Kim Namjoon

Earlier today, Taehyung texted me saying that he 'solved Jungkook's problem.' I didn't know what he was talking about but he wanted to eat out with me as a celebration for helping Jungkook. I denied, saying that I had work the whole week and didn't have time for it.

Anyway, he got all upset and added that he will pick me up later, I highly doubted it but knowing him for only a few days, he actually might.

TaeHyung is quite a person with an unexplainable personality.

Moving on from him, I got ready to leave for the day and packed my To-go meal with my case. The typical business worker outfit.

When I stepped outside my apartment complex, I got a breath of fresh air and felt very mobile. Practically anything is better than a room that's rotting.

I quickly make my way to the office and and tidied up my desk and went straight into work.

A couple of hours pasted and so far nothing much has happened : Jimin greeted me with a smile, started working again, got lunch and resumed my position.

"Hey Jiminie, does the name Taehyung ring a bell?"

I asked out of the blue as we began to pack up for today and head home.

"Um, kind of. Why?"

"Nothing much, I just met with a person with that name"

"Oh okay. I know there was this one friend we had with that same name. Anyway, how's everything in your apartment?"

"It's not doing so hot. It smells but I haven't broken anything yet. What about you, Jimin?"

"Sounds rough, but over here it's fine."

We soon exit the building and the moment we got up, I feel someone's arm around my shoulder.

It's Taehyung...

"Hey Namjoon, hi Jimin! Long time no see?"

I turn to look at Taehyung with complete confusion

"Wait, how do you know his name?"

I asked and he replied with a panicking tone and a face to match, saying that he heard it from me but I denied it.

"And how is that possible?"

Jimin asked, beginning the interrogation.

"Y-you know! When you guys got out, I just happened to catch your name!! That's all!"

"You must have really good ears then. Also, why are you even saying my name like you know... have we met before?"

"Huh? O-of course not! W-we.. uh just met, right?"

"Are you sure?"

"Jimin, just cool down. He's just a friend so don't be too harsh on him. And plus I just wanna go home..."

"Fine, if Namjoon-Hyung says so, I guess you're off the hook."

"Aw, thanks Namjoon!"

He gave me a big hug and turned to Jimin saying he want to also be his friend and even after that huge mess, Jimin accepted.

We went our own ways, Jimin leaving for home and I doing the same except Taehyung was following me.

"Hey Namjoon, can I stay in your house today?"

"Um, why?"

"I just got bored of mine, I have nothing to do in there."

"Don't you have work?"

"I mean, yeah but it's boooooooring~"

"Hey Taehyung, what do you even do?"

"Nothing special. Someone just tells me to do something and I'll do it for money. Nothing inappropriate of course"

"That sounds a bit dangerous, are you okay with that kind of job?"

"I don't have much to loose."

Oh wow, Taehyung sounds really depressing which is not really a part of his character that I know of.

"I'll allow you in my home. Do you know how to cook?"

"Kind of, I've been practicing~ wanna taste my awesome cooking skills?"

I'm tempted and hungry so I'll accept for now.

"As long as it's not bad"

"Okay! Thanks Namjoonie!"

I just smiled and continued to talk with him as we made our way to my home.

I actually do enjoy him as a friend sometimes, it's fun to be with him.
