Trevor's POV. (Chapter 2 in his POV)

I woke up and groaned, realizing that I will have to face my family and go to school. But still, I forced myself out of the bed and went in the shower. I let the lukewarm water hit my whole body as I closed my eyes. After a heavenly shower, I put on a black torn jeans and a plain white t-shirt.

I went downstairs and saw my dad busy on the phone as usual and my mom making us breakfast. I always dreaded this sight. But just then, I saw my best friend Sabrina Maxwell sitting next to my dad and eating the waffles like some animal.

Sabrina was my friend since kindergarten, she stood by me when everyone was making fun of me because of the scar that I had near my lips. I was a coward back then and she was like my knight in shining armor. But who knew, she had a befriended the future bad boy. She still puts up with me. Also, shouts at me when I am being a jerk to someone. She can be an angel and a devil at the same time. But, she is mostly the devil.

She never participated in any pranks that I do. She is THE GOOD GIRL, but I still love her because she contains me. A lot of time, when I am angry and can't control myself, she does. No one knows how to control me except for her.

I snapped back to reality and took a seat next to her.

"Hey, stranger! I did not know you would be eating with me today. If I did I would have worn something nice." I said, winking at her. Around her, I was a completely different person.

"Contain this little crush of yours would you! I just came here to tell you that a new girl has moved to the town with her mother." She said, stuffing her mouth.

"Ohh! I really wonder how do you find out all of this gossip?" I questioned her, making a puppy face and putting a bite of waffle in my mouth.

"Well, her mother is working with my mother at Maystore and my mom shares everything that happens at work with me." She smiled.

"Fine. So tell me more about the girl." I asked.

"I don't know her name but the only thing I know is that she is tough as hell." She replied.

"Well then, if she is TOUGH AS HELL we have to welcome her, don't we?" I said, smirking.

Sabrina rolled her eyes because she knew where I was getting at. Mayville does not have a lot of tough girls. Sabrina is the only tough girl I know and there is no one like her. So, if this new girl's mother claims that she tough then I have to test her.

After breakfast, I took my bag and we entered Sabrina's car. We used to drive alternate days and today it was her turn. I was thinking a way to welcome the new girl in the passenger seat. I suddenly jerked myself forward and gave her a wide smile. I took a piece of paper from my bag and scribbled something.

After we reached the school, Sabrina snatched the piece of paper from my hand and read it. She looked at me with deadly eyes.

"Trevor! You are not going to do this. It's very rude." She snapped.

"But only this will say how tough she is!" I replied innocently.

"Don't pretend to be innocent. Trevor, NO. Just because you have stupid parents and you won't mind if someone writes something like this for your mother that doesn't mean no one cares! Plus she only has her mother."

"Listen, I just want to see how she reacts, I'll apologize to her later, I promise!" I said, making puppy eyes.

"Fine! Do whatever you want to. But if you don't apologize later to her, our friendship is DONE. Also, don't expect me to hate her if she does something that you deserve." she got out of the car and I did the same.

We reached the school early so I decided to execute my plan right now. I made my way to the principal's office and asked for her locker combination. He did not have the option to deny as my dad was the mayor. So without asking me any kind of questions, he gave me the combination.

I made my way to her locker and opened it and stuffed the paper inside of it. I stood ten feet away from her locker, waiting for her to come. Sabrina stood next to me and did the same.

After about fifteen minutes of waiting, a girl with blonde hair and an amazing dressing sense walked in. She had a black leather jacket on and inside was a black crop top. She wore dark blue jeans with black boots. She was walking next to Roxie Allan.

They made their way to the locker, with all the eyes on her, she opened the locker and found my note. I couldn't help but smirk. She read the note and crumbled it, before shoving it harshly in Roxie's hand. Roxie opened the crumpled note and gulped.

Her eyes were boiling with anger. She asked who did it with gritted teeth. I on the other hand, with pleasure, replied. She made her way to me and that's when I saw the color of her eyes, they were blue and beautiful.

Till now she was reacting the way anyone would, I did not see anything special in her. But just then, her small hands met my cheek.

The new girl just slapped me in front of the whole school!

It was the hardest anyone hit me.
