"Eomma?", Ara and Jin immediately jumped from their positions and composed themselves. Ara immediately buttoned her shirt and looked extremely embarrassed. They were at loss of words at the sudden appearance of Ara's mother.

"Ara, who is this guy?", she walked in with a suspicious gaze on Jin who was shaking inside. Neither of them expected this to happen.

"Eomma, well, ummm...he is my friend", Ara lied looking at Jin who gave a weird stare at her.

"So, why is your friend over here at this hour", she raised her brows advancing her steps.

"Miss Choi, I am Jin, Ara's boyfriend", he held her hands and spoke out. Ara's eyes bulged out of her sockets. Ignoring her wiggles, he held her hand tightly and stood confidently.

"Omo, omo, When did my Ara get such a handsome boyfriend?", The elder lady squealed and the tension in the air disappeared..

"Why did you lie to your mother? Huh?", she pulled Ara's ears who was wincing in pain.

"Eomma, it's hurting", Ara was finally released by her mom.

Soon, they settled themselves in the living room. Ara was giving all the weird stares to her boyfriend as well as her mother.

"Eomma! Why did you come now?", Ara asked still confused at her mother's sudden appearance at her house.

"Oh my God! Can't I visit my daughter whenever I want? You don't want me to come to see you?", she teased and pretended to be hurt.

"Eomma, stop overacting. Why didn't you tell me in advance that you are coming?", Ara asked annoyed at her mother's acts.

"Why? Did I disturb you two?", Ara's mom teased only to receive a glare from her daughter.

"Eomma, will you stop it now?", Ara snapped at her mother who let out a chuckle.

"Ara. Don't talk like that to your mother. She just came to visit you", Jin spoke making the elderly woman flattered at his behaviour.

"See, this guy has some manners unlike you", she slapped her daughter lightly on her arm who was scowling at her mother's words.

"Ara, will you make some tea for me? I feel so tired", Ara's mother made her daughter involuntarily go to the kitchen. Ara was worried leaving her crazy mom with her boyfriend alone.

"Jin right?", she asked and the younger one nodded.

"You look so handsome", she chuckled and he felt it awkward.

"Thank you Miss Choi", he thanked her as a matter of courtesy.

"Don't call me that. Call me eomoni okay?", he was surprised at her words. Had it been any other mom who has witness their scene would have already killed him. He just looked at her with confusion.

"I know. Are you surprised that I have already accepted you?", she asked and he nodded.

"I never thought Ara would have someone she would like. Leave about dating, I never thought she would make friends. I was so scared sending her here. But I don't want her to live in her past", she let out a smile thinking of her daughter.

"I don't know if you know what had happened to her", she paused and he placed his hand on her.

"I know Miss, I mean Eomoni. I know everything", he let out an assuring smile making the elderly woman feel relieved.

"We felt ashamed of ourselves for not saving her on time. Only we know how she cried in pain. It broke my heart into pieces looking at my child like that", she continued speaking with tears in her eyes.

"Eomoni, we can't change what has happened. God knows how badly I want to kill those guys who touched her, but I can't do anything", he consoled her.

"We know closing her in the four walls will not make her strong and that's why I joined her here even though she didn't like it. I am always scared how she was in Seoul, whether she ate properly or not. But when she squealed on the phone that she found good friends, I knew it. I knew that she is doing fine", she smiled wiping the tears on her cheek.

"I am glad that she found someone. I won't force anything on you guys. Date and be happy. But as a mother, I would just ask for one favour. Please don't break my daughter's heart", she held his hands and he shook his head.

"I will never do that Eomoni, she is most precious woman in my life after my mother. I can't even imagine doing that.", he admitted and the elderly woman smiled satisfied with the answer. With all that her daughter has faced, the least she wants is her happiness.

"I promise Eomoni, I will take care of her with all my heart.", he promised her and she patted his head in admiration. She was so flattered at young man's words.

"What are you both talking?", Ara interrupted their emotional conversation. "and Eomma, why are you crying?", she was concerned.

"Me? Crying? I am not a weakling like you", Ara's mother teased her daughter. "Something must have gone into my eyes."

"I am not a weakling okay. I am boxer. You don't know my strength", she placed the tea in front of her mom.

Both of them possess the same character, they never show their worries outside and fight with them alone, Jin thought. The mother looked so emotional talking about her daughter and when her daughter joined, she completely became the opposite.

They talked for a while and Ara's mom revealed embarrassing incidents about her daughter in her childhood. Jin couldn't control himself from laughing while Ara was shooting glares at the Mom and son duo. Ara slapped Jin's arm every time he burst into fits of laughter listening to her crazy moments while the elderly woman could not be more than happy.

"So, when will you go Eomma?", Ara asked blankly while her mother hit her on her head.

"This girl has become a brat over here. I didn't even stay for a day and you are asking me to go. I will stay here for a day."

"Oh My God! I should tolerate you for a day. No way", Ara pretended to be sad only to receive a smack on her head.

"Okay then, I will be leaving now. It's already late", Jin stood up.

"I apologise for appearing all of a sudden. Had this monkey told me that she has got a boyfriend, I would have asked her before", Ara's mom felt bad for disturbing their moment.

"It's okay Eomoni. I am glad that I have met you. I can see Ara in the college tomorrow but not you", he smiled and she patted his head.

"You are so sweet you know? Ara, just walk him up to the gate. I will unpack my things", she spoke and left from there.

"Your mom is cool you know", he spoke interlocking their fingers.

"She is more like crazy", Ara chuckled.

"Yah! Don't be so rude to your mom. She loves you a lot", he ruffled her hair and she nodded.

"I know that. We are always like this. And when dad takes my side, you have to see her face", she laughed while imitating her mom.

"Ara", he called her and she looked at him.

"Tell those words again", he spoke caressing her cheek.

"What? About my mom?", she was confused.

"No, those words which you told me before your mom has appeared", he mouthed and she understood what he meant. Balancing on her heel, she rose up to reach his lips and gently pecked him.

"I love you Jin"

He smiled and blushed at her action. He loved her with every part of soul in his body and hearing those words from her mouth gave him an ecstatic feeling.

"I love you so much Ara", and she smiled.

"Goodnight, princess", he pecked her forehead.

It's already the weekend and the competition is just around in a few hours. The guys prepared well and Hoseok was checking if everything was present or not. Yoongi checked for the hundredth time if the music cd he brought was the right one or not.

Jin, Jimin and Taehyung were practicing their lines while Namjoon is supervising them. There was no trace of Jungkook at the backstage where all the contestants are present.

"Hana, I am so scared", Jungkook held Hana's hands shaking in fear.

"Jungkook, just look at me", she made him look into her eyes.

"You will do well okay? Just calm down Jungkook", she was trying to calm him down but nothing is working out. He drank a bottle of water already.

"Jungkook, just breathe in and out okay?", she was doing her best to make him feel relaxed.

"I can do it right?", he asked still unsure.

"You will slay it for sure", she spoke trying to fit in confidence in his body. Though he stopped shivering, he still looked unsure.

"Will this calm you?", she held his hand tightly and he squeezed it nodding. The participants were called and Jungkook still didn't leave her hands.

"Jungkook, you need to go", she urged him and he stood up still holding her.

"You will do it fine Jungkook. I believe you.", she encouraged him and he smiled. To his surprise, she hugged him patting his back.

"Good Luck", she wished

"Thank you", he smiled and ran to the backstage where the others were present.

Everyone cheered loud for the participants and the MC started speaking about the show and everything.

"How's he now?", Ara asked as soon as Hana sat down beside her.

"He still seems tensed. I just hope he doesn't stress it out", Hana sighed remembering the nervous Jungkook.

"They will do well Eonnie", Kyunghee spoke in excitement.

There were many groups and most of them performed well. The evening was so bright and is filled with the loud cheers of the audience.

"The next performance is by this group of boys who call themselves BTS. Let's welcome Bangtan Sonyeondan, BTS in short onto the stage with a loud applause for their song Just One Day"

The girls cheered so loud at the mention of their name.

It was all dark and suddenly when the lights were on, the boys appeared on the stage seating themselves on 7 chairs. They dressed themselves in high school uniforms making the visual more appealing.

As Jungkook completed his verse, a wave of relief washed Hana and the girls cheered out loud at his melodious voice. He danced so well and Hana was mesmerized in his moves and expressions. Yuna did the right thing to grab the first seats of the show.

As Namjoon winked after the last line, everyone cheered so loud. Soo Ah blushed at his act and Ara teased her.

"That was one of the epic performances. You guys really looked cute in those school uniforms. Ahh, it reminds me of my school days", The MC spoke and continued calling.

The girls rushed to the boys who just left the backstage.

"You guys were so good on the stage", Yuna praised and they all smiled.

"You did really well Jungkook", Hana smile at the guy in front of her. He was showing his bunny smile as he didn't mess up the performance.

"All because of you", he held her hands and she smiled.

Jin gave the rose to Ara who was now a blushing mess.

"You sang really well", she admired her boyfriend who was all smiling.

"Please get a room already", Yoongi spat them only to receive a scowl from his elder brother.

"You rapped so well", Soo Ah ruffled Namjoon's hair and he blushed a little with his dimples popping out.

"How did I look?", Jimin asked Kyunghee.

"You looked so cute Jimin ah", Kyunghee squealed.

"Then, me? Didn't I look cute?", Taehyung pouted and Kyunghee found it so cute.

"No, you are not. Jimin looked cuter than you", she teased and he frowned.

"Oh My God, Hoseok! You are the star. You planned the choreo so well. It was really amazing", Hana appreciated and Hoseok is swimming in happiness.

"Now comes the next group Astro with their song Crazy Sexy Cool", the MC announced

"Oh! Isn't that Cha Eun Woo's group?", Yuna asked and Hana nodded.

"Ahh, my stomach is paining Can we leave from here?", Jungkook started his act and Hana slapped his hand lightly.

"Yah! Enough. We will just see the performance okay? Don't be a kid now", Hana smiled at Jungkook who is making faces.

The group did really well and Hana cheered for them. From a distance, Eun Woo smiled at her and that made Jungkook furious. He mentally cursed him with all the words he knew.

It was time that they have to announce the winner and they boys were very tensed. Yoongi maintained his cool while Jungkook was squeezing Hana's hand.

"Everyone's good but only one group's the best. So, we are happy to announce the winner of the Talent Show held today. They are...."

The audience were cheering different group's names and were excited for the winner

"None other than BTS, the boys who killed our hearts with their enthralling performance".

The boys were first shocked that they have won the contest. They never had the thought of winning. It's like performance for fun. Jimin was squealing and jumping in happiness while Namjoon hugged Soo Ah. Jin was still wondering if that was a dream and Ara had to smack him on his head to bring him back to reality.

Hoseok's happiness knew no bounds. He was doing all weird kind of actions after the announcement. Yoongi just smiled looking at the guys. Taehyung hugged Kyunghee and she reciprocated it back though she felt it different than the usual one.

Wait! What about Jungkook? He was the first one to jump and hug Hana as tight as possible. She hugged him back with equal emotion. He just kept hugging her the whole time when the boys and the girls are squealing. Ara and Jin looked at them and then looked at each other smiling.

The guys walked to the stage to receive their trophy and the honours.

"Congratulations, boys. You did really well", The MC congratulated.

Meanwhile Hana got a call and she excused herself from the crowd to a place where there is no noise.

"Hello", she answered.

"Hello babygirl", she knew the voice. She remembered those guys who had threatened her and she completely forgot about that since that day.

"How did you get my number", she tried to be calm.

"You are quite famous, if you don't know", she heard a chuckle from the other side.

"What do you want now?", she huffed.

"Just be quiet and come to the entrance of library", the guy on the other spoke, more like ordered.

"Why should I do that?", she knew it was a trap.

"I knew you are hard to catch babygirl and that's why we wanted you so bad. Just come and we will have a talk and nothing"

"How do you expect me to trust you?", she could never trust them for once. After all, they tried to abuse her.

"I know you wouldn't. I would be surprised if you do. We are not going to request you babygirl. I heard your sister's name is Kyunghee and she is in medical department", he started speaking and Hana started getting nervous.

"Are you stalking me?"

"Let's just think like that then. I know which class your sister goes every morning. It isn't a tough job for me to just kidnap her"

"Just shut up. Don't you dare do anything to her", she yelled on the phone.

"Hey! I am not going to do anything to her if you do what I told you. Just come here and yeah, we will have a talk. And remember, don't get anyone else. I hope you know what I mean.", he hung the call and Hana was hell nervous.

Her mind started fighting with the thoughts of telling anyone or not. She doesn't know any of the guys and it is absolutely predictable for them to harm her. She didn't want to risk it. She didn't know why they are doing that.

She turned to go to the event to tell Jungkook but stopped for once remembering the guy's words. She didn't know what to do and above all, she didn't want to risk on her sister. Sighing to herself and taking large breaths, she took small steps to the library.

As she reached the library, she saw them. The same ones who tried to abuse her that day. She slowly regretted the decision of listening to them. She made sure her location is switched on and slowly pushed the phone in her back pocket not forgetting to keep it in silent mode, just in case.

As I reached them, they started laughing and before she could process anything. She couldn't breathe, it was getting blurry and the next second everything is blacked out.
