savannah is a rather simple and straight forward girl. with her, what you see is what you get. she's not someone who plays games or tries to manipulate. savannah isn't the most charming or radiant person in the world. honestly, she's just herself. unashamedly so.

savannah is a rather 'rough around the edges' type of person. she's not rude or anything, she's just not your typical charming and confident girl. instead, she's a blunt person with hardly any filter. she tells the truth almost always and says what she thinks. she's a humorous type of girl with a rather loud life. savannah's been known for the occasional sarcastic quip or joking insult. she's full of life and laughter, it's just not always lady-like or perfect. she's perfectly friendly, it's just that she's never quite extremely mannered and she can't small talk to save her life. savannah isn't hard to figure out, she's honest and good-humored, it's just rather hard to look past some of her more rough sides.

while all of that's fine and dandy, it was also rather vague. to delve deeper, savannah is a rather passionate person, meaning she doesn't half-ass anything. she puts her whole heart into what she does and saves any regrets for later. unfortunately, sometimes the girl forgets to look before she leaps. she's a kind girl who smiles often, but that's not all there is to her. she can also be rather fierce. she's loyal and rather protective of those she love. if you're on her bad side, well, she can get really scary. if you hurt her and she ices you out, well, she can also get really scary then. savannah is a hot or cold kinda girl. if you're on her good side, then you're golden. she'll be friendly and joke around about whatever she wants. if you're on her bad side... just... maybe watch out.

while she sounds sort of scary, savannah is just a girl with a big heart and an even bigger attitude who has absolutely no control over her tongue sometimes. she's an adventure that not many people can handle.

  » animals: first and foremost, savannah is a complete animal lover. being raised on a farm in sumner, she grew up around them from day one. while she always had a special connection and love for horses, she loves almost any creature. to be brutally honest, sometimes savannah prefers the company of animals over people. only sometimes though...

  » food: but let's be real, who doesn't love food? it's a magical and wonderful thing. vannah is actually quite the great chef and she loves to eat. if you hear someone shuffling around in the kitchen in the middle of the night, it's 99% likely that it's savannah.

  » her family: while most of the time this goes without saying, i'll still say it. savannah has a deep connection with her family. her family consists of eight people including herself. she's the eldest of the siblings. while things were absolutely crazy almost all the time while she was growing up, she still loved the experience and wouldn't change it for anything in the world.

» hate/discrimination: that's one thing that savannah would absolutely never tolerate. racism, sexism, homophobia, really anything of the sort will get her to quickly hate you in return. she has absolutely no tolerance for anything of the sort.

» stereotypes: let's be real... savannah is a complete farm girl stereotype, but that doesn't mean she likes being classified as such. she doesn't want to be simplified and put in a category. she's so much more than where she's from and how she was raised.

» judgement: she really doesn't like it when people don't judge her for not having the best manners or being the most ladylike girl around. it's pretty simple. respect her and she'll respect you. she won't judge you if you don't judge her.

savannah has rather simple and humble origins. she was the first born to jim and evelyn dixon on a small farm in the heart of rural sumner. then quickly after came the rest of her siblings: maya (18), edward (17), jane (16), louise (13), and carson (11). the whole family was a tight gang. they grew up on one of the biggest farms imaginable. the family has acres and acres of land passed down through multiple generations of the dixon family. from a young age, savannah worked around the farm, mostly with the animals. she milked cows, collected eggs, rode horses, all the farm stuff. she absolutely fell in love with it. it was a slightly isolated childhood since the nearest town was a long trip away from them, but she wouldn't changed it. savannah's upbringing shaped her into and honest and hardworking person. gosh, she sounds like a cliché. anywho... growing up, vannah grew up extremely close to all her siblings. since they were far from many others, they got into a lot of shit together around the large farm. when you have six siblings, five of which know how to drive a tractor... well, shit goes down. you could say it was an amazing and chaotic childhood.

as savannah grew up and became an adult, savannah decided to stay on the farm. while some of her siblings longed to explore the world, savannah was rather content to stay on the farm, working especially with training and breeding horses. she loved farm life and didn't crave much else. but let's be real... savannah needs more than just farm life and horses. like seriously. if that was her whole life, that would be super sad. luckily her sister maya realized that. and you know what maya did? you might have guessed it... she encouraged her sister to apply for the selection with her. since she believed that she'd never get chosen since the chances were so slim, savannah humored her sister and applied with her. you should have seen her face when she heard she was chosen. i believe her exact words were... "oh my fuck". so yes, you could say that savannah wasn't ready for this, but the selection can still be great for savannah. or she could die in the woods. what could go wrong?

savannah is nervous beyond belief. she's convinced herself that she's going to make a fool of herself within the first five minutes and have the whole country laughing at her. it's slightly terrifying. she doesn't think that she's right that for royalty. she couldn't see herself ever wearing a formal dress, let alone a crown. again: terrifying. but then, there's also a rather hopeful part of savannah. she knows she's missing something. the farm, her family, and horses are great things but they aren't enough to keep her happy for the rest of her life. she needs adventure and possibly a person to share future adventutes with. but guess what? that thought also terrifies savannah. what if she falls for the prince only for him to choose someone much better suited for the crown? savannah is overthinking this thing as much as possible and it's... you guessed it: terrifying.
