emmie is a complete breath of fresh air. she's a sweet heart who wouldn't intentionally hurt anyone. she puts kindness first and cherishes love above all else. emmie is literally the sweetest sweetheart you'll ever meet. she's a gem of a girl and a breeze of positivity. the girl is all giggles and sunshine all the time. you'll probably never see the joyful and friendly smile drop from her face.

to delve deeper into her character, emmie is a complete silly goofball. she's constantly laughing and making jokes. she has a slightly mischievous grin, but it's the type of smol grin, rather than completely devious. it's more adorable than intimidating. that's basically everything with dear ol' emmie. more adorable than anything. adorable is basically a character trait for this girl.

emmie is a caring girl as well. she makes genuine connections with people. she's the type of person to actually ask you how your day is going and then listen and care about the answer. a huge thing with this girl is loyalty. she's loyal to a fault, and she just expects everyone else to be. that's a slight naive side to emmie. she's trusting and has high expectations from people. that's because she's an optimist! the girl tries to see the good in everything. the sun'll come out tomorrow and all that good stuff!

emmie heard that cuba was going to be the vacation spot of the summer where everything would be amazing, em begged and begged her parents to let her go. since emmie works as a waitress at a local diner, she had a bit of money saved up so she even offered to help pay. her parents somehow trusted their daughter, so they let her go alone! emmie's parents have always been extremely go with the flow and slightly irresponsible. that may affect other things, but for this it got her to havana for the summer!

emmie has an extremely happy and carefree upbringing. emmie jeanette burdem was the fifth born child of julia and harrison burdem. two lovely, and carefree people. emmie's parents were high school sweethearts who went on to get married and have a picture perfect family. julia burdem is a carefree lady who doesn't have a job. she simply cares for her children and goes about her days with a sort of adventurous and wonderful attitude. then harrison burdem is an executive at a shipping company. he makes good money that keeps the large family afloat, but they're not extremely wealthy. they value joy and love more than money, no matter how cliché that is. those are two members of her family, but of course, there's four more family members! her siblings are: jonah, crosby, jabbar, and adam. they're all older than emmie and in different stages of life, yet they have one thing in common... they're all extremely protective of their adorable, smol younger sister.

so emmie grew up carefree and happy. with four older brothers things were hectic and crazy, but it taught emmie to go with the flow and have all the fun and mischief she could. it was a wonderful time period. as emmie grew up, she developed a love of being outside and being active, especially dancing and tumbling. it had always been a fun stress reliever for the girl. it means everything to her. that's basically all you need to know about emmie's background.
