Emma's POV

My alarm woke me up at 6:30 am, and I promptly jumped out of bed and scurried into the shower.

Why so much excitement this early in the morning?

I'm going to my first Grand Prix and I'm hoping to meet Sebastian Vettel. He's my favorite Formula One driver, and he looks so sexy next to his Ferrari, which is the company he drives for. His pictures cover one whole wall in my room, and my mom won't let me get anymore posters of him. She thinks I'm obsessed with him.

After my shower, I got dressed in what I picked out last night, which was a pair of black skinny jeans, a white tank top, and a black and red flannel. I wanted to look pretty, but I also didn't want to dress uncomfortably or out of place. I slipped on some black converse and some light makeup, and that completed the look. I quickly grabbed my phone, keys, and purse and began the two hour drive to the race track.

According to the information I'd received from the Grand Prix's website, it said that the autograph session would take place before the race at 12:30, I made sure to leave right at 8 so I'd have time to find a parking spot and get to the amphitheatre where they were having the signings.

12:30 rolls around, and I'm stuck in some major traffic. Like, traffic is at a dead stop on the highway. At this rate, with still probably about another half hour to go, I won't be able to make it to the signing.

I sigh in disappointment and wait the traffic out.

After perhaps another hour, the traffic starts moving again, and I'm able to drive straight to the track. However, I've missed the autographs, so I don't think I'll ever meet Sebastian. This was my only shot to meet him.

Sebastian wins the race, and I'm really happy for him, but I'm also sad that I didn't get to meet him.

I decide to wait until everyone else leaves, making it easier for me to leave when I'm ready. There won't be as much traffic that way.

It's pretty surprising how quickly most people leave. I was walking through the Paddock, where the motor homes are for the racers, and it was empty. Not many people around.

Then it happened.

I was looking down at the ground, and I heard a door open and shut. I didn't pay much attention to it, until someone ran into me.

"Oh, I'm so sorry," I said quickly, picking up my head, and then time seemed to freeze.

There he was. In the flesh.

Sebastian Vettel.

"I'm sorry. It was my fault. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going," he apologized.

"Hey, so, I didn't get to make it to the autograph session, but you're my favorite racer, and I was really disappointed when I found out I wasn't going to make it and-" I rambled until he cut me off.

"You want me to sign something?" he smiled.

"Yeah," I answered shyly, digging my phone and a Sharpie out of my purse. I wanted to him to sign my phone case.

"What's your name, love?" he asked.

"Emma," I answered, watching him sign it.

"Well, Emma, here you go," he handed me my phone back after a few minutes, typing something in it.

"May I walk you back to your car?" he asked.

"Uh, sure," I said, swallowing thickly. Here I was, in the presence of a celebrity, and he wanted to walk me back to my car.

"So you like racing?" he asked, making conversation.

"Yeah, I'd really like to be able to get behind the wheel of a Ferrari at some point during my life," I answered.

"Really? I think I could arrange for that happen," he said, thinking it over.

"Really? I mean, you don't have to," I was shell-shocked.

"Oh, not a problem. I've got a private track a couple hours here, and I should probably spend some more time there. Might as well do it after the tour is done."

"A couple hours? Like, what direction?" I could hardly believe my ears.

"Um, west I think. Just outside of Y/T/N (your town's name)."

"I live there."

"Well dang. I think now I have an excuse to make more trips out there," he winked at me as we returned to my car.

"This is my car. It was nice meeting you, and thank you," I said.

"Not a problem at all. And like I said, I'll be seeing you again," he winked at me again before walking off back in the direction we'd just come.

I checked my phone case out and examined the signature. It was beautiful.

I checked to see if I had any new messages, and I didn't. Out of curiosity, I checked my contacts and saw a new one:

Sebastian Zoom Zoom

I smiled at the sight of that and sent a quick text.

Hey, thanks again!

He replied back soon after.

Not a problem, Emma. I had fun :)

I drove the whole way home with a smile on my face.

Best. Day. Ever.

Here ya go, @VettelFerrari and I hope it's what you wanted. :)
