When Kuroko woke up, he could tell something was wrong.

He wasn't in the garden, well, he was in a garden, but one that was covered by a large glass dome, the stars and nova's above glittering brightly.

Where was he?

He was talking to someone... A read head that was not Akashi, Akashi confronted him, and then...

His eyes widened. Had he been transferred again?

Frustration began welling up in his chest as well as dread in his stomach, wanting badly to punch something.

But that anger quickly passed, leading to silence once more until Kuroko felt something inside of him shatter. He fell to the ground, sitting down and curling into a ball.

It was a circle, Akashi would keep him as his own, even if that meant moving him to such remote places like this giant dome.

It really didn't matter, anyway.

Hot tears came to his eyes, burning them as they plopped onto his knees, his sobs silent as he struggled to keep them inside.

Akashi would be watching him, that much Kuroko knew to be true.

After a few moments of self-loathing, he rubbed his eyes and stood up. He was not going to stay here.

Going to Akashi was a horrible choice, and so, he set off to find a way out.

Elsewhere:

Aomine struggled in the grips of the huge men who clutched him, pinning him to the ground.

"You bastards! Let me go!" He shouted, almost heaving them off of his back when a cloud clicking down came to his ears.

Footsteps.

They were sharp, precise, and almost hauntingly familiar. Aomine looked up to see a smiling Akashi.

"Why, hello there, Daiki." He said, optioning for his men to hold the blueette up.

"I want to show you something. Shall we get going? I'm not terribly patient, and I know that Kuroko will be so happy for us to become one again."

Horror crept over Aomine's face at Akashi's words. "What the hell do you mean?! Where's Tetsu!"

Akashi chuckled darkly, "somewhere where you will never reach him."

He grabbed onto Aomine's chin forcefully, making him looking straight into his intense fiery orbs.

"Just know this, Tetsuya won't be able to remember who you are once I'm finished with him."

He let go of Aomine's chin, ignoring the taller man as he shouted after Akashi.

"Sweet dreams, Daiki. I hope you're prepared for this."
