before turning sixteen: addison was actually the best friend anyone could ask for. she was loyal and actually super nice. she was the type of person to do anything for those she loved. she'd always have a joke or remark to hope to make people laugh. and one thing she loved was getting into a bit of trouble. of course with her responsible af parents, this was highly discouraged. but she still did it. addy was all about fun and friends. pretty carefree, couldn't wait to get her powers.

after she turned sixteen: addison was heartbroken. she'd been wanting powers for sixteen years, and it turned out that just wasn't her fate. alright. she tried to accept it, she really did. she didn't exactly do a good job. she closed herself off. her best friend was gone, she didn't have any powers. she needed something else to focus on. so she kept to herself and trained. it seems terribly boring and sad, and it was. this chick did not handle her basic rejection well. she closed in on herself. became distant from people. she was forced to become harsh and cold. yeah, it wasn't pretty. the girl she used to be is still there, i promise. she just needs to get over shit and that is gonna take some character development.
