"Momma, who is Heidi?" Grace asked as they all sat at the airport, Claudia turned to face her children.

"She is my best friend back in England. She will be staying with us for a little while." Claudia grinned as she watched all the people walking past her.

"What's she like?" Jamie asked intrigued and Claudia saw Heidi walking through all the people.

"Why don't you not ask her?" Claudia asked as she walked held onto her children's hand and walked over to Heidi.

"Claudia?" Heidi asked grinning and Claudia hugged her. They were both crying. "It has been too long." Heidi cried as she pulled away.

"Tell me 'bout it." Claudia joked and Heidi looked at the two beautiful children down in front of her.

"Hello, you must be Jamie and Grace." Heidi smiled as she bent down and held her hand out from the to shake it.

"You have an accent like mommas." Jamie grinned as he shook Heidi's hand. Grace did the same thing.

"Thank you. I love your accent." Heidi complimented and Grace stood forward.

"What about mine?" Grace asked eagerly and Claudia laughed.

"Wow, it's so cool." Heidi smiled and Grace felt proud and happy. Heidi stood back up and hugged Claudia.

"Where's your husband?" Heidi asked smirking and Claudia's grin fell. Heidi realised something was wrong. "What happened?" Heidi asked concerned.

"I will tell you all about it when we get back." Claudia sighed and Heidi nodded her head. She felt awkward because she had obviously came at a bad time. "Let's go home." Claudia smiled and her kids were attached to Heidi.

Heidi had finally settled in and the kids were in their bed sleeping. Heidi and Claudia were sitting in the living room with a bunch of food. They had a lot of catching up to do. Claudia had just told Heidi about Nathan.

"Oh Claudia. I am so sorry." Heidi said sympathetically before she hugged her best friend. "I am sure you guys will work out and be back together before you know it." Heidi added honestly and Claudia just shrugged.

"I miss him like crazy but I don't have enough strength to let him back in. You know?" Claudia asked just to make sure that Heidi understood.

"You are one of the strongest people I know." Heidi complimented but Claudia wasn't too sure. The door bell rang and both girls stood up.

"The chinese came fast." Claudia laughed as they walked up to the door. Claudia opened it, Lucas and Nathan stood there. Heidi immediately recognised Lucas.

"Lucas. I haven't seen you in years." Heidi grinned as she hugged Lucas. Claudia just looked at Nathan.

"Heidi, oh my god." Lucas laughed as he looked at Heidi. "Claudia told us you were coming." Lucas explained and Claudia coughed nervously as she looked at Lucas. "Hey Claudia, Lindsay kicked us out because she had to do wedding stuff with Brooke so can we come in?" Lucas asked and Heidi nodded her head.

"Yes. I want you know all about Nathan." Heidi grinned and Nathan smiled awkwardly. Claudia stepped aside silently, signalling for everyone to come on in. They all walked in and Claudia shut the door behind them. Truth was Nathan was really missing Claudia and Lucas had a plan. Claudia slowly walked into the living room, everyone was sitting on the couch. Claudia realised that there was only one seat left next to Nathan.

"You know what? I have to go do something." Claudia lied as she walked out of the room and into the piano room. She sat down at the piano. Nathan walked in and leaned on the doorway.

"I can go if you want." Nathan sighed and Claudia shook her head.

"It's your house too." Claudia stated as she looked at a picture of the whole family, it was hanging on the wall. She wished they were like that again.

"Yeah, but it makes you feel uncomfortable." Nathan replied looking down at the floor. Claudia stood up and walked over to him.

"You should go see your children. They are probably still awake." Claudia smiled as she walked past him and in the room with everyone else. "I thought your meddling faze was over Lucas." Claudia stated sternly as she sat down beside him.

"How did you know?" Lucas asked confused and Claudia raised an eyebrow.

"Lindsay would have called me if it was something to do with the wedding." Claudia explained and Heidi just laughed.

"You need to speak to him Claude." Lucas stated and Claudia sighed a little.

"This is hurting him, he just needs you to speak to him." Lucas added and Claudia raised an eyebrow. "Look, we all know what he did was stupid and a dick move. But he is hurting so much and if you speak to him a little it will lift his spirits. I can't stand this glum Nathan." Lucas continued and Heidi nodded her head in agreement.

"Just talk to him, how bad can it be?" Heidi asked and Claudia threw her head back.

"Okay." Claudia sighed as she stood up and walked up the stairs. Nathan was coming down them. She sat down on the stairs and Nathan sat down beside her. "How are you?" Claudia asked as she stared at her feet awkwardly.

"Fine." Nathan replied and Claudia scoffed.

"Lies, you are missing me badly." Claudia joked. "I mean who wouldn't." Claudia smirked. She was using humour so she wouldn't say something she regretted.

"Claudia, what I did was wrong and I am sorry." Nathan admitted and Claudia shook her head.

"Nate, don't apologise for being you." Claudia replied and they looked at each other before they stayed silent. Completely silent.
