapped and was slowly being drawn into a tight dark corner with no where else to go. His breath hitched and his heart seemed to stop for a moment when a lime green hedgehog adorn with a leather jacket, red shades, and three large horizontal scars on his chest emerged from those shadows and pinned the poor hedgehog against the cold, rough brick.

A large white toothy grin appeared from tan lips as he leaned into the blue hedgie and whispered into a flicking ear four simple words that would change the young hedgehog's life forever, " Let's have fun Blue. "
