As the case was on high note and any mistakes can't be afforded from any side. Neither jaiswal nor Ahuja can afford to lose the case as for Ahuja it will cost his life and for Jaiswal his reputation was at stake. The numerous defeats from K. D. Pathak has tagged him with a loser tag but he is not one. He does have solved many cases, it's just his star is not in his favour, he guesses. 

Well, he doesn't care about all these things, for now what he cares about is the case. 

He gazed at Manvi who was busy savouring her coffee, he took a deep breath. He needs to train her!

Nope, she is not a fake eyewitness but of course Ahuja can prove her one or may be confusing her with his tantrums which chances are very high in her case. 

He clear his throat,

''Dekho Manvi Monday ko court mei Mr. Ahuja puri koshish karenge tumhe jhootha sabit karne ki lekin tum apni baat maat badalna please, kyunki fir ye case hum jeet nahi paayenge!'' Jaiswal says in a convincing tone. 

Manvi nodded her head affirmatively,'' aap fikar maat kijiye jaiswal ji, Ahuja ji kuch bhi kare mera bayan nahi badalwa sakte!'' she says, assuring him in a firm tone. 

Jaiswal smiles at her words,''haan, I know lekin tum janti ho na hamara case abhi bhi weak hai. Filhal toh Ahuja ko ye nahi pata ki tum...tum dekh nahi sakti ho lekin jaise hi use ye pata chalega pure case ka rukh wo badal dega. Case jeetne ke liye wo kuch bhi kar sakta hai.'' He exclaims, tension lines form on his head. 

''Saare lawyers ek jaise hi hote hai! Case jeetne ke liye galat paintre apnate hai!'' His wife, Saumya shouts from the kitchen. 

Jaiswal sighs in disappointment while Manvi giggles.

Latet, he and Manvi discussed the case for some time as it was needed.

On the other side..

Police station..

Ahuja was standing in a corner of the cell while Raghu bhai was shouting on him,

''Aye vakil, kya hua rey haan.. tu toh bol rela tha uss jaiswal ko harana ko vaste tereko bas ek hearing lagega haan .. aab kya hua tereko, wo sala itna lamba khich rekla hai case ko! Agar apun ko kuch hua na toh kaat daalega tereko main, samjha kya!'' His threatening voice was enough for Ahuja to see his future if he lost the case, he was already scared and now this. 

God! He's in great trouble!

''Bhai aap chinta maat karo, main aapko kuch hone nahi dunga. Wo jaiswal kuch nahi kar sakta, chutkiyon mei uske uss witness ko jhutha sabit kar dunga main!'' Ahuja tries to convince him. But Raghu was not ready to listen to him, he held his neck and pushed him on the wall putting pressure on it.

''Teri yahi baat apun sunte aa raha hai kabse, aisa na ho tu idhar apun ko tassali deta reh jaaye aur udhar wo Jaiswal case jeet jaaye.'' He glares at him with his fiercy eyes not releasing him from his grip.

Ahuja tries to loosen his grip on his neck but he isn't strong enough to do so, instead Raghu presses his neck harder.

Fortunately, Raghu Bhai's elder brother, Teja Bhai came there and asked Raghu to leave Ahuja.

''Iss vakil ko maarne se kuch nahi hoga chote. Marna toh uss jaiswal ya uss ladki ko padega taki na rahega bans na bajegi basuri!'' He exclaims sternly.

Raghu leaves Ahuja instantly who falls on the ground coughing.

''Toh uda dalo na bhai, apun idhar aur nahi reh sakta. Ghutan hoti hai apun ko idhar.'' Raghu says gloomily, telling his discomfort to his brother who patted his cheek.

He calls a guy who happens to be the incharge of the police station. Teja throws a bundle of 2000 rupees note on him and says,''mere chote ko in char deevarion mei rehne ki aadat nahi hai, aaj raat ke liye use Raseela Pub mei chod dena. Dil behel jaayega bache ka.'' He smirks, the inspector grinned ,

''Jo hokum sarkar, bhai ko main khud wahan chod aayunga aur le bhi aayunga. Aap fikar na kare bas apni daya drishti mujh gareeb pe banaye rakhe.'' He states crossing his arms around his chest and bent down his shoulder a little.

Teja patted his shoulder,''tum bas yunhi hamari seva karte raho tumhe khush karna hamari jimmedari hai.'' saying so Teja leaves the place, Ahuja too runs behind him.

Outside!!

Teja finds Ahuja running towards his car, he stops Ahuja who was about to board in his car. Ahuja gulped down and looked at him.

''Aaj toh humne tumhe bacha diya Ahuja lekin tum jaante ho hamare bhai ka gussa kaisa hai, umeed hai case ka faishla hamare haq mei hoga. Nahi toh tum toh jante hi ho koi aisi char divari nahi bani jo hamare bhai ko kaid kar sake, use toh hum kaise bhi bahar nikal hi lenge. Uske badh tum kahin bhi chhip jao, Raghu se bach nahi paaoge, issliye apne chote se deemag pe jor daalo nahi toh jitney paise tumhe khilai hai use ussul karna bhi humei aata hai!'' His ruthless words shook Ahuja to the core, the brother's will surely kill him if he loses the case. 

Ahuja assures him that the final.hearing will be in their favour and immediately leaves from there.

After a while when almost half of the members of the police station left the building. The inspector, inspector Satya Prakash opened the cell of Raghu Bhai.

''Chaliye bhai, aaj aapki azadi ka din hai.'' he says smiling at him, showing his yellow teeths. 

Raghu smirked at him,''tu bahut tarrakki karega rey inspector, bas ek baar apun idhar se nikal jaaye fir tereko apun paiso se nehla daalega.'' He stated exciting the greedy inspector.

''Aapki kripa humpe bani rahegi toh kya nahi ho sakta bhai.'' He grinned, Raghu laughed at his words and they left the building together.

Satya Prakash took him to the Raseela bar. As they stepped in, Raghu ran in a particular direction shouting. It was his girlfriend Alka whom he was shouting for. 

Approaching her, he held her by waist trying to be cozy but the girl tried to maintain distance. Raghu gripped on her arm.

''Kya rey hai, nakhre dikha rahi hai tu apun ko haan.'' Raghu glares at her, Alka jerks his hand.

''Arey jaa jaa bade dekhe hai tere mafit apun ne. saala teri wajah se kitni baizzati hui hai apun ki idhar tereko kya malum hai. Chal nikal yahan se, aab tere saath nahi rehna apun ko, nikal!'' she shouted and pushed him. 

Her action angered Raghu and he did something that shocked the girl and Satyaprakash as well.
