So I made a little Territory Map for the city in an upcoming Original Story I'm planning (with Kaleb, Zackary, and Kaitlyn). If you read Kaleb's page, then you'll know that he's part of a group, and now you know the names of the others in said group.

The Neutral part is basically a zone with their main headquarters, where nobody owns the territory, so it's the general hub of sorts. Contains most of the city's schools, general shops, etc.

Alice's part of the city, nicknamed Flower Town, has a more...fantastical feel to it. Most of the buildings have plants growing along the sides of them, and most plants seem to grow well there. It's a florists dream! And at night, the buildings light up with beautiful glowing moss in various patterns.

Edward's section, nicknamed Zoo Town, has more zoos and animal shelters, along with various parks. It's a more calming place to be, with lots of veterinarian opportunities. There's nobody in this part that doesn't even have so much as a hamster as a pet.

Edward's section, nicknamed Hydro Town, is basically just a giant water park. It's got fountains everywhere, lots of little rivers and ponds, and an aquarium open 24/7! It also has a ton of seafood restaurants. Anyone interested in any firm of aquatic job lives right here.

Jackson's section, Electric Town, is the energy-producing part of the city. It produces 98% of the city's power, with a small bit coming from a few Dams in Edward's district. It's got lights hanging from building to building, and more often than not they're shining some fantastical colors.

Kaleb's section, the Ironworks, contains the factories, and more often than not the factories are producing some kind of metal. It's mostly run by machines and a strange form of robotic worker, but they still need repairs from time to time. It's easy to repair them, just replace the broken bits with more metal. Pays well, though.
