Jasmine's POV

Sooooo, I really like this guy, Shawn, but we haven't talked for a while. He's on vacation, so he's only able to talk for like an hour, but the connection's really bad, so sometimes I wonder if it's even worth it to message him. He says if I ever need to vent to just vent, but I feel bad sometimes because I feel like I'm just bothering him. He did tell me that it's okay to vent because he knows the feeling of relief after a good vent, so I guess that's good? 

* One Month Later*

He's back from vacation!!!! Yay!!!! Ever since, we've been back to talking a lot like normal. It's so amazing that he's back from vacation. Don't tell anyone, but I missed him. A lot. 

I showed my friend Alyssa some of our conversations, and she asked me why we weren't together yet. Apparently we have chemistry, according to her, and that's just what she got from our conversations. 

Honestly, I don't think I care as to whether or not we become a couple, because he's such a good friend, but if he were to like me like I like him and ask me out, I definitely wouldn't say no to that. 

I think, if I'm being honest with myself, I can see us dating for the rest of high school, going to formal dances and such together. I can see us being that couple that everyone envies, because we're still together. I think he likes me a lot, and I know I like him back. 

I can see him, after he's done with college and all, taking me on this sweet, romantic date, and right at sunset, getting down on one knee, pulling out a ring box, and proposing. 

I know that's a long way into the future, but I think it's really cute.
