I fly above the trees looking down searching for a place to stay for the night. You see, I'm a bird hybrid. One of the last ones left. My parents were killed by hunters and I managed to get away. So now I'm stuck in the wild searching for prey and a home. I'm also afraid of these woods. There are rumors of a giant wolf running through the woods attacking people who dare enter them. But it's my only place to stay. I find a little house and land on the ground. Not long after I get knocked to the ground by th th the wolf. The wolf growls and bites my wing. I scream in pain as my wings starts bleeding heavily. The wolf clawed my stomach as I screech in pain. Suddenly I heard a loud thud and a yelp. I looked up to see a man about my age standing next to a bloody wolf. He slowly turns toward me and I see his face clearly. The top of his hair is a beautiful red.
"Hello" he says. His voice is really deep. His eyes are also a really deep brown.
"H hi" I say stuttering from the pain.
"Here let my help you" he said. He touched my wing making me since in pain. I watched a black smoke cover my wing and arm. I watched in amazement as they were fully healed.
"Th thank you" I say.
"You probably think I'm a freak now don't you" he said.
"What! Why would I think that?" I exclaim.
"Everyone does" he simply states.
"No. I think your amazing" I say slightly blushing.
"Uh uh um well t thank you" he stutters.
