Mark grinned (HeartsYarn: like sans, kek) and tapped on a few books. "Well, what kind of apocalyptic book do you think you would be into? I mean I've read a few before...." He tapped on a few books, probably the ones that he's read before. One being called 'wool' and the other called 'the compound.' "Cause they're a lot of different kinds. One has massive sickness, another is where all people older than 15 just suddenly disappear... Most common one is zombies.." He snickered and rolled his shoulders. He really seemed excited about this, happy to know that he might actually get jack into reading. (Me: I had to seriously look up apocalyptic books! XD) Jack's eyes looked around until his eyes landed on a book called 'the road'.

(HeartsYarn: lol, nice) mark kept rambling on about the different types of books, his voice getting quieter and quieter until he wasn't even speaking. Just calmly humming now. Jack walked over to the book and picked it off the shelf and looked at it a bit.

Mark perked his head slightly as he noticed this, watching the other. "Oh? Did you find a book?" He whispered softly head still slightly tilted. Jack looked at mark and nodded.

Mark slowly moved over to the other, dragging his feet as he did so. "Huh... Well, isn't that neat" he whispered softly, looking over to glance at it. "What's it called? What's it about?" He still whispered, but his tone was lacking its seriousness. It was more gentle and caring actually. Huh. Jack turned the book over so he could see the back, "its called 'The Road' and it's about a father and his young son's journey across posts apocalyptic america some years after an extinction event." Jack said as he read the back of the book.

Mark's eyes lit up, a small smile rising to his face. "That's... That's so c-cool!" He let out a small giggle and studied the back of the book. "I think you should get it." He whispered, "it does actually sound really cool" (me: OH COME ON!!!! NOW I WANT THE BOOK!!!! WHAT THE HELL!?!?! XD) jack smiled at mark and then looked at the book and nodded his head excitedly.
