Anika kept on staring at that particular direction without blinking her eyes. Shivaay came back after finishing the call and saw her lost. He looked at her direction and was shocked. He quickly went towards her and nudged her.

Shivaay: Anika.....
Anika(coming out of her thoughts): Haa....
Shivaay(spreading his hand in front of her) : Can I have the pleasure of dancing with my beautiful wife?

She looked at his loved filled eyes and kept her hand on his. He slowly pulled her towards him towards the dance floor. And it seemed like the atmosphere was conveying his feelings for her.

He placed his hand on her waist and the other hand of hers was in his other one. They were dancing like a couple in ball dance.

The song ended but they were lost in each others eyes. Her eyes showed so much pain while his showed lots and lots of love for her.

Shivaay(carenessing her cheek with his thumb) : You want to say something.....
Anika(shaky voice) : Kiyu..... Why.... Why only me.....

And finally a lone tear escaped her eyes.

He pulled her along with him towards the other side of the garden. The place was lonely and silent. He left her hand and she stood still in her place. No words were exchanged between them. Finally Shivaay broke the silence.

Shivaay: When is the last time you confessed your love for me?

Anika looked at him.

Shivaay: Yes Anika. Tell me. Do you remember?
Anika(with some unshed tears and shaky voice): On..... On.... The.... Day of our engagement......

*FLASHBACK STARTS*
(It was the day when Shivaay had brought Gauri back to the house and Dadi announced that both the couples will have all the rituals. But it will be according to my way..... 😉😉)

Anika had so many things going on in her head- Mahi , Nayantara and then Pinky. She was getting mad. Shivaay entered the room and saw her walking to and fro the room.

Shivaay: Anika don't think so much. I have said you naa Sahil will be fine and I will bring him back.
Anika: Shivaay I am feeling very scared. I don't know where is he and what is he doing? I am very scared Shivaay....
Shivaay(cupping her face) : Sshh.... Don't worry. I am there naa. And I will find Sahil very soon. Don't worry. (his phone rang) Yaa Khanna.... Good... Very good. I am coming just now. (looking at her) Khanna found Sahil. I am going to bring him back.
Anika(holding his wrist) :Shivaay I also want to go.
Shivaay: Anika you aren't well and you are seem to be pale and tired. You rest here I will bring him back. I have promised you right.
Anika: Please Shivaay. I won't be able to keep my patience while waiting here. Please take me with you please.
Shivaay: Okay fine chalo...

They both left the mansion hand in hand in search of Sahil.

Shivaay asked Anika to stay in the car while he and Khanna went to fetch Sahil.
(I am not describing how he did it but basically they saved him. )

Anika was being restless sitting in the car. She couldn't take it anymore and got out of the car. Sudden dizziness engulfed her but she managed herself. She looked around and saw Shivaay and Khanna ji coming back with Sahil. She couldn't hold herself and almost ran towards them.

Anika(happy): Sahil.....

But before she could reach them, darkness spread in front of her eyes and she lost her senses. But before she could hit the ground Shivaay caught her.

Shivaay(patting her cheek) : Anika.... Anika.... Get up.... Anika....
Sahil: Jiju what happened to di?
Khanna: Sir I guess you should take ma'am to the hospital.
Shivaay: Yaa right.... Nothing will happen to you Anika. I won't let anything happen to you.....

He picked her up and went towards the car. He made her lay down on the back seat while Sahil occupied the front one. Shivaay settled himself in the driver's seat and rushed towards the hospital.

*Hospital *
Shivaay was walking to and fro in front of the doctor's cabin while Sahil was crying silently.

Sahil: Jiju Anika didi thik toh ho jayegi naa?
Shivaay(went towards him and kneeled in front of him): Nothing will happen to her Sahil. Don't worry. She is your brave sister naa. Nothing much just some weakness maybe. She will be fine.
Sahil(wiping Shivaay's tears) : Why are crying then?
Shivaay(not meeting his eyes) : Who said I am crying? It's just some dust that went in. Nothing else.
Sahil: Anika didi says the right thing you will never accept anything in front of your tadi. A big Taribaaz SSO.
Shivaay: Ha like sister like brother....

Their conversation was interrupted by the doctor.

Shivaay: Doctor how is Anika? She is fine right?
Doctor: Will you please in with me Mr. Oberoi. I need to discuss with you sometime important.
Shivaay: Anika thik toh hai naa?
Doctor: About her only I need to talk something important. Please come into my cabin.

Doctor went away leaving them tensed.

Sahil: Jiju didi will be fine naa?
Shivaay: Nothing will happen to her. You stay with Khanna I am coming right away.

Shivaay went towards the doctor's cabin while Sahil stayed back with Khanna.

*Doctor's cabin*
Shivaay entered and the doctor gestured him to sit.

Shivaay: Doctor is something wrong with my wife? What happened to her?
Doctor: Mr. Oberoi.... Your wife is pregnant....
Shivaay (shocked): What??
Doctor: Yes Mr. Oberoi. But for that reason I haven't called you here.
Shivaay(confused): Then?
Doctor: I won't beat around the bush. I will straight away come to the point. Your wife is too much stressed out for some reason and if this continues then I am sorry to say Mr. Oberoi she might lose her baby.
Shivaay(shocked): What?
Doctor: Yes. You need to keep her happy and away from stress as much as possible. I am prescribing some medicines for her and then you can take her home.
Shivaay: Can I meet her?
Doctor: Sure she must be awake by now.

Shivaay ran out of the room to meet her. He was so happy hearing the news of his baby... No their baby. He couldn't wait to hold her tight and thank her for such a beautiful gift. He entered into her room and saw her sitting on the bed. He just ran towards her and engulfed her in a bone crushing hug.

Anika: Shivaay I can't breath....
Shivaay(leaving her) : Oh sorry.... So sorry.... You are fine naa?
Anika: Haa baba I am fine. But what happened to me? Why am I here?
Shivaay(cupping her face) : You had fainted suddenly while you were coming towards Sahil. So I brought you here to the hospital to do your check up. And guess what?
Anika: What?
Shivaay: We are going to be parents Anika..... (seeing her shocked face) Yes Anika you are pregnant..... (placing his hand on her tummy) Our baby is growing in your womb Anika..... Our baby....
Anika(placing her hand on his and with shaky voice): Our baby.....??

He nodded at her and she started crying with a big smile on her face. He took her in a tight hug but this time carefully.

Anika: I am so happy Shivaay. I am so happy.
Shivaay: I am also very happy. I just can't express my feelings to you. Someone will come who will call me Papa and you Mumma. Isn't this the best feeling?
Anika: It's the best feeling ever Shivaay. Thank you so much for making me complete. Thank you....
Shivaay: I should thank you for giving me such a beautiful gift Anika.... I love you Anika..... I love you so much.....
Anika: I love you too Shivaay.....

Their moment was broken by the doctor who entered the room. They broke the hug and Shivaay left her for the doctor to examine.

Doctor: How are feeling now Mrs. Oberoi?
Anika: I'm fine doctor.
Doctor: That's good. I hope Mr. Oberoi has said you about your pregnancy.
Anika(blushing): Yes doctor.
Doctor: Though it's not the time for the first sonography but still I would like to do one.
Shivaay: Sure doctor. What ever you feel is good.
Doctor: Then please lay down while I prepare for it.

Shivaay helped her lay down and held her hand tightly.

Shivaay: Don't worry nothing will happen. I am there with you.
Anika: We are going to see our baby for the first time.
Shivaay: I know.....
Doctor(interrupting): So ready Mrs. Oberoi?
Anika: Hmm.....

The doctor put a gel on her flat stomach and rubbed it with a device.

Doctor(looking at the screen): It seems like you are one and half months through. And...... There you go(pointing towards the screen) Your baby..... It is so much developed but it seems growing healthy. Did you hear that? It's his heartbeat. Do you need pictures of it?
Shivaay(happy tears) : Sure....

The doctor left them for sometime to cherish their new found happiness. Anika kept on looking at the screen and had tears flowing from her eyes.

Shivaay(wiping her tears) : Anika why are you crying?
Anika(happy): These are happy tears Shivaay. Did you see...... our baby Shivaay...... Our baby.......
Shivaay(tightening his grip on her) : Yes Anika our baby....... (kissing her forehead) Thank you so much for this beautiful gift.......
Anika(kissing his cheek) : Thank you so much Shivaay......
Doctor(interrupting them) : Here are the pictures of your baby and the prescription for her medicines. Take care of yourself and your baby.
Anika: Sure. Thank you so much Doctor.....
Doctor: It's my pleasure.... (she walked out)
Shivaay: Chale ghar me sabko batana hai...
Anika(holding his wrist) : Nahi Shivaay...
Shivaay(confused): But why?
Anika: Already so many things are going on in the house I don't want to say in this gloomy and broken situation.
Shivaay: But Anika everyone will be so happy hearing it and......
Anika: Please Shivaay not now....... When the right time will come I will tell you.... But not now please......
Shivaay(sighing): Okay fine..... But Sahil and Khanna?
Anika: I will make them understand.
Shivaay: But promise me you will take care of yourself and our baby?
Anika: You are there naa to care of us.
Shivaay: No doubt..... Now let's go otherwise your brother will eat me alive.

She chuckled and he helped her get down and both of them walked out of the room. Sahil on seeing them rushed towards them.

Sahil: Anika didi kya hua tha aapko?
Anika: Sahil I am fine. Nothing happened. Just some dizziness and weaknesses. I am fine.
Sahil: Jiju?
Shivaay: She is fine Sahil. She was just talking to much stress for you that's why weakness. She is fine. Now let's go back OM.
Anika: But Shivaay if Nayantara comes to know about Sahil then?
Shivaay: Don't worry. He is stay in the house only but she won't be able to know about it. Now let's go.

They walked out of the hospital and headed towards OM.

(I'm directly skipping to the engagement)
Dadi announced that she wants both the bahus to be welcomed grandly. Thus she announced the engagement of both Shivika and Gaurika.

(Just like it happened in the serial the same thing happens here too)

After the ring ceremony, Shivaay pulled Anika away from the others.

Anika: Shivaay what are you doing? Where are you taking me?
Shivaay: Sshh..... You speak too much. Now keep quiet and let me do my job.
Anika: What job?
Shivaay: This......

He took out a pair of diamond bangles from his pocket and held it in front of her.

Anika(shocked): Shivaay this toh.....
Shivaay: Yes the bangles which Mallika had given you and you had to give to Kamini for Prinku's marraige. I brought it back for. There I have adorned you with a ring as my wife and now I am giving this bangles to you as the mother of my child.

He slipped the bangles in her hand and kissed them. She blushed due to it.

Shivaay: Stop blushing Anika otherwise I can't control myself.
Anika(slapping him lightly on his chest) : Chepde.....
Shivaay: I love you....
Anika: I love you too......

They hugged each other and captured the moment in their hearts. But little did they know that this is going to be their last good memory before the storm arrives in their life.

Anika came out of her thoughts and placed her hand on her stomach.

Anika(looking at her stomach) : How can I forget that day Shivaay..... It was the most beautiful day in my life. I had got the most beautiful gift in my life. That day I had got to know about my baby.....
Shivaay(cutting her) : Our baby....
Anika: No..... It was my baby..... Only mine..... It wasn't yours..... No it was mine.....
Shivaay(jerking her) : Anika it was our baby. Did you forget how many dreams we had built on him. Did you forget?
Anika(angry voice) : I didn't forget anything but you forgot everything. You didn't think before accusing me for Priyanka's marriage. Even when you saw the tears in my eyes that day while I was bad mouthing your brothers and family you didn't think about our baby once and just divorced me and threw me out. Not only that just because of you...... Because of you.... I lost my baby that day.... I lost my two important person in my life that day..... First you then our baby........

Shivaay was searching something in the cupboard when he came across this file containing Shivaay and Mahi's DNA results. He opened it and was shocked seeing it. He understood that it must be Anika only and he went out to search her. He went towards the side where Anika and Pinky were talking.

Pinky: Yes I was the one who had opened the back door so that Priyanka can run away and I had planned all these with Kamini so that I can easily throw you out of this house....
Anika: But why are you destroying everyones life?
Pinky: Because I don't everyone to be happy..... Specially Shivaay....
Anika(shocked): What? But how can you think like this Pinky Aunty? He is your son....
Pinky: He isn't my son.... Yes you heard it right..... He isn't my son. He is Kamini and Shakti ji's illegitimate child and Mahi is his twin brother.....
Anika(shocked): What?
Pinky(rage): Yes.... That's why I can't see him happy..... I will never let him be in peace. That is why I targeted Prinku to create doubt on you. And he will throw you out. Now you decide what will you do? Tell Shivaay everything or leave this house within 3 days? Choice is yours.....
Anika(crying): No.... I can't let him know about this. He will break when he falls in his own ideologies. I can't do it.
Pinky: Then you will do something that Shivaay gets provoked and throws you out of the house himself.
Anika: I don't know what to do..... I don't know......

She ran away from there and Pinky stood there smirking.

Pinky: You are too naive Anika.... To naive....... I will surely throw you out and I also know that you are pregnant and will surely use that weapon to keep yourself back. But before that only I will finish you..... I will finish you.....

She started laughing with a maniac and failed to notice the person who heard everything. He stumbled back on hearing everything. He couldn't breath and was feeling suffocated. He was none other than Shivaay. He just walked out of the mansion got into his car and drove towards Good luck chawl.

*Mahi's house*
Someone knocked the door and Mahi was confused thinking who might be. He opened the door to see Shivaay standing in front of him. He was shocked seeing him.

Mahi: Shivaay I am sorry. I promise I won't come in front of your family again.... I am sor....

He was cut off by a sudden hug from Shivaay. He was startled.

Shivaay(crying): Mahi, mere bhai.....
Mahi(shocked): What did you say?
Shivaay: Bhai.... Now when you are my brother then I have to call you brother only naa.
Mahi(murmuring): I had said that Question Kumari not to tell you but she.....
Shivaay(breaking the hug) : Anika didn't say anything.
Mahi: Then?
Shivaay(hurt and anger) : Mrs. Pinky Singh Oberoi

Shivaay entered and settled himself on the sofa while Mahi sat beside him.

Shivaay started telling him what all he heard just a while ago. He vent out all his emotions and anger to him.

Shivaay: I never thought my own mother..... No no I am wrong..... That lady whom I thought as my mother.... As my god will do such a thing to me. I never thought in my wildest dream that 'That lady' would try to separate me from my wife and child.....
Mahi(surprised): Wait did you just say child?
Shivaay(being caught) : Phail gaya raita.....
Mahi: You are talking like Question Kumari..... I mean Anika bhabi......
Shivaay: Hmm.... She has changed me for good. Actually she wanted to keep it a secret and say about it to others later but I have to tell you about it because I want your help.
Mahi: Just say what you I have to do....
Shivaay: What ever that lady has done to me I will not forget her ever. But if she tries to harm my Anika and baby I won't spare her. And I have heard that she is trying to do something to hurt Anika. So I need to protect her and our baby and for that Anika has to leave OM.....
Mahi: But where will she live in this condition and you should also stay by her side.
Shivaay: According to The Lady Anika will try to deframe herself in front of me because she herself will feel pain but won't let me experience it. Then in anger I lash out at her or may even divorce her and throw her out of the mansion...... This will be what the outer world will see but actually something else will happen.....
Mahi: What?
Shivaay: Instead of divorce papers Marraige register papers will be sighed...... Anika won't be thrown out but removed temporary from the house for somedays...... And she won't be left alone because after all these things I will come to her and clear everything..... And in all these I need your help....
Mahi: What will I do in it?
Shivaay: When Anika leaves the mansion you have to keep an eye on her and look into the matter that she is safe till I don't come.....
Mahi: But when will all this happen?
Shivaay: Three days from today....

Mahi agreed to help him and Shivaay after hugging him again went back to OM. He entered his to see his love sleeping with the support of the headrest and tear marks were visible on her face.

And like he had said it to Mahi.... The exactly same thing happened after 3 days. Shivaay was having a hard time and he had to make his heart stone when he was uttering those harsh words to her. But instantly his thoughts went back on protecting them. He threw the divorce papers on her face and she was shocked. But he was helpless. He caught her hand and dragged her towards the door of the house and threw her out. He didn't wanted to do it but he had to do it to protect her. When she fell down he wanted to rush towards her and embrace her. But he resisted himself and closed the door on her face. He avoided everyones eyes and talks and went towards his room. He sat down on his bed with thud and let his tears flow. He thought that he has saved her but he didn't know that the storm in their life is yet to come. Here Anika was walking aimlessly and someone was following her constantly. She was so engrossed that she failed to noticed the speeding car coming towards her. Before it could hit her the person following her pulled her away but she had already lost her senses. The person panicked seeimg her state and called someone.

Person: Shivaay.... Anika lost her senses.
.......
Person: Yaa I am taking her to the hospital. I will meet you there.

So I guess everyone understood who is he. Yes right he is Mahi who was following Anika till now and he had only called Shivaay. He picked her up and rushed towards the hospital.

*Hospital*
Mahi was walking to and fro in tension in front of the emergency ward and waiting for Shivaay. Finally Shivaay arrived.

Shivaay: Mahi.... Anika kaisi hai?
Mahi: I don't Shivaay they are still checking her.

The doctor came out and broke their conversation.

Shivaay: Doctor how is my wife? She is fine right? And our baby?
Doctor: I am sorry to inform you Mr. Oberoi but your wife suffered a miscarriage.......
Shivaay (shocked) :What? No.... No this can't happen...... You must be kidding right..... No this can't happen.
Doctor: I am serious Mr. Oberoi.
Mahi: But she didn't get hurt nor had any problem then how come?
Doctor: She was being drugged continuously for some days which caused in miscarriage. The amount of drug that has entered her body not only caused miscarriage but is risking her life as well....
Shivaay(choking voice) : What do you mean to say doctor?
Doctor: Your wife's condition is very critical and if she doesn't gain consciousness within five hours then I am sorry to say your wife might slip into coma.......

This news came as an ultimate shock to him. He couldn't hold himself and stumbled back and sat down on the bench in thud. First he lost their baby and now he is on the vergue of loosing of his Anika. He couldn't take it and started crying hysterically. Mahi consoled him but he himself was in shock.

Mahi: Shivaay don't loose hope. Anika will be fine....
Shivaay(crying): I failed Mahi.... I failed..... I thought I am protecting them but I lost both of them together....... I couldn't save our baby..... I couldn't....... At the end she won Mahi.... She won..... She won in taking the most important persons from my life.... She won.......
Mahi: Sshh...... Shivaay if you break like this then how will you support bhabi then..... Stop crying brother.... Stop crying.....
Shivaay(wiping his tears) : No
... I can't Anika go away from me.... I can't..... I have to do something.... I will bring her back.....

Shivaay rushed towards her cabin and saw her sleeping on the bed with an iv and an oxygen mask. He walked towards her and took her hand in his.

Shivaay(crying): Please Anika don't leave me and go. I can't live without you..... See today your Shivaay is with you...... Please Anika open your eyes please......

But.........

*FLASHBACK ENDS*

Shivaay: But you didn't open your eyes for me..... You didn't listen to your billuji and slipped into coma for a month...... Anika it wasn't only your baby but mine too. Jitna dukh tumhe hai usse kai zyada dukh mujhe hai...... But didn't care about it and got lost in your grief. I supported you, gave you happiness and did ever possible thing to bring you back. But you didn't...... You didn't come back..... I just wanted one thing from you that is I wanted my old Anika back..... But she is least borthered about it...... I guess you don't love me anymore...... You don't love......(jerking her away)
Anika(shouting): You don't know how much I love...... I love you so much..... But this pain..... These thoughts are killing me..... I am not able to think anything..... I am not able to.......

And finally Anika let the dam of her emotions break and she started crying. She sat down on the ground with a thud and cried and cried. She screamed and kept on crying. Seeing her cry even the nature couldn't hold back her tears and it started raining heavily. Both Shivaay and Anika were getting wet in the rain but they were least bothered. Shivaay was finally successful in bringing her emotions out. He saw her cry badly but didn't go to consoul her. For about half an hour when she had cried her heart out, her cries were lowering back to sobs. She couldn't take it anymore and fell down on the ground being unconscious. Shivaay saw her getting unconscious and picked her up in his arms. He kept on staring at her for some time in the rain. She looked peaceful after the emotional turmoil.

Shivaay: I had to do this Anika.... I had to hurt you to let go of your emotions..... Please forgive me.

He took her with him towards their room. But they were unaware that someone else was also hearing them. They are Arnav and Khushi.

Khushi: I told you naa.... Trust him..... He wouldn't do anything wrong with her.
Arnav(tears in his eyes) : Thanks for making me realize before I could damage anything.
Khushi: Just like you love me he loves her too or maybe more than that...... And this slight emotional torture and breakdown was necessary for her otherwise Anika would have gone into severe depression. She was already suffering and this was just a break through so that Shivaay could save her.
Arnav: My sister is truly lucky to have him in his life.
Khushi(placing her head on his shoulder): Just like me......
Arnav(wrapping his arm around her) : Really?
Khushi: Hmm.....

They laughed and went towards their room to call off for the day as tomorrow was an important and interesting day for all.

*Shivika's room*
Shivaay brought her and placed her on the bed. He went towards the wardrobe and took out her night clothes. He came back to her and changed her clothes so that she doesn't catch cold. After he did hers, he also changed. He slipped under the duvlet beside her and held her tightly in his embrace to provide her warmth.

Shivaay: Tomorrow is a big day for you Anika..... Tomorrow you will be back to yourself and also get your family...... I had promised you that I will set everything right and I did it. I love you so much Anika......
Anika(murmuring in sleep): I love you too Shivaay......

Shivaay was very happy hearing her and hugged her more tightly. He couldn't wait for tomorrow when she would confess her feelings again in her full sense. Thinking about it he went off to sleep to welcome their bright and new morning.

*Rikara's room *
Everyone was present in the room but no one spoke a single word. Finally Rudra couldn't control himself and spoke out his thoughts.

Rudra: Bhaiya I didn't understand why Shivaay bhaiya did such a thing today.
Om: Because he wanted to make bhabi free from depression.
Gauri: I never knew such a tragic incident happened in their life.
Om: We weren't aware too. Shivaay told us when he brought bhabi back to OM.
Mona: We all met bhabi but she never said about her depression.
Mahi: Because she will herself suffer but won't let others understand her pain.
Soumya: I want to know what happened after bhabi went to coma.

Everyone looked towards Mahi who seemed to be lost in those thoughts.

Mahi: When bhabi didn't wake up even after 4 hours then......

*FLASHBACK STARTS*
(continues from where it had ended before)
Shivaay kept on telling Anika to wake up but it seemed like she went deaf to the world. 4 hours had crossed still she wasn't responding. Shivaay was loosing hope slowly.

Doctor: Mr. Oberoi if she doesn't gain consciousness within an hour then she will slip into coma.
Shivaay(chocked voice) : I know doctor. Still one hour is there and I know she won't leave me like this.

Mahi was standing outside the ward and seeing his bhai and bhabi struggle. He couldn't do anything.

Mahi: That Lady not only destroyed my life but also their life. I don't how can a mother be so cruel. I just pray bhabi wakes up.

But destiny something else stored for them. Even after an hour when Anika didn't respond or gain consciousness the doctor declared her to be in the state of coma. That day not only one but two people became detached from the world. As Anika slipped into coma, Shivaay broke down mentally.

Mahi(supporting him) : Shivaay... You can't break like this. You have to stay strong for bhabi,for the family. You are the great wall of Shivaay Singh Oberoi. You can't fall weak now.
Shivaay(emotionless): You know before Anika entered my life I never used to cry, never had any feelings. But she came like a wind and set everything right in my life. For her I changed my ideologies, for her I am having emotions and for her I became Shivaay. I don't whether I am an Oberoi or not and I don't care about it also. I was the Great wall of Shivaay Singh Oberoi because of my two brothers OmRu but when she entered she became a pillar too. I can't make myself strong if she isn't here. She is my strength and I am useless without it.
Mahi: Shivaay think wisely. If bhabi comes to know that because of her you have neglected your responsibilities then do you think she will ever forgive herself. No never. Now get up, be strong, become Bhabi's Shivaay and face the challenges.
Shivaay(some hope) : You are right Mahi. I can't loose hope like this. I have to stay strong for my Anika. I will stay strong. (going towards her) You want to punish me that's why you aren't talking with me and sleeping here. But don't forget I am also Shivaay I won't let you sleep for so long. You have to return to me. I promise you Anika, I will not let the person live in peace because of whom you are in this position. You want me to fulfill all my duties towards the family, I will do. I will never let you down. This is your Shivaay's pinky promise to you......

Mahi smiled with tears in his eyes seeing his love for her.

Mahi(thinking): Bhabi come back soon otherwise I don't know what will happen to Shivaay.....
Shivaay: Mahi from tomorrow onwards I am going to train in business and you won't object. I want to make you established. Then you will work with me.
Mahi: Okay but work with you in OI?
Shivaay: No A. S. Enterprise, my own firm.
Mahi: A. S. Enterprise?
Shivaay(looking at Anika) : Long story. I will tell you we have plenty of time. I am going back now. I will come after sometime.....
Mahi: I will stay with bhabi till you come. Don't worry. Aren't you going to tell to your other brothers about it?
Shivaay: First of all they are your brothers too and I am not going to inform them because they are already in a mess and secondly they have taken a promise from Anika that they won't tell that secret to me. So I won't tell them. After wards when correct time comes I will tell them. Now I should leave. I will come back soon.... Very soon.

Shivaay kissed Anika's forehead and went.

Like this one month rolled by. But Anika didn't get up. Within this period even Dadi received a heart attack and went into deep sleep. Shivaay was broken once again. The family was breaking and he was helplessly watching. He didn't know whether the family was his or not but whatever it is, every member has given him love. He got this new quality of viewing the life from Her...... And how he can't bear this torture. He needs her..... He needs her.

And finally God listened to him and she opened her eyes one day.

Doctor: Congratulation Mr. Oberoi your wife is out of coma. You can meet her now.

Shivaay was very happy hearing it and hugged Mahi who has been his constant support.

Shivaay: Mahi.... Anika.... My Anika came back.
Mahi: Haa Shivaay. Now go and meet her. Go......
Shivaay: But she will hate me Mahi. I had divorced her and thrown her out of the house also. And our baby..... How will I face her Mahi....
Mahi: Just relax and go to her. I am sure she will understand when you will tell her the whole truth. Just go and meet her.

Shivaay gained some confidence and went to meet her. He entered her ward and saw her awake. He slowly walked towards her and it seemed like she understood that someone is also present.

Anika: Shivaay.....

He was shocked seeing that she could understand his presence around her. He went towards her and sat down beside her.

Shivaay(carenessing her hair) : How are you?
Anika: I'm fine. (putting her hand on her stomach) Our baby is also fine. I knew you can't leave us like this. You love us so much naa....
Shivaay(with tears) : Anika.....
Anika: Why are you crying Shivaay? I am fine see and even our baby too. Don't worry we are doing good.
Shivaay(holding her face in his hands) : Anika.... I need to say you something..
Anika: What is the matter Shivaay? Ghar me sab thik hai naa? Boliye Shivaay....
Shivaay: Anika..... Our baby is no more....
Anika: Kya bola apne?
Shivaay(painful voice) : You had a miscarriage Anika and we lost our baby......

Anika was shocked hearing it. She couldn't handle the news.

Anika: No this can't happen. You are lying to me right. Tell me this is a joke.
Shivaay: I am not lying to you Anika.....
Anika(screamed): Nai...... Nai....... This can't happen..... Nai.......

Shivaay tried to calm her down but she wasn't in her senses. She looked around and found the knife in the fruit basket. She took it and slit her wrist within a blink of an eyes. Before Shivaay could understand anything, she had already harmed herself.

Shivaay(shouting): Anika......

He caught her and called out for the doctor. She arrived and saw the situation.

Doctor: Nurse.... Hurry up..... Mr. Oberoi please leave the room right now.
Shivaay: No I won't leave her.
Doctor: Please Mr. Oberoi try to understand. If you don't leave then I have to forcefully make you leave.
Mahi(entered the room hearing the shout) : What happened Shivaay? I heard Anika's shout.
Doctor: Mr. Mahi can you please take Mr. Oberoi out I need to treat Mrs. Anika immediately. Please try to understand.

Mahi understood the situation and took Shivaay out forcefully. When they were outside Shivaay was crying like anything..

Mahi: What happened inside? Why was Anika shouting?
Shivaay(crying): I told her about her miscarriage and then she....... She........ Couldn't take the news well and slit her wrist with the knife. I don't what will happen to her Mahi. I am very scared. Woh thik toh ho jayegi naa?
Mahi(consouling him) : Don't worry Shivaay sab thik ho jayega.... Bhabi will be fine don't worry.

But he only knew how much he was trying to console himself and Shivaay. Doctor came out of the ward.

Shivaay: Doctor how is she? Anika is fine right........
Doctor: Mr. Oberoi..... Your wife has gone into depression because of the shock she has received....... And that is why she tried to attempt suicide..... And I fear that this will reccure again......

The ground slip under his foot and he sat down with a thud. His Anika in depression and attempt to do suicide. No this can't happen..... This can't happen.....

Shivaay: She destroyed everything....... Everything...... I won't let her stay in peace. I will surely destroy her life.....
Mahi: Of course you will do but now bhabi needs you. Where will you take her now.
Shivaay: Farmhouse which I have bought recently for Anika. She will stay there till she is fine and you will stay with her all the time. I will come during the night time and stay with her.
Mahi: Okay.... Let's go.

Shivaay and Mahi shifted Anika to the farmhouse. But she had detached herself from everything and even the world. She would always keep herself locked in a room and keep staring outside the window. Her eyes showed emptiness and pain. She would occasionally look into the sonography pictures but never shed a tear. This worried Shivaay a lot. He would everyday come to her, make her feed and give her medicines. But she would never reacted to it. Shivaay was quite tensed about her.

*One day*
Shivaay still hadn't arrived and Mahi was busy with his work that Shivaay had given him. In admist of all these Mahi had forgotten about Anika. There in the room Anika was feeling too low and wasn't able to think anything. She looked around and found no one. Taking this as an opportunity she opened the window wide open and stood on top of the railing. She looked at the endless point in the sky and closed her eyes. Inhaling deeply she let herself fall and darkness engulfed her.

She flickered her eyes and adjusted to the light of the room. She looked around and found Shivaay sitting by her side holding her hand tightly. She kept on looking at him but didn't utter a single word. Slowly she tried to free her hand but this caused him to wake up. He looked at her and hugged her tightly.

Shivaay: Anika you just had killed me. Who tries to jump from the window like that? Had you gone mad?
Anika: I don't want to live......
Shivaay: Why?

But she kept quite. Shivaay couldn't understand what to do to bring her out of the depression. So he decided that only one thing is left that is to get back to his SSO avatar.

Shivaay: I don't want to hear anything Anika and remember Shivaay Singh Oberoi doesn't like to hear NO as an answer. Now you will do whatever I will say you, go wherever I will tell you and you won't do anything according to your will. Am I clear Mrs. Anika Singh Oberoi?
Anika: Are you forcing me to follow your orders?
Shivaay: You didn't leave me with any other option.

Though Shivaay didn't want to be harsh on her but he has to do it. From that day Shivaay became SSO and like this almost 2 months passed by. Within these days Mahi became a good friend and devar of hers.

*The day which is shown in chapter 1*

Mahi searched for Anika franticly through out the house but she was missing. He couldn't wait any longer and called Shivaay.

Mahi: Shivaay, bhabi is missing?
Shivaay(shocked): What? Where did she go?
Mahi: I don't know where is she.
Shivaay: Okay I am looking into it.

Then Shivaay called Khanna and asked him to trace Anika and find her out immediately. When he received a negetive answer from him he threw his phone in anger. On top of that Pinky was irritating him so he just left from there to search her.
(Rest of the story is already stated in chapter 1. So for the rest refer to chapter 1)

*FLASHBACK ENDS*

Mahi: After that day he couldn't take anymore risk. So he took her with him to OM and rest all the story you know.

When he finished narrating the whole past three months each and everyone present in the room had tears in their eyes. The girls were crying nonstop while the boys were just trying to keep their tears in bay.

Gauri: Anika Bhaujayi went through so much still she never showed it to anyone. Rather she made us understand and tried to make our lives better.
Mona: Exactly..... She is truly.....
Soumya: Our best bhabi.....
Rudra: But I won't leave Choti maa so easily....
Om: Don't worry Rudra.... We all will make her life hell....
Mahi: Not only us but.....

''We too are there in your mission'', came a voice. They turned around and saw Arnav and Khushi standing there at the door step with tears.

Arnav(rage): That Pinky Singh Oberoi will surely face hell in my hands.

Om: Not only you but we all will surely make her life hell.....

Mahi: But right now we need to prepare for bhabi's birthday.

Arnav: Don't worry everything is done and ready.

Mona: Tomorrow Bhabi will get to know about her family......

Arnav: Yes and I pray that she doesn't react very badly to it.

Mahi: I guess Shivaay has already said it to her and she might have understood to.

Arnav: I hope so....

Gauri(to Arnav): Bhaiya..... Can I call you that ?

Arnav: Off course...

Gauri: You are Anika bhaujiyi's elder brother. She is your only sister.

Arnav(sighing): No I had another sister too. But I don't know where is she? I am trying to find her too.

Gauri: I hope you find her soon.

Arnav: You are like my sister too. And not only you but even Mona and Soumya are also my sisters.

The girls became emotional and hugged him.Gauri and Arnav felt an immediate connection between them but they just ignored it.

Rudra: I guess we should leave now.Tomorrow is again a big day for all of us.

OmHi: For the first time you said something sensible...

Rudra: Hearing about bhabi's pain made me more sensible...

The brothers had a group hug and they pulled their wives too. Arnav and Khushi shared a hug seeing them.........

*After sometime*

Everyone had retired to their respective rooms. After all the emotional talks about Shivika especially Anika the girls were still sad. Our Oberoi brothers couldn't see their Loves like this so they decided to cheer them up.

*Rikara's side*

Om saw Gauri looking distinctly at the Moon. He couldn't understand what to do. He went towards her and stood silently behind her.

Om: What are you thinking?

Gauri: How much Anika bhaujayi has gone through. It is nothing compared to the struggle I went through.

Om: What struggle you had to go through?

Gauri: After leaving the hospital, I wasn't in the condition to even walk but I had to go because I wanted your happiness. I was too weak to even walk and in the middle of the road I fainted. Then when I woke up I was in Mona's house. She helped me recover but I never shared anything with her. I started to find work to keep myself busy and fulfill my basic needs. But everywhere English was necessary. Then with the help of Mona I started learning English. Though it was difficult at the starting but, I managed to learn the basics needed to become a waitress. Then with great difficulties I got the job of a waitress in Suntop Cafe where Mona used to work. I thought my struggle ended but it had just started. Every other day someone or the other would tease me or misbehave with me. But I couldn't do anything or complain anyone about it because I feared of losing my job. Though Mona tried to complain on behalf of me,but it didn't work at all.So I left everything in fate and kept on working.

Om(slowly hugging her from behind): Please forgive me Gauri. I know I wasn't a good husband before but from now I will fulfill all the responsibilities of a husband. I promise, I won't let you down......

Gauri(looking into his eyes): I forgive you Omrakaraji.......

Om was very happy hearing her and hugged her tightly and he got more shocked when she hugged him back. They parted from each other and Omkara looked at her.

Om: I guess we should sleep tomorrow is a big day for all of us.... You sleep in the bed I will manage on the couch...

Gauri(hesitating): Omkaraji you can sleep on the bed with me if you don't have any problem....

Omkara was vary happy hearing it but didn't show it.

Om: No don't worry I will manage...

Gauri: Please.....

He finally agreed and both of them slept on the two sides of the bed. Slowly sleep took over them.

*Mohi's Room*

Anika's past shivered Mona the most.She was still sobbing and wasn't even stopping. Mahi couldn't see her like this.

Mahi(keeping his hand on her shoulder):Mona kya hua?

Mona(sobbing): Bhabi went through so much and can't even imagine.

Mahi: Relax she is fine now and I am sure tomorrow we will see our old Anika back....

Mona: But I still can't stop thinking about it....

Mahi just hugged her sideways and started consouling her. After a few minutes he found her quite and looked at her seeing her sleeping peacefully in his arms.

Mahi(thinking): Today I realised the depth of love when I was recalling Shivika's struggle. And I realised how much hurt you have been when I refused you...... Please forgive me Mona.....

Mona(murmurring): I love you Mahi............

He was happy hearing it and kissed her forehead. He picked her up and put her on bed comfortably.He was about to leave her when he felt a small tug. He saw her holding his shirt tightly in her fist. He tried to remove it but she tightened it more. He thought to leave it and slept beside her taking her in his arms.

*Rumya's Room*

Here the situation was opposite. Our Rudy boy who was being strong in front of others was crying his heart out in front of Soumya. He couldn't imagine that his superbhabi had to go through so much.

Rudra(crying): I had promised her that I won't let any danger come to her...But I failed a devar to protect her....

Soumya: Rudra.... Calm down.... You aren't at fault. See now she will be absolutely fine and again become that old,chirpy Anika bhabi..... Don't break down like this....

Rudra: I can't see my bhabi like this... I will never let Choti maa live in peace.... That day Bhabi has sware upon us not to reveal the truth to bhaiya and I can now understand that I shouldn't have done that day.... If we hadn't done that then Bhabi wouldn't had to go though so much..... I promise now Soumya I will always protect bhabi.... And listen to all her advices....I won't let her down.....

Soumya: I know you will let Anika bhabi down.... I know....

Rudra: I won't let to down too Sumo..... You are also important in my life..... I can't stay without you now..... Please don't leave me and go this time.....

Soumya: I won't leave you and go Rudra..... I promise.......

Rudra hugged her tightly and didn't let her go. She too hugged him as he was her cry baby...... Later they slept in that position only.......

Some notes to be taken: You might find my idea to be similar to mihu02 story "The Reunion''. But let me clear you that I didn't know that she will also be using this idea too.  I just want to clear that we haven't copied each others idea. so I request my readers to not bash or abush any one of us.... A humble request to all of you.... I don't want to harsh on you all. But the reality is that. When I read her story, I messaged her stating it and she said that she didn't have any intentions like that. So please don't judge us and enjoy our stories.
