"Hell yeah. Now this is what I'm talking about!" Julianna cheered as she met her dad and Miguel in the parking lot of their apartment to find her dads car newly decorated in black and yellow, the Cobra kai logo placed on it.

When Julianna walked into the dojo, she saw Hawk, Lexi and Aisha staring down Mitch and Chris with concentrated faces. "What do you think? Shithead 1 and Shithead 2?" Hawk asked and Aisha shook her head. "I was thinking Mary-Kate and Asshat."

Lexi scrunched her face up and pointed at Mitch. "I don't know yet but I can see this one having something to do with an ass..." Aisha turned to Lexi, nodding her head.

Julianna walked up to the group, wrapping her arms around Lexi and Hawk's shoulders as Hawk wrapped his arm around her waist, pressing a quick kiss to her temple. "I'm thinking Assface and Douchebag." Julianna sighed. "So I'm Assface?" Mitch asked quietly, shifting his weight between his feet.

Julianna turned her head to the door at the sound of the bell, thinking it was a new student but when she saw who walked in, she felt her stomach practically fall to her feet.

John Kreese.

"Who's that?" Hawk asked, leaning over towards Julianna's ear but she wasn't listening to him, instead, she was watching her fathers old Sensei walk up to her. "You must be, Julianna Lawrence. I heard a lot about you at the All Valley. Nice job, sweetheart."

"Don't call me, sweetheart." Julianna quickly said to the man, not really noticing her own attitude in her voice. Kreese leaned back a bit, chuckling. "Oh... Fiesty just like your old man. I'm sure your mother must hate that."

Julianna knew he pulled that dig on purpose. She took a  step back, making Lexi and Hawk take a protective step forward, noticing how uncomfortable she was around the older man.

"Hey!" The four turned their heads to Johnny's voice as he walked up to them. "I told you not to talk to her." Johnny snarled to the man who just innocently shrugged. "I was just congratulating her. Right, sweetheart?"

Julianna bit her lip to hold back saying anything and Johnny could see that. "Fall in!" He screamed, him and Kreese walking to the front of the dojo to face all the kids.

"Class, we have a visitor. This is Mr. Kreese. He's just an observer. Pretend like he's not even here." Johnny said. He turned to Julianna and she quickly shook her head no, already knowing why he was turning to her. Johnny sighed, facing Miguel. "Mr. Diaz, warm them up."

Miguel walked up to the front of the class, bowing. "Fighting positions!" Everyone started following Miguels commands. "Front kick!"

"Forward strike!"

"Side jab!" Everyone dab, laughing but Julianna and Lexi quickly saw the look on Johnny's face and stopped instantly. "What the hell was that?" Johnny asked Miguel, his voice projecting across the room, making everyone stop and look at the Sensei. "We were just messing around. We have 11 and a half months until the next All Valley." Miguel shrugged.

"Yeah, besides, we already know how to kick ass." Hawk said and Johnny just waved his hand at the boy. "Yeah I'm not talking to you after the... incident the other night. Miss Gomez, do you think you know the complete training of how to quick ass."

Lexi's eyes grew the size of saucers as she shook her head. "I don't feel comfortable answering that question, Sensei." Johnny rolled his eyes. "And why is that?" "Because I feel like I will have to do 50 knuckle push ups no matter what answer I give." Johnny looked at her for a second before sighing. "Yeah, you're probably right."

Aisha suddenly started laughing from the other side of Lexi, making her and Julianna get a wave of panic. "What's so funny, Ms. Robinson?" Johnny asked, getting right up in Aisha's face. "I'm sorry, Sensei, you just wouldn't understand." She giggled out as Lexi leaned towards her. "Not now. Cut it out."

"Try me." Johnny said, ignoring Lexi. "It's a snake-doo." Aisha shrugged and Julianna shut her eyes. "What's a snake-doo?" The whole class expect Lexi and Julianna started hissing likes snakes. Lexi facepalmed as Julianna winced and Kreese rolling his eyes, making fists with his hands in aggravation.

"QUIET!"

Everyone stopped the snake game and stood straight up as Johnny walked down the line of kids. "5:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. Corner of Fulton and Raymer. You don't show, and you're off the team. Class dismissed."

...

"Don't add too much water. You wanna make it nice and thick." Johnny announced to the kids as they stood in groups, mixing cement into wheelbarrows. Miguel and Lexi were stirring the cement while Julianna and Hawk were pouring it into the barrows. "Sensei, why are we mixing cement?" Lexi asked out of breath and Johnny shook his head. "No questions."

A loud car horn made all the students stop what they were doing and watch the cement truck roll into the parking lot. "Ah, shit." Julianna mumbled as the driver hopped out of the truck to greet Johnny and Kreese. Julianna watched as the man gave Johnny the keys before walking away.

Johnny and Kreese turned around to face the kids. "You think winning the All Valley gives you the right to goof off? Well, I got news for you. Winning one championship don't mean squat. A true champion never stops training. You gotta keep moving forward, or else you could get stuck exactly where you are. It's like the cement in this truck." Julianna nods her head. "There it is."

"If that drum doesn't start turning, the cement inside will harden and get stuck. Is that what you want to happen to you?" "No Sensei!"

"Good. Then climb up, get inside, and make it spin." The students all grew quiet, even Julianna didn't think he was serious.

"Sensei, we're sorry for messing around. We learned our lesson." Aisha tried to reason but Johnny just shook his head, dropping the latter. "Get in!"

"Sensei, this seems kind of dangerous. I mean, just because one students your kid, doesn't mean you can just put everyone at ri-" "Quiet!" Kresse yelled, interrupting Julianna. Everyone jumped at his voice as Julianna backed away a bit, walking into Hawk's chest.

"This man led you to the mountain top, and you question him? Look at you. Look at all of you. I can't believe this pathetic pack of pussies competed in the All Valley, and let alone won. It's an absolute miracle. And who's responsible for that miracle? Johnny Lawrence. The best student in the history of Cobra Kai. My student." Kreese said with a proud smile.

"You were Sensei's Sensei?" Hawk asked in amazement, making Julianna bite her lip in worry. "You better believe it, kid."

"And I tell you I've never trained a tougher student in my whole life. So if you know what's good for you, you better listen to every goddamn word he says."

Even though Julianna didn't know if her next choice would be good or bad, she raised her hand. "I'll go in." Kreese smiled at Julianna, pointing to her as she walked towards the latter to go inside the cement truck. "There we go. Like Father like daughter."

Miguel followed after her, Hawk after him. Johnny kept the latter down and turned to Lexi who was watching her the friends climb into the truck.

"Lex, aren't you gonna go with your little dream team into the truck?" Johnny asked and Lexi gave him a smile, softly shaking her head no. "Oh, I can't."

Johnny crossed his arms over his chest and walked towards her. "And why is that?"

"Well, you didn't tell us we were going to get dirty and I'm wearing my Harry Styles sweatshirt." Lexi answered, keeping her eyes on the entrance of the cement truck, worried too meet Johnny's gaze. "I don't care about this styles guy. I don't care why he's hairy or why he's on your sweatshirt, just get in the damn truck."

Lexi finally turned to Johnny and sighed. Luckily, she was wearing a tank top under the sweatshirt so she took it off, handing it to Aisha to hold and climbing inside the truck where Julianna and Hawk were slipping with every step, using each other as support to walk until they both fell into the cement.

Hawk got up first and once he had a good balance, he grabbed Julianna's hands, helping her up. "You got it?" Hawk asked, laughing as he watched his girlfriend slip towards the wall. "Yeah. I think s-" Julianna fell again. "Hey, Jules, do you have an extra hair tie?" Lexi asked from the entrance as Julianna was still on the ground. She took the hair tie off her wrist, putting them between her thumbs and flicking it over to her. Lexi caught it and quickly tied up her hair. "Thank you." She mumbled as Miguel walked over to one side of Julianna, Hawk at the other, both of them grabbing her arms to help her stand.

"Don't just stand there-" "We can barely even stand, dad!" "I don't care. You wanna get stuck? Move!" Johnny yelled as he peaked his head in. Julianna let out an aggravated sigh before she started pushing the wall. She turned to the three behind her. "Well? Come on!"

They all quickly started pushing against the wall of the truck, taking slow steps but they didn't move. Julianna could hear everyone outside cheering them on, making every single one of the push harder until suddenly, they were moving. Julianna let out a happy laugh as they started to run. Lexi slipped from the fast speed and tripping over her own feet, making them laugh harder.

...

As soon as they got out, Johnny started hosing them down. "You should all be proud of yourselves. I know I'm proud. Your parents would be proud, too, if you told them what we did here today, which we won't. I should be the only parent of one of you that knows about this. You pushed forward like champions. Never stopping. Never being satisfied. Never giving up. And if you keep pushing and keep moving forward, you're gonna go to places you never even dreamed of."

Johnny finished his speech right in front of Julianna and she smiled. "That was really good. Did you rehearse that?" Johnny nodded his head. "Yeah, all last night while you and Lexi were blasting that Hair Styles guy."

"Harry Styles." Julianna corrected and Johnny sighed, walking away. "Yeah, whatever."

Julianna spun on the balls of her feet to look at Hawk. She stared at his mohawk in amazement. "How does that thing stay up?" Hawk turned to her with an amused grin. "What?"

"I mean... my dad just hosed you down with water and it's still up." Julianna breathed out, going to touch it and still feeling all the gel in his hair. "Your hair gel is stronger than that cement... Do you always have your hair up?" Julianna asked and Hawk's smile turned into a confused one.

"What?"

"Do you have it like free and shit sometimes or do you just always have the mohawk? Cause I wanna see it without the mohawk." Julianna pouted and Hawk felt a flutter-like feeling in his chest as he stared at her. "Maybe soon..." He mumbled, pulling her in for a kiss.

"Ahem." The two pulled away and turned to Johnny, Hawk instantly looking down while Julianna looked at her dad, pulling her lips into a line to hide her smile. "You can do that. I don't care. Just not while I'm around." Julianna nodded and when Johnny turned away, she grabbed the collar of Hawk's sweatshirt and pulled him in for one more kiss.

When they pulled away, Hawk looked in Johnny direction, making sure he wasn't looking before setting his hands on her waist. "So tomorrow we're all meeting at the beach, right?" Julianna smiled and nodded, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Good. I can't wait to see you in a bikini."

"How do you know I'll be wearing a bikini?" Julianna asked with a smirk and Hawk pulled her closer. "You better."

"Hawk!"

"Sorry, Sensei!"
