While the light of the gray clouds illuminated at the bedroom, Derek and Nadia were fallen asleep together in the bed. Derek slowly opened his eyes as he saw a bright picture of the bright clouds, with tall trees swaying side by side. He turned around and looked at Nadia, sleeping peacefully and breathing deeply in and out. He wanted to kiss her as a good morning to her. He quietly got close to her, not wanting to wake her up. He slowly kissed her on her soft lips, for about like seven seconds. He waited patiently for her to wake up. She slowly blinked and opened her eyes; she and Derek looked at each other, smiling.

"Morning, Derek." Nadia softly spoke.

"Morning, Nadia." Derek softly spoke.

They got out from the bed and Derek stretched his arms and legs, while looking out the beautiful garden of green plants, bushes and palm trees. Nadia got up from the bed and went downstairs to greet her friendly pets. She saw Sophie sleeping on the couch, Garnet scratching his feathers and Freddy playing with his tail.

"Morning, everyone." She yawned as her pets greeted with their own sounds.

Nadia went to the bathroom to change her last night's clothes. She put her cream-colored shirt and her white shorts on. Derek put his long maroon shirt and his knee-length, blue jeans. He walked downstairs to see Nadia, but then he saw her pets, woken up. Sophie barked as a good morning for me.

"Morning, Sophie." Derek grinned as he stretched out again. "Hey, where's Nadia?" He asked her, as she pointed to the bathroom door in front of him. He walked towards to the bathroom door, and knocked normally on the door.

"Who is it?" She asked him.

"It's Derek. Are we ready to go on an adventure?" He spoke.

"Yeah." She spoke as she opened and slowly closed the door.

"So...where are we going?" Nadia asked him.

"Maybe we could go to..." He spoke but he paused for a moment, to think someplace in here to have an adventure. Suddenly, he knows where.

"We could go to the cascades." He spoke.

"Wow, I think that really reminds me, because I have never went to a cascade before. We could go now." She was amazed.

"Well, then let's go!" He exclaimed as they held hands and ran out from behind the house.

They ran through a path filled with leaves, and plants surrounding them. Suddenly, they saw a way out towards them and it was a plunge waterfall. Derek and Nadia were totally amazed.

"Oh, my God, it's so beautiful." Nadia softly spoke.

"It's amazing." Derek softly spoke.

They started to climb down the rock steps, although it's kind of slippery. Derek calmly climbed down the steps, little by little so he won't get scared. Derek finally climbed down on a flat, huge boulder as Nadia sat on a rock behind him. Derek carried her waist with his hands as she put her hands on his shoulders, and stood on the flat surface of the boulder. They took a glimpse on the white, foaming waterfall. The white water cascaded down a series of rocky boulders, giving the effect of many waterfalls rather than just one. Then it flowed on its way, calm, as if nothing had occurred.

All of a sudden, Nadia jumped into a pool of water from the waterfall. Derek felt startled; he thought that Nadia fell down, so he jumped down to the pool to save her. Nadia barely heard a splash underwater; her eyesight was blurry that she barely saw Derek, floating underwater. They emerged from the water, as they ran their palms, through their wet and slippery hairs. Nadia saw Derek a little bit startled, while he wiped his wet face with his hands.

"Are you okay?" Nadia chuckled as Derek breathing heavily.

"Yeah...you scared me. I thought you fell down." He panted and chuckled at the same time.

"I'm sorry, Derek. I need to cool myself for a little." She forgave him.

"It's okay. I feel cool when I'm underwater." He grinned.

They took a longing gaze, leaned towards to each other and they shared a slow, passionate kiss. When she kissed him, his brain lit on fire and the warmth spread throughout his entire body. After that, he was addicted, he couldn't bear not to be with her and he could barely breathe when she was around. Those kisses were his salvation and his torment. He lived for them and he would die with the memory of them on his lips. He dedicated his life to being with her from the moment of those kisses, for he knew that if he lost her, he would lose himself. She was the half that made him whole.

"I won't stop hugging you...kissing you....and loving you." He softly spoke as she grinned a little.

"You know what, Derek? Me neither." She honestly spoke from the bottom of her heart.

Derek brought his hands behind her neck, and kissed her lips passionately. He can feel her arms and her hands on his back. He wished that he couldn't stop kissing her, but he gasped for air and panted. They couldn't even resist their love for each other but they gasped for air, as they lay their head down on their shoulders. They embraced each other so tight that they can't let each other go. They looked at the foamy waterfall, swam towards it and submerged in the pool. They were floating freely like they're in the sky. Suddenly, Derek saw something shining in the water, while Nadia was having fun floating. Derek swam towards the object and grabbed the item from the ground.

Derek was amazed that it was a sapphire, heart-shaped necklace, surrounded by small diamonds. He felt very certain that Nadia will love it; he hid it on his pocket from his jeans, however, because he wants it to surprise her. They emerged from the water; they couldn't stop having fun in the water.

"Hey, Nadia, let's go to the cave, next to the waterfall." Derek curiously spoke.

"Yeah, let's see what inside in that cave." Nadia spoke.

They swam, and went out from the pool to go in the cave. The cave wasn't dark but it was quiet. They amazingly saw sparkling crystals on top of the cave.

"They're beautiful." Derek softly spoke.

"Yeah...like you." Nadia grinned as they glimpsed.

"My love never stops shining at you. You're my eternal crystal, who kept shining my life." Derek softly spoke as they slowly embrace.

They sat on the cave; next to each other, as he laid his head on her shoulder; she laid her head against his head. They held hands as they can only hear the waterfall, their breaths and their beating hearts. They walked out from the cave to their house. Although, the two lovers chased each other, and ran up the front stairs to indoors. They went upstairs to the bedroom; Nadia opened the top left drawer, next to the bed; she took two white towels out and gave one to Derek. They sat together in the bed, drying each other's stringy hairs with the towels. They glimpsed each other while drying their hairs. She got up on her knees and brought his drying head against her chest.

Derek felt irresistible that he felt like making out with her again, by her seduction to him. He brought his hand on her cheek, leaned towards her and kissed her smooth lips. They slowly lay on the bed, hearing each other's breaths.

"My heart is pounding." Derek whispered.

She brought her hand on his collarbone, slowly pulled him and kissed his lips passionately. She slowly lifted his wet shirt; as he also lifted her shirt. Derek could feel her hands stroking his back. He took her shirt off, leaving her black blouse on. They just added a little bit more passion to their locked lips. She slipped his sleeves down, left his shoulders bare. His lips caressed her neck, hearing each other's sensual breaths. His fingers slowly stroke from the curve of her cheekbone to the curve of her bust. He slipped both of her blouse straps down, making her shoulders bare. They kept kissing despite of the heat and their moaning breaths. They kept kissing on their wet lips, and they embraced each other with their own arms. They were still laid on the bed, Derek stroked her face tenderly and she laid her head on his chest, hearing his heart beating. She gently stroked his abdomen with her hands. They can only hear rustles of the leaves from outside from the house. Their skins were shiny and silky, by their wetness and sweats.

"Nadia..." Derek softly spoke.

"Yeah, Derek?" Nadia softly spoke.

"I was thinking that we could have adventures again, every day." He spoke as he kept stroking her face.

"Yeah, I was thinking about that, too. We could go farther away from here. Like on the hills or the cliffs, anywhere." She softly spoke.

"I love adventures, you know." He said.

"Me, too." She said.

"I got something for you." He spoke while he remembered the necklace. Nadia wasn't expecting that he had something for her.

Derek took the necklace he found in the waterfall, out from his pocket as Nadia was amazed.

"Oh, my God. Derek, that's so beautiful." She amazed.

"Where did you found it?" She asked him.

"I found it in the waterfall. I got to be honest, I have no idea how it left it here. Anyways, this necklace is unbreakable and clean." Derek expressed.

He put the necklace around her neck, as the pendant kept shimmering on her upper chest. He brought both of his hands behind her neck, as they kept staring passionately each other.

"You know what, Nadia?" He asked as they sat on the bed.

"What?" She asked me.

"I got to admit. You know that I decided to stay here forever. I just want to say that I just want to spend the rest of my life with you. You're the one who made me forget everything that's around me, especially the situation. Now in this island, I'm feeling calm; happy, and safe." Derek expressed as she chuckled; she had that same feeling from him.

"You know, I got to tell you. I never knew that you were going to come here, until the day I met you. I felt like we're going to stay with each other forever. It's just me and you." She expressed.

"Just you and me." He grinned.

"Nadia...you're my everything." He softly spoke.

She grinned as she brought her hand to his right cheek. They slowly leaned to each other and shared a soft kiss on their lips.

"I love you." Derek whispered.

"I love you, too." Nadia whispered.

Derek stared at the window filled with green plants and trees. Streaks of rays shining from the window; a mist of clouds came inside, making the bedroom like heaven on earth. He looked at Nadia sleeping peacefully like an innocent child who doesn't care about all of the rustling noise surrounding her. He kept stroking gently her soft hair, as he was about to sleep. His tired eyes began to close a little, but he widened his eyes open, preventing himself to sleep. He felt drowsy, however, that he fell asleep.

A dream began to appear.

Derek and Nadia laid on a grassy, uphill cliff holding hands and staring at each other. They got up and walked together as the wind made them feel like flying. The clouds rushed through the blue sky, the sun shining on their skins and glowing their dark eyes. They looked out the blue ocean, the wind whispering their ears and giving a cool breeze from the heat. Derek brought both of his hands to her neck, like he's embracing her. She wrapped around his waist, slowly leaned each other and shared a soft, passionate kiss.
