It was strange, but you liked it.
You liked him.
You liked the way his eyes shifted focus to things you knew he'd rather not be looking at, immediately they met yours.
You liked the way he spoke to you with the left side of his lips upturned.
You liked the way he'd smile and turn elsewhere when you complimented him or said something he didn't expect.
You liked the way your smells complimented each other's.
You liked the way he nodded his head and vibed to the music you played—even though he didn't do that to all of them.
You liked the way he walked, unconsciously looking like he was going up and down when you looked at him from the corner of your eyes.
You liked seeing him try to divert when he wanted to say something to you and he didn't know how—he rubbed his hands together and looked elsewhere like he was trying to seek help from someone you both couldn't see.
You liked when he asked you, "are you good?" Something about it made your stomach churn.
You liked when you told him what you liked and didn't, because you knew he was not just listening, he was really listening and keeping them in mind.
You liked how comfortable you were writing this without feeling icky.
You liked the fact that he had read this and probably tried to see if he's also noticed him do the things you listed.
You liked the fact that you felt like there were lots more that you were forgetting to mention. It just showed that you had multiple reasons to like him.
