Your POV 

I looked over to the young scientist as he was working on his flying car in the gazebo with Einey. I sat on the bench that wasn't too far from the gazebo as I watched the boy and his dog. 

"Ready to go Einstein?" he asked as the dog barked at him happily. "All right! Hop in" he said as he held the car roof open and  Einstein jumped into the seat. "Good boy" he said before he ruffled the dog's fur and smiled as he buckled him in. He went back over to the controls as he got everything ready. He stood up and held the remote control for the car as it started to go around the gazebo. 

I watched Einey race around before the car started to fly. I heard Emmett exclaim with joy that his contraption was working. I smiled as I caught his eye. He waved at me happily as he smiled. "It works!" he said before the celebration was cut short as the car went haywire. 

I ran over to where Emmett was as he was muttering away trying to find the failsafe that he installed. "Emmett get Einey down" I said as I was nervous. He nodded "I'm trying I just need to- Ah! There it is!" he said as he pushed it. I buried my face into his chest as he made a surprised sound. I hid there as I heard a crash. 

"You can look now, Einey is safe." he said as he held his hands on my hips. I looked up slowly and was met with a smiling Emmett. I got lost in his eyes for a moment as we stood there. I had always had a soft spot for the boy since we met. It was most likely because of the fact that his dad was hard on him and so was mine. I know they only wanted the best for the both of us but how they went about showing it wasn't the greatest thing. 

He coughed gently and we stepped away from each other. I smiled gently as I felt a slight heat in my cheeks. I looked at the car that was crashed into a billboard on the roof of the soup kitchen. I sighed gently and looked around for Einey. He was on the roof of the courthouse. 

"Einey! Emmett we have to get him down, heights give him the willies." I said. I was rambling worriedly as he grabbed my hand gently, snapping me out of it. I looked at our hands before he ran his thumb over my knuckles. 

"Relax, (y/n). We'll figure it out, we always do." he said gently before he flashed me his crooked smile that I've come to love. I nodded slowly before we walked over to the street the courthouse was at to see Einey. He looked a little stressed being so high up. 

I looked at Emmett. "Is the courthouse unlocked?" I asked. He tilted his head as he thought before he reached into his pocket for his wallet. I rose a brow as I watched. "My pop gave me a key so I could lock up after I was here late one night and I haven't given it back. If there's a better time to use it-it would be now." he said as he glanced over to me after he pulled the key from a pocket in his wallet. 

I nodded as I glanced back to Einey who was sitting there on the roof. We walked up the steps and went inside as we snuck around. It was one thing being in the courthouse when we weren't supposed to but sneaking a dog out the front door would have been another. I stood behind Emmett as he stood in front of me as a couple people walked by. He looked back to me and tilted his head as we kept moving before we got to the roof access. We went up the stairs quickly to get Einey. 

I saw him and he ran over to me. "I'm glad you're okay too, boy." I said as he nuzzled into my hand as I rubbed his head. Emmett smiled at the two of us before we were ready to go back inside. We held Einey by his collar so he wouldn't run off and cause any trouble before we got outside of the courthouse. We let him go and let him run back over to the gazebo and I sighed gently. 

Emmett stood by me as he locked the door again. We walked back across the street slowly as we looked around the dimly lit square. Einey came over and gave Emmett a stick as he knelt down and smiled. "Wanna play?" he asked and Einstein jumped around as he barked before we played fetch and chased him around. We laughed as we played with the dog before Emmett pulled me over and smiled. 

"You know, you're the best friend that I've had in a long time. Hell, you're probably the only friend that I've had." he shook his head as he looked to Einey as he was rolling around in the grass. He looked back to me. "I wanted to thank you for being my friend. Even though no one else would" he blushed gently as he looked at me. I smiled and hugged him. "We're just two little peas in a pod, you and me." 

Most of these imagines are probably going to based on young Emmett since I just find him adorable. I'll fit as many ones with Marty and Doc that I can and whoever else you guys request but for now, they'll be based with Young Emmett. (mostly)
