"Nana wake up." mothers sweet and loving tone woke up Nana, "Breads ready" mother said leaving the room, "And put on your day clothes!" "Yes ma'am!" Nana called. Nana walked out of her and her brothers room greeted by Jacob, "Mornin' Nana!" "Morning Jacob." Nana replied politely. "Jacob! Time to get to work!" father called from the table, "Comin' pops!" Jacob said as Nana sat down and started eating her bread. "Remember after your chores you need to go and collect the cranberries." said mother "Yes mother." Nana replied. After Nana got finished eating her bread, "Mother I'm going to go feed the chickens." "Alright. Next find the cranberries." Nana nodded as a response. Nana grabbed the seeds and headed out the door. Nana headed out to the spot where the chickens liked to feed at and spread out the seeds for the chickens. She then went back and grabbed the basket to collect the eggs. After she did her chores she then grabbed the biggest basket she could find 'This is fine' Nana thought as she headed out the door. On the way to where the berries were Nana noticed some rustling in the bushes. When she went near the bushes the rustling would stop. Nana decided to look in the bushes. To her surprise there wasn't a wild animal like the ones father hunted, but a boy around Nana's age, "Hello?" she said to the boy. It was obvious that the boy was scared, "Come on I'm not going to hurt you." Nana coaxed the boy "Y..you..you s.s.sure? the boy asked "Positive, my names Nana what's your name?" "P..project R.r.raven or te.t.test #57." 'Is that a scar?' Nana thought "Are those scars? Are you alright!? Here let me help you!" 'What time period is this? Should I trust this girl?' before Project Raven could respond the girl grabbed his arm and helped him up "T.t.thanks." "No problem anyways let me do something and we'll get you to mother!" "M.m.mother?" Project Raven questioned "Yes mother. You have a mother don't you?" Nana asked confused "Well I had but it's all just a brief memory to me," Project Raven sighed "I was taken away from her as a baby. All I can remember is her sky blue eyes and soft sweet smell." "Oh my goodness I'm sorry." Nana said sounding saddened "For what?" Project Raven asked "For bringing back sad and old memories." Nana said 'That was so foolish of me!' "It's fine." Project Raven said. They then spent the rest of the morning exchanging questions and picking cranberries. Nana learned that Project Raven was from the future the year 4752 to be exact she then gave him the name Raven. Raven learned that this was the year 1768. Nana also discovered that Raven had feline ears because he was experimented on by what he called scientists. They then went back to the house. 'Father must be home.' Nana thought "So is this where you live?" Raven asked out of pure curiosity "Yes it is." Nana responded walking toward the house "It's a lot nicer then what I'm used to." Raven shivered at the thought of those small cold glass rooms."Really well let's go. We mustn't waste time right?" "I guess Nana." "Look pops! Nana's back! With some creature?" Jacob said a bit to loud. Raven flattened his ears on the top of his head. Nana opened the door "Mother. Father. I would like you to meet Project Raven. Raven for short." Nana said entering the house. "What? What is that strange creature!?" Father said.
