Alright, alright. I know that this whole Invader: Dib thing was all just a big rumor created by an online game of telephone, and I know that Jhonen was probably never ever ever going to actually do this. ...But when I was looking in to whether or not this legendary episode was real or just a rumor, I found speculative fanmade synopses and accidentally got emotionally invested in them 😅😂. Even if it's never in the canon IZ content, I still would love to see a story with this plotline!

So, you remember Invader Tenn from the episode Megadoomer? The one on planet Meekrob, the one who was supposed to get the megadoomer but got all those defective SIR units instead? Well, at the end of the episode, Tenn sends a panicked transmission to the massive saying that the defective SIRs were eating everything. Flash forward to Invader: Dib, the SIRs have eaten so much of Tenn's base that it's caused her to be discovered and captured by the Meekrob.

Then somehow Dib discovers the Meekrob (having been alerted to their existence and their hatred for the Irken Empire in Dib's Wonderful Life Of Doom!) and allies himself with them, then takes it upon himself to confront earth's alien problem at it's source: the planet Irk.
